A simple diamine (TetraPEDA) containing rigid nonplanar conjugated tetraphenylethylene (TetraPE) moieties was designed and synthesized through Wittig–Horner and Suzuki coupling reactions. Four kinds of high‐performance functional polyimides (PI) were thus prepared by the polymerization of TetraPEDA and four dianhydrides, respectively. Because of the introduction of the aromatic rigid nonplanar TetraPE structure, the PI exhibited special fluorescent characteristics, as the maximum fluorescence emission of the four PI was observed at 425–505 nm in NMP solution and at 470–491 nm in film state. Also these organo‐soluble PI showed outstanding properties, such as low dielectric constant (even without fluorinated substituent), light color, high glass transition temperatures (382–443 °C) and thermal stability in air (Td5% up to 565 °C), and excellent mechanical properties. The polymer memory devices with the configuration of indium tin oxide/PI/aluminum (ITO/PI/Al) exhibited distinct volatile memory characteristics of static random access memory, with an ON/OFF current ratio of 1 × 104 to 1 × 105. These functional PI showed attractive potential applications in the field of high performance flexible polymer photoconducting devices or fluorescent polymer memory devices. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The 230Ra has been produced via multinucleon transfer reaction and dissipative fragmentation by 60 MeV/u 18O ion irradiation of 232Th targets. The radium was radiochemically separated from the mixture of thorium and reaction products. Thin Ra sources were prepared and exposed to the mica fission track detectors, and measured by a HPGe gamma detector. It is likely that the β-delayed fission of 230Ac was observed for the first time and the β-delayed fission probability of 230Ac was tentatively found to be (1.19±0.40)×10-8. The lasing characteristics of composite Tm:YAG rod with undoped ends at room temperature are reported. The maximum output power at 2.015 #m is 6.97 W and the slope efficiency is 41.45%. Focusing point and output coupler are changed to find the optimization condition. The relationship between operation temperature and output power is discussed. Comparison between Tm:YAG and composite Tm:YAG testifies the superiority of composite crystal.  相似文献

CD63, a member of transmembrane-4-superfamily of tetraspanin proteins and a highly N-glycosylated type III lysosomal membrane protein, is known to regulate malignancy of various types of cancers such as melanoma and breast cancer and serves as a potential marker for cancer detection. Recently, its important role as a classic exosome marker was also emphasized. In this work, via using a magnetic bead-based competitive SELEX (systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) procedure and introducing a 0.5 M NaCl as elution buffer, we identified two DNA aptamers (CD63-1 and CD63-2) with high affinity and specificity to CD63 protein (Kd = 38.71 nM and 78.43, respectively). Furthermore, CD63-1 was found to be efficient in binding CD63 positive cells, including breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells and CD63-overexpressed HEK293T cells, with a medium binding affinity (Kd ~ 100 nM) as assessed by flow cytometry. When immunostaining assay was performed using clinical breast cancer biopsy, the CD63-1 aptamer demonstrated a comparable diagnostic efficacy for CD63 positive breast cancer with commercial antibodies. After developing a magnetic bead-based exosome immunoaffinity separation system using CD63-1 aptamer, it was found that this bead-based system could effectively isolate exosomes from both MDA-MB-231 and HT29 cell culture medium. Importantly, the introduction of the NaCl elution in this work enabled the isolation of native exosomes via a simple 0.5M NaCl incubation step. Based on these results, we firmly believe that the developed aptamers could be useful towards efficient isolation of native state exosomes from clinical samples and various theranostic applications for CD63-positive cancers.  相似文献

Mechanofluorochromic materials, which are dependent on changes in physical molecular packing modes, have attracted considerable interest over the past ten years. In this review, recent progress in the area of pure organic mechanofluorochromism is summarized, and majority of the reported organic mechanofluorochromic systems are discussed, along with their derived structure-property relationships. The existence of a structural relationship between aggregation-induced emission compounds and mechanofluorochromism is recognized based on our recent results, which considered aggregation-induced emission compounds as a well of mechanofluorochromic materials. The established structure-property relationship will guide researchers in identifying and synthesizing more mechanofluorochromic materials.  相似文献

Dibenzo-18-crown-6 (DBC) was immobilized on crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol (CPVA) microspheres, resulting in polymer-supported crown ether DBC–CPVA. The complexation adsorption behaviors of DBC–CPVA microspheres towards diverse metal ions were investigated. The experimental results show that among alkali metal ions, the complexation adsorption ability of DBC–CPVA for K+ ion is the strongest, and crown ether-metal complex in 1:1 ratio is formed, exhibiting a high adsorption capacity. The adsorption capacities of alkali metal ions on DBC–CPVA are in the order: K+ ? Na+ > LI+ > Rb+ > Cs+. Among several divalent metal ions, DBC–CPVA exhibits stronger adsorption ability towards Zn2+ and Co2+ ions, and a “sandwich”-type complex is formed probably in a molar ratio of 2:1 between the immobilized DBC and Zn2+ ion as well as between the immobilized DBC and Co2+ ion. The adsorption capacities of the several divalent metal ions on DBC–CPVA are in the order: Zn2+ > Co2+ ? Cd2+ > Cu2+ > Ni2+ > Pb2+. The complexation adsorption is exothermic physical physisorption process, and raising temperature leads to the decrease of the adsorption capacity. At the same time, the entropy during the complexation adsorption decreases, so the adsorption process is driven by the decrease of enthalpy.  相似文献
