Since sulfonylurea is one of the most potent acetohydroxyacid synthase(AHAS) inhibitors, a series of novel sulfonylureas containing an oxime ether moiety was designed and synthesized and their chemical structures were determined by means of 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), 13C NMR and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS). In the herbicidal bioassay, several compounds showed moderate to good herbicidal activities against dicotyledons, but their activities against monocotyledons decreased. The in vitro antifungal activity was tested at a dosage of 50 mg/L. And the results show that compounds 7l, 7m and 7n exhibit promising antifungal activities against six common plant pathogenic fungi. To develop novel sulfonylurea herbicides, a series of chlorsulfuron derivatives was designed and synthesized through introducing tetrahydrophthalimide substructure taken from protoporphyrinogen IX oxidase(PPO) inhibitors onto the critical 5-position of the classical benzene ring. The structures of title compounds were confirmed by infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy, 1H and 13C NMR spectrometry, mass spectrometry and elemental analysis. In addition, the crystal structure of compound II-5 was further determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Bioassay results showed that individual compounds exhibited good herbicidal activities, especially compound II-8, which displayed 100% inhibition rate against Echinochloa crusgalli at 150 g/ha(1 ha=104 m2) with the method of foliage spray in the pot experiment. 相似文献

This article studies bounded traveling wave solutions of variant Boussinesq equation with a dissipation term and dissipation effect on them. Firstly, we make qualitative analysis to the bounded traveling wave solutions for the above equation by the theory and method of planar dynamical systems, and obtain their existent conditions, number, and general shape. Secondly, we investigate the dissipation effect on the shape evolution of bounded traveling wave solutions. We find out a critical value r*which can characterize the scale of dissipation effect, and prove that the bounded traveling wave solutions appear as kink profile waves if |r| ≥ r*; while they appear as damped oscillatory waves if |r| r*. We also obtain kink profile solitary wave solutions with and without dissipation effect. On the basis of the above discussion, we sensibly design the structure of the approximate damped oscillatory solutions according to the orbits evolution relation corresponding to the component u(ξ) in the global phase portraits, and then obtain the approximate solutions(u(ξ), H(ξ)). Furthermore,by using homogenization principle, we give their error estimates by establishing the integral equation which reflects the relation between exact and approximate solutions. Finally, we discuss the dissipation effect on the amplitude, frequency, and energy decay of the bounded traveling wave solutions. 相似文献

This paper gives an overview on nonlinear porous flow in low permeability porous media, reveals the microscopic mechanisms of flows, and clarifies properties of porous flow fluids. It shows that, deviating from Darcy's linear law, the porous flow characteristics obey a nonlinear law in a low-permeability porous medium, and the viscosity of the porous flow fluid and the permeability values of water and oil are not constants. Based on these characters, a new porous flow model, which can better describe low permeability reservoir, is established. This model can describe various patterns of porous flow, as Darcy's linear law does. All the parameters involved in the model, having definite physical meanings, can be obtained directly from the experiments. 相似文献

In order to further improve the accuracy of digital core modeling, a new hybrid method was proposed to construct the dual pore 3-D digital core with high precision. First of all, 3-D macro-pore digital cores were constructed by micro-CT. Secondly, based on the high-resolution 2-D scanning electron microscopy images of rock cores, micro-pore digital cores were constructed by simulated annealing method. And then, a superposition method was used to construct the digital core which could describe different pore characteristics. Finally, pore structures of digital cores were compared, and lattice Boltzmann method was used to analyze the percolation properties. The results show that the carbonate dual pore digital core constructed by the new hybrid method has a high accuracy, which can capture the pore properties of both macro-pore and micro-pore, and whose permeability simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental measurements. In addition, the new hybrid method is not only accurate and reliable, but also high efficient and economic, and can be applied to all kinds of reservoir modeling. 相似文献

The propagation of surface acoustic waves in layered piezoelectric structures withinitial stresses is investigated.The phase velocity equations are obtained for electrically free andshorted cases,respectively.Effects of the initial stresses on the phase velocity and the electrome-chanical coupling coefficient for the fundamental mode of the layered piezoelectric structures arediscussed.Numerical results for the c-axis oriented fihn of LiNbO_3 on a sapphire substrate aregiven.It is found that the fractional change in phase velocity is a linear function with the ini-tial stresses,and the electromechanical coupling factor increases with an increase of the absolutevalues of the compressive initial stresses.The results are useful for the design of surface acousticwave devices. 相似文献
