白光发光二极管被誉为第4代照明光源。ZnO纳米结构因含有大量本征和/或非本征缺陷使其除出现在紫外区域的带边发射外还能产生覆盖400-700 nm可见光范围的深能级发光,从而可用于白光LED。本文系统地介绍了将ZnO纳米结构应用于白光LED的几种器件构造,并评述了各自的性能特点和研究进展。因为直接基于ZnO纳米结构电致发光的白光LED需要施加较高的偏压,所以将ZnO纳米结构与p型半导体复合制成异质结成为了研究的热点。ZnO纳米结构的制备方法和形貌特性会影响白光LED性能,对ZnO纳米结构进行掺杂是提升性能的重要手段。此外,将ZnO纳米材料和聚合物的优点集于一体的ZnO/聚合物异质结构也在白光LED中具有广阔的发展空间。最后,指出了纳米ZnO在白光LED应用中存在的问题和今后的发展方向。  相似文献

Tungsten disulfide (WS2) nanosheets were obtained by exfoliating WS2 bulk crystals in N-methylpyrrolidone by ultrasonication. Gold nanoparticles (GNPs) were synthesized by in-situ ultrasonication of sodium citrate and HAuCl4 while fabricating the WS2 nanosheets. In this way, the GNPs were self-assembled on WS2 nanosheets to form a GNPs/WS2 nanocomposite through interaction between sulfur and gold atoms. The photoelectrochemical response of WS2 nanosheets is significantly enhanced after integration of the GNPs. The GNPs/WS2 nanocomposite was coated onto a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to construct a sensing interface which then was modified with an antibody against the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) to obtain a photoelectrochemical immunosensor for CEA. Under optimized conditions, the decline in relative photocurrent is linearly related to the logarithm of the CEA concentration in the range from 0.001 to 40 ng mL?1. The detection limit is 0.5 pg mL?1 (at S/N =?3). The assay is sensitive, selective, stable and reproducible. It was applied to the determination of CEA in clinical serum samples.

A–B–A block copolymers which consist of poly(norbornene‐co‐1‐octene) and atactic polypropylene (PP) segments were synthesized by using ansa‐fluorenylamidotitanium complex as a catalyst varying the ratio of norbornene, 1‐octene, and propylene. The copolymer was obtained quantitatively with high molecular weight (>100,000) and narrow molecular weight distribution (polydispersity index, <1.5). A–B block copolymers of poly(norbornene‐co‐1‐octene) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) was also obtained by the same procedure. Mechanical and optical properties of these copolymer films, which were obtained by solution casting process, were also investigated. Introduction of PP soft segment greatly improved mechanical properties, keeping their high transparency. Introduction of PMMA block also increased the tensile strength. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ethylene–propylene–methyl methacrylate (MMA) and ethylene–hexene–MMA A‐B‐C block copolymers with high molecular weight (>100 000) are synthesized using fluorenylamide‐ligated titanium complex activated by modified methylaluminoxane and 2,6‐ditert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenol for the first time. After diblock copolymerization of olefin is conducted completely, MMA is added and activated by aluminum Lewis acid to promote anionic polymerization. The length of polyolefin and poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) is controllable precisely by the change of the additive amount of olefin and polymerization time, respectively. A soft amorphous polypropylene or polyhexene segment is located between two hard segments of semicrystalline polyethylene and glassy PMMA blocks.

N-In codoped ZnO nanobelts were successfully synthesized via high-temperature chemical vapor deposition for the first time, using the mixture of In/ZnO as a precursor. The EDX spectrum showed that In was introduced into ZnO nanobelts. In order to better understand the optical properties of N-In codoped ZnO nanobelts, the Raman and low-temperature PL spectra of the undoped, In-doped and N-In codoped ZnO nanostructures were measured. By contrasting, N is incorporated into the nanobelts. The temperature dependent photoluminescence (PL) spectra were investigated. Their PL spectra in the temperature from 9 K to room temperature were dominated by an AoX emission of excitons bound to 2No-InZn acceptor complexes. The dissociation energy of the acceptor complexes is estimated to be 89-112 meV.  相似文献

本文对合成TiO2一维纳米材料及其有序纳米阵列的阳极氧化法、模板法以及水热法进行了全面而系统的评述,着重介绍了它们的最新研究进展。阳极氧化法能制备牢固负载于基体上的TiO2纳米管阵列,这有助于构筑TiO2纳米结构及其在纳米器件上的应用;与多种制备技术如溶胶-凝胶工艺、电化学沉积以及原子层沉积等相结合,模板法可以合成出多种形貌的TiO2纳米材料如纳米管、纳米线和纳米棒,并且可以通过改变所用模板的微观尺寸来调控TiO2一维纳米材料及其有序阵列的微结构参数;水热合成法可以制备出直径小且比表面积大的TiO2纳米管粉末。从目前来看,该法还不能制备出牢固负载于基体上的有序纳米阵列。文章最后指出了TiO2一维纳米材料及其有序纳米阵列合成中存在的问题及今后发展方向。  相似文献

Efficient energy migration in conjugated polymers is critical to their performance in photovoltaic, display, and sensor devices. The ability to precisely control the polymer conformation is a key issue for the experimental investigations and deeper understanding of the nature of this process. We make use of specially designed iptycene-containing poly(p-phenylene ethynylene)s that display chain-extended conformations when dissolved in nematic liquid crystalline solvents. In these solutions, the polymers show a substantial enhancement in the intrachain exciton migration rate, which is attributed to their increased conjugation length and better alignment. The organizational enhancement of the energy transfer efficiency, as determined by site-selective emission from lower energy traps at the polymer termini, is accompanied by a significant increase of the fluorescence quantum yield. The liquid crystalline phase is a necessary requirement for these phenomena to occur, and when the temperature was increased above the nematic-isotropic transition, we observed a dramatic reduction of the energy transfer efficiency and fluorescence quantum yield. The ability to improve the exciton migration efficiency through precise control of the polymer structure with liquid crystalline solutions demonstrates the importance of a polymer's conformation for energy transfer, and provides a way to improve the energy transporting performance of conjugated polymers.  相似文献
