A multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT)/cetyl pyridine bromine (CPB) composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was developed for the electrochemical determination of hymecromone in phosphonate buffer. Electrochemical behaviour of hymecromone at the composite film electrode was investigated with voltammetry. Compared with an irreversible oxidation of hymecromone at the bare GCE, the oxidation peak current was enhanced greatly at the film electrode. Some parameters such as pH, scan rate, accumulation potential and accumulation time were optimized. Under optimal conditions, an oxidation peak at 0.82 V was employed to determine hymecromone electrochemically. A linearity between the oxidation peak current and the hymecromone concentration was obtained in the range of 3.0 × 10−7 − 2.0 × 10−5 mol 1−1 with a detection limit of 8.0 × 10−8 mol 1−1. The proposed procedure was successfully applied to assay hymecromone in pharmaceutical formulation with satisfactory results. The text was submitted by the authors in English.  相似文献

A series of fluorine‐containing diblock copolymers based on lauryl methacrylate and 1H,1H,2H,2H‐perfluoroalkyl acrylate have been prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The preparation process of PLMA‐Br macroinitiators was controlled within a reasonable time corresponding to the ln [M0]/[Mt]~time plot of the reaction. FTIR, 1H‐NMR, GPC and fluorine‐element analysis (FEA) were used to characterize the synthesized block copolymers. The solid surface activity of these polymers was demonstrated by contact angle measurement. The polymer films prepared by block copolymers with more than three fluorinated units showed low dispersion force contributions to the surface energy indicating the presence of the fluorinated block at the surface. The surface activity in solutions was measured by drop‐weight method. Ii is interesting to find, when the fluorine weight percentage is controlled constant, that PLMA‐b‐PFAEA with larger molecular size is more prominent in exploiting the fluorinated structure to reduce the surface tension of solutions. The block copolymer's ability in reducing surface tension of solutions also depends on the type of solvent.  相似文献

Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with long-term stability and reversible high water uptake properties can be ideal candidates for water harvesting and indoor humidity control. Now, a mesoporous and highly stable MOF, BIT-66 is presented that has indoor humidity control capability and a photocatalytic bacteriostatic effect. BIT-66 (V3(O)3(H2O)(BTB)2), possesses prominent moisture tunability in the range of 45–60 % RH and a water uptake and working capacity of 71 and 55 wt %, respectively, showing good recyclability and excellent performance in water adsorption–desorption cycles. Importantly, this MOF demonstrates a unique photocatalytic bacteriostatic behavior under visible light, which can effectively ameliorate the bacteria and/or mold breeding problem in water adsorbing materials.  相似文献

白光发光二极管被誉为第4代照明光源。ZnO纳米结构因含有大量本征和/或非本征缺陷使其除出现在紫外区域的带边发射外还能产生覆盖400-700 nm可见光范围的深能级发光,从而可用于白光LED。本文系统地介绍了将ZnO纳米结构应用于白光LED的几种器件构造,并评述了各自的性能特点和研究进展。因为直接基于ZnO纳米结构电致发光的白光LED需要施加较高的偏压,所以将ZnO纳米结构与p型半导体复合制成异质结成为了研究的热点。ZnO纳米结构的制备方法和形貌特性会影响白光LED性能,对ZnO纳米结构进行掺杂是提升性能的重要手段。此外,将ZnO纳米材料和聚合物的优点集于一体的ZnO/聚合物异质结构也在白光LED中具有广阔的发展空间。最后,指出了纳米ZnO在白光LED应用中存在的问题和今后的发展方向。  相似文献

Cationic compounds often serve as antibacterial materials for a wide range of applications. However, the relationship of topology−antibacterial activity has been rarely revealed. Herein, three cationic polythioethers (CPTEs) with hyperbranched topologies are well designed and facilely synthesized via an all-click chemistry strategy (including thiol-ene and epoxy-amine additions). These as-prepared CPTEs were found to exhibited outstanding antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with minimum inhibitory concentrations against E. coli of 7.3, 14.6, and 14.6 μg ml−1, and against S. aureus of 14.6, 29.2, and 29.2 μg ml−1, respectively. The antibacterial activity is coincident with their degree of branching (DB, their DB values of 0.81, 0.48, and 0.27), which is mainly attributed to the inherent three-dimensional structure. The present strategy reveals the relationship of polymer topology and antibacterial activity, providing a novel possibility for designing and/or synthesis of high-efficiency antibacterial agents.  相似文献

Poly(acrylamide) (PAM) with controlled molecular weight and tacticity was prepared by UV-irradiation-initiated controlled/living radical polymerization in the presence of dibenzyl trithiocarbonate (DBTTC) and Y(OTf)3. The rapid and facile photo-initiated controlled/living polymerization at ambient temperature led to controlled molecular weight and narrow polydispersity (Mw/Mn = 1.12-1.24) of PAM. The coordination of Y(OTf)3 with the last two amide groups in the growing chain radical effectively enhanced isotacticity of PAM. The isotactic sequence of dyads (m), triads (mm) and pentads (mmmm) in PAM were 70.32%, 50.95%, and 29.97%, respectively, which were determined by the resonance of methine (CH) groups in PAM under 13C NMR experiment. Factors affecting stereocontrol during the polymerization were studied, including the type of Lewis acids, concentration of Y(OTf)3, and monomer conversion. It is intriguing that the meso tacticity increased gradually with chain propagation and quite higher isotacticity (m = 93.01%, mm = 86.57%) was obtained in the later polymerization stage (conversion 65-85%).  相似文献
