A direct strategy for the creation of defects on carbon nanofibers (CNFs) has been developed by steam treatment.Nitrogen physisorption,XRD,Raman spectra,SEM and TEM analyses proved the existence of the new defects on CNFs.BET surface area of CNFs after steam treatment was enhanced from 20 to 378 m2/g.Pd catalysts supported on CNFs were also prepared by colloidal deposition method.The different activity of Pd/CNFs catalysts in the partial hydrogenation of phenylacetylene further demonstrated the diverse surfaces of CNFs could be formed by steam treatment.  相似文献

以聚环氧乙烷聚环氧丙烷单丁基醚(PAG)为基础油和聚四氟乙烯为稠化剂,分别以气相生长碳纤维(VGCF)、银粉和铜粉作为导电填料,制备了电力复合脂.采用GEST-121型体积表面电阻率测试仪测定了润滑脂的体积电阻率,往复摩擦磨损试验机考察三种导电填料对润滑脂摩擦磨损性能的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)观察并分析了磨痕表面形貌和主要元素.结果表明:在室温和100℃下,含有VGCF的电力复合脂均具有较低的体积电阻率;这种润滑脂还具有优异的润滑性能,当VGCF添加质量分数为1.5%时,具有最优的减摩和抗磨性能.  相似文献

We have observed a dispersionlike absorption (or gain) spectrum at the D1 transition in a Rb vapor cell filled with a buffer gas, due to Zeeman coherence of the ground states in a double Lambda configuration. Meanwhile, we have also observed superluminal pulse propagation. It is experimentally demonstrated that the front speed of a light pulse still equals the light speed c in vacuum, although the group velocity of the light pulse is(-2.2+/-0.6) x 10(4) m/s.  相似文献

To evaluate the feasibility of treating hypertension by human tissue kallikrein gene (KLK1) delivery and by enzyme (rK1) administration, two recombinant vectors expressing KLK1 cDNA were constructed for gene delivery (pcDNA-KLK1) and recombinant enzyme preparation (pOV-KLK1). Expression of the pcDNA-KLK1 vector in COS-1 cells was confirmed by immunofluorescence and in spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR) by enzymatic detection. Following intramuscular or intravenous injection with the pcDNA-KLK1 vector, systolic pressure of SHR was significantly decreased, which lasted for 20 d to two months depending on dose, route and/or time of injection. Egg white containing recombinant hK1 was prepared by injection of egg-laying hens with the oviduct-specific expression vector pOV-KLK1 and administered into SHR via oral gavage. Following administration, systolic pressure of the SHR was decreased to that of normal rats, which lasted for 3-5 d depending on the dosage used. These data suggest that both hKLK1 gene delivery and recombinant enzyme administration can be used as alternative strategies for treating human hypertension.  相似文献

The direct numerical simulation method is adopted to study the non-linear characteristics of Rayleigh-Taylor instable perturbations at the ablation front of a 200 μm planar CH ablation target. In the simulation, the classical electrical thermal conductivity is included, and NND difference scheme is used. The linear growth rates obtained from the simulation agree with the Takabe formula. The ampli- tude distribution of the density perturbation at the ablation front is obtained for the linear growth case. The non-linear characteristics of Rayleigh-Taylor instable perturbations are analyzed and the numerical results show that the amplitude distributions of the compulsive harmonics are very different from that of the fundamental perturbation. The characteristics of the amplitude distributions of the harmonics and their fast growth explain why spikes occur at the ablation front. The numerical results also show that non-linear effects have relations with the phase differences of double mode initial perturbations, and different phase differences lead to varied spikes.  相似文献

倒相开关是能量倍增器法(SLED)脉冲压缩系统中的关键器件,它的倒相精度和开关速度对脉冲压缩系统的性能有重要影响。设计了一种工作在S波段的精度可调、响应迅速的微带反射式倒相开关,并对其进行了理论分析,电路结构设计和仿真研究。对倒相开关的反射终端进行了改进设计,利用一个变容二极管来代替传统的并联枝节电路,通过调节变容二极管的偏置电压改变反射终端的反射系数,从而实现对倒相相位的精确调节。仿真结果表明,倒相开关响应时间约4 ns,且通过调节变容二极管偏置电压可以在一定范围内调节倒相精度。

为获取某型高功率微波辐射系统辐射至空中靶目标处(数十m至数百km处)的微波脉冲参数,基于某升空平台无线数传链路,设计了一种结构简单、紧凑的远程无线高功率微波辐射场测量数据采集系统。该系统具备运行状态动态指示、测量参数远程设置以及波形数据实时显示等功能,质量小于2 kg,瞬时动态范围大于15 dB。试验结果表明:测量系统具备高重频微波脉冲参数测量能力,能实时有效捕获辐射场微波波形,运行稳定可靠,可满足百km级距离上的空中辐射场测量需求。  相似文献

设计了一种用于测量V波段过模高功率毫米波源在线功率的选模耦合器。利用小孔耦合理论和微元法对菱形耦合缝隙进行了理论分析,采用两组相同的菱形耦合缝隙实现选模功能,缩短了耦合器长度,增加了工作带宽。采用数值模拟的方法对耦合器结构进行优化设计,模拟结果表明:在60 GHz频点处,TM01模耦合度约为50 dB,TM02模耦合度仅为75 dB,对TM02模的抑制度为25 dB;在500 MHz带宽内对TM02模的抑制度大于15 dB,1 GHz带宽内的抑制度大于10 dB,可满足工作于TM01模的V波段高功率毫米波测试需求。同时针对工作于高次模TM0n(n=2,3,4,)的器件设计了可抑制TM01模的耦合器,为高次模工作的高功率毫米波器件的在线功率测量和模式诊断提供了技术方案。  相似文献

利用高温碳化法制备了荧光磁性钆掺杂碳点(Gd-CDs),其具有明亮的绿色荧光发射,荧光量子产率为32.6%,T1弛豫效率高达 9.02 L·mmol-1·s-1。将 Gd-CDs与卵巢癌特异性抗体 Anti-HE4连接,得到的 Anti-HE4/Gd-CDs纳米探针能对 SKOV-3卵巢癌细胞进行特异性的荧光成像和 T1加权成像,其荧光信号强度与 SKOV-3的细胞浓度成正比,对 SKOV-3细胞的检测限为658 cell·mL-1。以该方法检测了血液样品中的SKOV-3细胞。  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and accurate method for the separation and determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine using direct UV absorbance detection has been developed by the combination of flow injection with capillary electrophoresis for the first time. The buffer solution used is a 40 mM borate solution with the pH adjusted to 9.5 using a 2 M NaOH solution. The linear calibration range is 50 to 1000 microg/mL (r = 0.9996) for both analytes, and the recoveries are 91.2-108.2% for ephedrine and 92.6-107.3% for pseudoephedrine, respectively. The relative standard deviation of the peak area is 1.6% for ephedrine and 1.3% for pseudoephedrine (n = 6) at a concentration of 500 microg/mL, respectively. A series of samples is injected repeatedly without current interruption and subsequent rinsing, and the contents of these two alkaloids in three marketed drugs and the medical plant, Ephedra sinica, are determined with satisfactory results by this method.  相似文献
