Abstract

A series of novel side group-modified cyclotriphosphazene derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene [N3P3Cl6] with 2,2′-diphenol and the potassium salt of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, and subsequent reduction of aldehyde groups to alcohol groups by the use of sodium borohydride. The bromination reaction was carried out with PBr3 to give N3P3(O2C12H8) (p-BrCH2-C6H4-O-)4. This compound was employed in reactions with macrocyclic polyamides, imidazole, or morpholine to produce title compounds. The target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, 13C NMR, and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.

A methodology for improving antistatic property of polyetherimide (PEI) composite using polyaniline (PANI) grafted multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) as conductive medium was proposed. First, the MWNTs grafted with PANI (PANI‐g‐MWNTs) were prepared by in‐situ polymerization in an emulsion system. Subsequently, PANI‐g‐MWNTs were blended with PEI using N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone as solvent. After removing the solvent, the PEI/PANI‐g‐MWNT composite was prepared. As assisted conductive medium, the grafted PANI molecular chains on MWNT surface were dispersed in the PEI matrix to decrease the percolation value of the antistatic composites. The structure and morphology of PANI‐g‐MWNTs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscope, thermogravimetric analysis, and X‐ray powder diffraction, respectively. The dispersion of PANI‐g‐MWNTs in PEI matrix was studied by scanning electron microscope. The electrical performance was characterized by highly resistant meter. The volume resistivity of the conductivity percolation threshold was 1.781 × 10?8 S/cm when the loading of PANI‐g‐MWNTs was 1.0 wt%. The conductivity of PANI‐g‐MWNTs/PEI composites was found to be higher than that of pristine MWNTs/PEI composite. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A direct and efficient approach to 1‐aminoindolizines through three‐component one‐pot reaction of heteroaryl aldehydes, secondary amines and terminal alkynes catalyzed by CuI under solvent‐free conditions has been developed. An efficient strategy for the synthesis of a variety of 3‐methyleneisoindolin‐1‐ones has been developed. The reaction proceeded from coupling of 2‐iodobenzamides (or 2‐bromobenzamides) and terminal alkynes via Cu(OAc)2·H2O/2,2′‐biimidazole catalyzed in DMF at 60°C and subsequent additive cyclization produced substituted 3‐methyleneisoindolin‐1‐ones in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Despite the rapid development of nanomaterials and nanotechnology, it is still desirable to develop novel nanoparticle-based techniques which are cost-effective, timesaving, and environment-friendly, and with ease of operation and procedural simplicity, for assay of target analytes. In the work discussed in this paper, the dye fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was conjugated to 1,6-hexanediamine (HDA)-capped iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles (FITC–HDA Fe3O4 MNPs), and the product was characterized. HDA ligands on the surface of Fe3O4 MNPs can bind 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) to form TNT anions by acid–base pairing interaction. Formation of TNT anions, and captured TNT substantially affect the emission of FITC on the surface of the Fe3O4 MNPs, resulting in quenching of the fluorescence at 519 nm. A novel FITC–HDA Fe3O4 MNPs-based probe featuring chemosensing and magnetic separation has therefore been constructed. i.e. FITC–HDA Fe3O4 MNPs had a highly selective fluorescence response and enabled magnetic separation of TNT from other nitroaromatic compounds by quenching of the emission of FITC and capture of TNT in aqueous solution. Very good linearity was observed for TNT concentrations in the range 0.05–1.5 μmol?L?1, with a detection limit of 37.2 nmol?L?1 and RSD of 4.7 % (n?=?7). Approximately 12 % of the total amount of TNT was captured. The proposed methods are well-suited to trace detection and capture of TNT in aqueous solution.

Mangiferin is the main bioactive component in mango leaves, which possesses anti‐inflammatory, antioxidative, antidiabetic, immunomodulatory, and antitumor activities. In the present study, a microwave‐assisted extraction method was developed for the extraction of mangiferin from mango leaves. Some parameters such as ethanol concentration, liquid‐to‐solid ratio, microwave power, and extraction time were optimized by single‐factor experiments and response surface methodology. The optimal extraction conditions were 45% ethanol, liquid‐to‐solid ratio of 30:1 (mL/g), and extraction time of 123 s under microwave irradiation of 474 W. Under optimal conditions, the yield of mangiferin was 36.10 ± 0.72 mg/g, significantly higher than that of conventional extraction. The results obtained are beneficial for the full utilization of mango leaves and also indicate that microwave‐assisted extraction is a very useful method for extracting mangiferin from plant materials.  相似文献

A butyl–silica hybrid monolithic column for bioseparation by capillary liquid chromatography (cLC) was prepared with butyl methacrylate and alkoxysilanes through a “one-pot” process. The effects of polycondensation temperature, volume percentage of N,N′-dimethylformamide, and content of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and butyl methacrylate on the morphologies of the hybrid monolithic columns prepared were investigated in detail. Baseline separations of proteins and small peptides on the hybrid monolithic column were achieved by cLC with gradient elution. In addition, the resulting hybrid column was also applied for analysis of tryptic digests of bovine serum albumin by cLC coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. The results demonstrate its potential application in separation of complex biological samples.  相似文献
