Ferrocenylethynyl‐terminated derivatives 8 – 12 have been synthesized and characterized by electrochemistry and UV/Vis spectroscopy. The electrochemical and photophysical studies indicate that the electronic communication in ferrocenylethynyl‐substituted derivatives is strongly influenced by the substituted position of the ferrocenylethynyl moiety. In situ electrochemical oxidation or chemical oxidation caused a characteristically weak ligand‐to‐metal charge‐transfer (LMCT) band to appear at 700–1000 nm. Subsequent electrochemical reduction or chemical reduction recovered the most of the original curve and the color of the solution as well. Among the derivatives, compound 8 exhibits the highest cis/trans molar ratio (64:36) in the photostationary state (PSS) upon light irradiation at 365 nm. Compound 8 exhibits excellent fatigue resistance and reversibility under several repeated reversible isomerization cycles. 相似文献

Conjugated microporous polymers (CMPs) have recently received extensive attention in oil/organic solvent-water separation field as a kind of ideal porous absorbents with tunable porosity, large surface areas, and super-hydrophobicity. However, reports on the application of CMPs in adsorption of hydrophilic contaminants from water are very few. In this work, we studied the adsorption of metronidazole (MNZ), a polar antibiotic, by two kinds of CMPs. The adsorption characteristics of MNZ by the CMPs, including adsorption kinetics, mechanism, and isotherm parameters were calculated. The adsorption kinetics of MNZ was well expressed by the pseudo-second-order model, and the adsorption process was found to be mainly controlled by film diffusion. The adsorption isotherm data agreed well with the Langmuir isotherm model, and the values of free energy E indicated that the adsorption nature of MNZ on the CMPs was physisorption. Increasing dispersion degree of the CMPs in MNZ solution resulted in greater adsorption. This work may provide fundamental guidance for the removal of antibiotics by CMPs. 相似文献

The ability to supply suitable blood vessel system is a major challenge for artificial thick tissue engineering. Angiogenesis is a key point during the process of microvascular formation. Many bioactive molecules such as extra cellular matrix(ECM) proteins and adhesion peptides derived from the ECM are applied to promote angiogenesis. In this work, two adhesion peptides, YIGSR and REDV, were selected to modify sodium alginate(ALG) to obtain YIGSR- and REDV-alginate conjugates(ALG-YIGSR, and ALG-REDV, respectively). We mixed the two peptide-conjugates together in a series of concentration ratios to prepare bioactive surfaces for in vitro studies and hydrogel scaffolds for in vivo studies. In vitro studies showed that surfaces modified with 1.09 pmol/mm2 peptide had the best affinity to human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) than that with high or low concentrations of peptides. In addition, surfaces modified with dual peptides could significantly promote HUVECs proliferation, where ALG-YIGSR:ALG-REDV at a mole ratio of 5:1 exhibited the best enhancement ability. Furthermore, the in vivo angiogenesis results demonstrated that hydrogel scaffolds composed of mixed ALG-YIGSR and ALG-REDV at the 5:1 ratio had angiogenic induction potential by stimulating new blood vessel formation, and showed higher blood vessel density than scaffolds composed of a single peptide. These results demonstrated that a mixed combination of peptide alginate conjugates could be a potential scaffold to stimulate and induce angiogenesis in tissue engineering applications. 相似文献

High-internal-phase-emulsion polymers (polyHIPEs) show great promise as solid-phase-extraction (SPE) materials because of the tremendous porosity and highly interconnected framework afforded by the high-internal-phase-emulsion (HIPE) technique. In this work, polyHIPE monolithic columns as novel SPE materials were prepared and applied to trace enrichment of cytokinins (CKs) from complex plant samples. The polyHIPE monoliths were synthesized via the in-situ polymerization of the continuous phase of a HIPE containing styrene (STY) and divinylbenzene (DVB) in a stainless column, and revealed highly efficient and selective enrichment ability for aromatic compounds. Under the optimized experimental conditions, a method using a monolithic polyHIPE column combined with liquid chromatography–electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS–MS) was developed for the simultaneous extraction and sensitive determination of trans-zeatin (tZ), meta-topolin (mT), kinetin (K), and kinetin riboside (KR). The proposed method had good linearity, with correlation coefficients (R 2) from 0.9957 to 0.9984, and low detection limits (LODs, S/N?=?3) in the range 2.4–47 pg mL?1 for the four CKs. The method was successfully applied to the determination of CKs in real plant samples, and obtained good recoveries ranging from 68.8 % to 103.0 % and relative standard deviations (RSDs) lower than 16 %. 相似文献

The first organic–inorganic hybrid compound based on the Keggin polyoxometalate and alkali-N-heterocycle ligand [Na4(tib)2(H2O)2(α-HBW12O40)]·2H2O (1) (tib = 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazoly)benzene) was hydrothermally synthesized by utilizing a pH-dependent approach in the POM/Cu/tib reaction systems. X-ray structural analyses reveal that compound 1, formed in pH 5.2, possesses a (3,4,6)-connected 2D net with the (42·5)(46)(33·46·52·64) topology. In addition, electrochemical and electrocatalytic properties of compound 1 were studied by cyclic voltammograms. Compound 1 displayed electrocatalytic activities toward reduction of nitrite. 相似文献

Di-1-methyl heptyl methyl phosphonate (DMHMP) is a promising alternative extractant for Th-U fuel reprocessing, in which the irradiation stability of extractant should be systematically studied. In this paper, the radiolysis products of DMHMP were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with gas and ion chromatograph, the possible radiolysis mechanism of DMHMP was also concluded. Moreover, the effect of structure on the radiolysis products and irradiation stability of neutral organophosphorus compound extractant was also discussed.

PEG-related adhesives are limited in clinical use because they are easy to swell and cannot support the cell growth.In this study,we produced a series of POSS-modified PEG adhesives with high adhesive strength.Introduction of inorganic hydrophobic POSS units decreased the swelling of the adhesives and enhanced cell adhesion and growth.The in vitro cytotoxicity and in vivo inflammatory response experiments clearly demonstrated that the adhesives were nontoxic and possessed excellent biocompatibility.Compared with the sutured wounds,the adhesive-treated wounds showed an accelerated healing process in wounded skin model of the Bama miniature pig,demonstrating that the POSS-modified PEG adhesive is a promising candidate for wound closure. 相似文献

In this paper, long-lived free radicals in atmospheric-pressure DBD plasma were used to treat PET yarn surface. Subsequently, the drag force of treated yarns in air flow at four humidities (40 ± 3, 50 ± 3, 60 ± 3, 70 ± 3%) was measured. The results suggest that with the increase of flow humidity, the air drag force of untreated yarn decreased while that of plasma-treated ones on average increased gradually. The average growth rates of the drag force under each humidity were 5.33, 7.58, 10.08 and 12.28% respectively. Meanwhile, the air drag force of the yarns treated at different specific input energy (SIE) densities and treatment time varied obviously under different flow humidity. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis was performed to characterize the yarn surfaces chemically. The topology and roughness of PET yarns were measured by atomic force microscopy. The tensile test was carried out to characterize the mechanical strength. The ozone, nitrate and nitrite radicals and total organic carbon in tail gas of plasma were also analyzed. The maximal atomic concentration of N element on PET surface could reach 8.0%. The obtained results can improve the understanding of the property of long-lived reactive species from DBD plasma source generated at different SIE and the difference in PET surface etching and modification during remote treatment at different SIE. Moreover, the results also provide an experimental guideline for the improvement of weaving efficiency in air-jet weaving. 相似文献

Lithium has been proposed as an attractive metal propellant for advanced electric propulsion. In our current work, transport coefficients including the viscosity, thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity of lithium plasma under both the equilibrium and non-equilibrium conditions are calculated based on a two-temperature model. The collision integrals used in calculating the transport coefficients are significantly more accurate than values used in previous theoretical studies, resulting in more reliable values of the transport coefficients. Results are computed for different degrees of thermal non-equilibrium, i.e. the ratio of electron to heavy particle temperatures, from 1 to 15, with the electron temperature ranging from 300 to 60,000 K in a wide pressure range from 0.0001 to 100 atm. We compare our calculated results with existing published results and discrepancies are found and explained. 相似文献
