An electrospun poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) membrane was prepared and used to perform the anti-adhesion of Achilles tendon. Throughout the experiments, the membrane showed an appropriate degradation rate, and the p H values of degradation media were maintained at around 7.4. Simultaneously, the excellent biocompatibility of the membrane in vitro and in vivo was confirmed by live/dead and histopathological analyses. Meanwhile, the membrane can reduce tendon adhesion significantly and promote functional recovery effectively. The encouraging results were further demonstrated by hematoxylin and eosin(HE), and Masson's trichrome stainings, and type I collagen immunohistochemical analysis. It was concluded that the model treated with the electrospun PLGA membrane was significantly better with respect to the adhesion prevention and tissue repair than that without treatment. Considering the results of degradation and adhesion prevention efficacy, the electrospun PLGA membrane would be a great candidate for the prevention of postoperative tendon adhesion. 相似文献

An electrically neutral cobalt complex, [Co(GA)2(phen)] (GA=glycollic acid, phen=1,10‐phenathroline), was synthesized and its interactions with double‐stranded DNA (dsDNA) were studied by using electrochemical methods on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). We found that [Co(GA)2(phen)] could intercalate into the DNA duplex through the planar phen ligand with a high binding constant of 6.2(±0.2)×105 M ?1. Surface studies showed that the cobalt complex could electrochemically accumulate within the modified dsDNA layer, rather than within the single‐stranded DNA (ssDNA) layer. Based on this feature, the complex was applied as a redox‐active hybridization indicator to detect 18‐base oligonucleotides from the CaMV35S promoter gene. This biosensor presented a very low background signal during hybridization detection and could realize the detection over a wide kinetic range from 1.0×10?14 M to 1.0×10?8 M , with a low detection limit of 2.0 fM towards the target sequences. The hybridization selectivity experiments further revealed that the complementary sequence, the one‐base‐mismatched sequence, and the non‐complementary sequence could be well‐distinguished by the cobalt‐complex‐based biosensor. 相似文献

A new sensitive fluorometric assay method for acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and its inhibitor was developed using a fluorescent dye, nile red (NR). Due to the fluorescence resonance energy transfer between the NR and the gold nanoparticle (AuNPs), the fluorescence was quenched. AChE can break down acetylthiocholine to produce a thiol‐bearing compound, thiocholine. In the presence of thiocholine, the nile red is replaced from the AuNPs surfaces and simultaneously transformed to a derivative of nile red. The fluorescence intensity of the derivative is much stronger than that of the native nile red with the same concentration and its maximum emission wavelength has a blue shift so that the sensor achieves a good signal‐to‐background ratio. In addition, when organophosphate pesticide (OPs) exists, the activity of AChE can be inhibited, the generation of thiocholine will be prevented and no fluorescence enhancement occurs. The results show that the method is sensitive to AChE and paraoxon with the detection limits of 0.2 mU/mL and 0.05 ng/mL, respectively. 相似文献

化学基元组学(chemomics)是与化学信息学、生物信息学、合成化学等学科相关的交叉学科.生物系统从内源性小分子(天然砌块)出发,通过酶催化的化学反应序列制造天然产物.生物系统通过化学反应和天然砌块向目标天然产物“砌入”一组原子,这样的一组原子称为化学基元(chemoyl).化学基元组(chemome)是生物组织中所含有的化学基元的全体.化学基元组学研究各种化学基元的结构、组装与演化的基本规律.在生存压力和繁衍需求的驱动下,生物系统已经进化出有效手段来合成天然产物以应付环境的变化,并产生了丰富多彩的生物和化学多样性.近年来,人们意识到药物创新的瓶颈之一是药物筛选资源的日益枯竭.化学基元组学可以解决这个瓶颈问题,它通过揭示生物系统制备化学多样性的规律,发展仿生合成方法制备类天然化合物库(quasi natural product libraries)以供药物筛选.本文综述了化学基元组学的主要研究内容及其在药物创新各领域中的潜在应用. 相似文献

以不同浓度的H2SO4对膨润土进行改性,得到酸化膨润土催化剂x%H2SO4-BN(x=20,25,30,35,40),通过XRD,BET,FT-IR,Py-IR和NH3-TPD对膨润土的结构和性质进行表征,证明膨润土经酸化后,骨架结构基本没有变化,但是其比表面和孔容有很大的提高,且弱酸位增多.将其用于催化乙醇(EtOH)和叔丁醇(TBA)合成乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)的醚化反应.结果表明,30%H2SO4-BN催化活性最好,最佳实验条件:催化剂用量为3.5%(催化剂与叔丁醇的质量百分比),反应温度130℃,原料摩尔比(EtOH:TBA)为2∶1. 相似文献

The compositional zoning of the garnet in a strongly deformed eclogite from Raobazhai foliated peridotite has been recognized. The CaO concentrations of the garnet are decreased from the core to the rim, while its MnO concentrations are increased, suggesting the retrograde origin of such CaO—MnO zoning. The tie line of garnet + omphacite from this eclogite gives a Sm-Nd age of (187 ± 5) Ma, which is less significant than the Sm-Nd ages of (221±5)—(228 ± 3) Ma and (210 ± 6)—(214 ± 6) Ma for ultrahigh-pressure eclogites in the southern Dabie zone and in the northern Dabie zone, respectively. This younger Sm-Nd age could result from the143Nd/144 Nd ratio decrease of the retrograde zone in the garnet. The δ18O values of the garnet and omphacite show that their fractionation values are less than the equilibrium fractionation value between the garnet and omphacite at 500—900°C, which suggests an oxygen isotopic disequilibrium between them. 相似文献
