以一缩二乙二醇为溶剂,采用多醇法(polyol method)合成LaPO4∶Eu3+纳米发光材料,利用XRD、FE-SEM、TG-DTA、Uv-vis光谱、光致发光光谱(PL)及寿命等手段进行了表征。结果表明:所得到的材料结晶完好,具有LaPO4的独居石型结构;粒子的形貌为球形,其粒径约为25 nm;在波长为258 nm的紫外光激发下,其发射光谱由Eu3+的5D0-7FJ(J=1,2,3,4)特征发射组成,在592 nm处的磁偶极跃迁(5D0-7F1)最强,表现为Eu3+的橙-红特征发射;LaPO4∶Eu3+纳米粒子中Eu3+的最佳掺杂浓度为5%(摩尔比);Eu3+的光致发光衰减曲线符合单指数行为,其寿命(τ)为3.9 ms。 相似文献

The preparation process and upconversion luminescence of the Er(3+)-doped glass ceramics containing Ba(2)LaF(7) nanocrystals were investigated. The formation of Ba(2)LaF(7) nanocrystals in the glass ceramics was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. Er(3+)-doped glass ceramics containing Ba(2)LaF(7) nanocrystals exhibited highly efficient upconversion luminescence in comparison with glasses. With the increase of heat treatment temperature the upconversion luminescence intensity increased gradually. The composition of glasses was also found to have significant influence on the crystallization process of glass ceramics. The mixture of Ba(2)LaF(7) and La(2)O(3) nanocrystals and the mixture of La(2)F(3) and La(2)O(3) nanocrystals in the glass ceramics could be obtained by controlling different compositions of glasses. The upconversion luminescence intensity also varied significantly with different nanocrystals in the glass ceramics. 相似文献

One-dimensional (1D) nanostructured oxides are proposed as excellent electron transport materials (ETMs) for perovskite solar cells (PSCs); however, experimental evidence is lacking. A facile hydrothermal approach was employed to grow highly oriented anatase TiO2 nanopyramid arrays and demonstrate their application in PSCs. The oriented TiO2 nanopyramid arrays afford sufficient contact area for electron extraction and increase light transmission. Moreover, the nanopyramid array/perovskite system exhibits an oriented electric field that can increase charge separation and accelerate charge transport, thereby suppressing charge recombination. The anatase TiO2 nanopyramid array-based PSCs deliver a champion power conversion efficiency of approximately 22.5 %, which is the highest power conversion efficiency reported to date for PSCs consisting of 1D ETMs. This work demonstrates that the rational design of 1D ETMs can achieve PSCs that perform as well as typical mesoscopic and planar PSCs. 相似文献

Typically, the morphologies of the self-assembled nanostructures from block copolymers are limited to spherical micelles, wormlike micelles and vesicles. Now, a new generation of materials with unique shape and structures, cylindrical soft matter particles (tubisomes), are obtained from the hierarchical self-assembly of cyclic peptide-bridged amphiphilic diblock copolymers. The capacity of obtained photo-responsive tubisomes as potential drug carriers is evaluated. The supramolecular tubisomes pave an alternative way for fabricating polymeric tubular structures, and will expand the toolbox for the rational design of functional hierarchical nanostructures. 相似文献

The present study aims to describe and exemplify an integrated strategy of the combination of qualitative and quantitative characterization of a multicomponent mixture for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine injections with the example of Danhong injection (DHI). The standardized chemical profile of DHI has been established based on liquid chromatography with diode array detection. High‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry and high‐performance liquid chromatography with electrospray multistage tandem ion‐trap mass spectrometry have been developed to identify the major constituents in DHI. The structures of 26 compounds including nucleotides, phenolic acids, and flavonoid glycosides were identified or tentatively characterized. Meanwhile, the simultaneous determination of seven marker constituents, including uridine, adenosine, danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, p‐coumaric acid, rosmarinic acid, and salvianolic acid B, in DHI was performed by multiwavelength detection based on high‐performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection. The integrated qualitative and quantitative characterization strategy provided an effective and reliable pattern for the comprehensive and systematic characterization of the complex traditional Chinese medicine system. 相似文献

Organic-inorganic hybrid particles have many potential applications, but almost all of this research was focused on the hybrid particles containing one kind of inorganic nanoparticles. This paper presented a facile preparation method for SiO2/PS/TiO2 multilayer core-shell hybrid microspheres. In this approach, positively charged SiO2/PS core-shell hybrid particles were first synthesized by miniemulsion polymerization using cationic initiator and emulsifier. These positively charged SiO2/PS hybrid particles were mixed with tetra-n-butyl titanate for sol-gel reaction to directly form SiO2/PS/TiO2 multilayer core-shell hybrid microspheres. Some influencing parameters such as surfactant concentration, tetra-n-butyl titanate amount, and glacial acetic acid amount were investigated. Six eremophilane sesquiterpenes were obtained from a marine fungus Penicillium sp. BL27-2. Their structures were elucidated as 3-acetyl-9, 7 (11)-dien-7a-hydroxy-8-oxoeremophilane (1), 3-acetyl-13-deoxyphomenone (2), Sporogen-AO 1 (3), 7-hydro- xypetasol (4), 8a-hydroxy-13-deo -xyphomenone (5) and 6-dehydropetasol (6) based on detailed NMR analysis. 1 was a new compound and 2 was obtained as a new natural compound. These compounds were assayed for their cytotoxic activity on P388, A549, HL60, BEL7402 and K562 cell lines by the MTT method. The assay results suggested the epoxide rings in eremophilane molecules were essential for their activity, and acetylation could enhance their activity. 相似文献

Polymyxin B(PB),as the last-line of defense against multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria,has caused resistance to P.aeruginosa recently.Fortunately,synergistic treatment could preserve the last class of antibiotics and reduce the emergency of drug resistance.Here,we performed a screen of 970 approved drugs synergized with PB against the P.aeruginosa DK2,which is severely resistant to PB,MIC=512μg/mL.Encouragingly,we found fluoroquinolones could synergy with PB and achieved an obvious reduction in MIC of PB below the clinical susceptible breakpoint(2 μg/mL).Especially,gemifloxacin achieved the highest synergistic effect with PB,leading to a 4096-fold MIC reduction(reduced from512 μg/mL to 0.125 μg/mL).Furthermore,synergistic effect was also observed in the combination of gemifloxacin and colistin.Finally,outer membrane permeabilization assay showed that gemifloxacin could increase the permeability of bacterial cell membranes for P.aeruginosa which partly explained the synergy mechanism.These results indicate that fluoroquinolones represent attractive synergists to address the emerging threat of polymyxin-resistant infections. 相似文献
