用600keV的Kr~ 离子轰击Al/Cr双层薄膜样品进行界面原子反应及相互混合的研究。实验样品是在单晶硅上蒸镀约500nm厚的铝膜,相继再蒸上所需厚度的铬膜而制成的。轰击剂量为2.0×10~(15)-2.5×10~(16)Kr~ /cm~2。用2.0MeVa粒子对轰击前后的样品进行了卢瑟福背散射(RBS)分析,发现界面处有明显的原子混合存在;当轰击剂量≥1.0×10~(16)Kr~ /cm~2时,RBS谱出现有明显的坪台,经拟合计算和x射线衍射(XRD)测量证实确有化合物Al_(13)Cr_2存在;还分别得到了原子混合量及混合效率与轰击剂量的关系;最后对界面处的原子混合机制进行了讨论。 相似文献

This paper presents a generalized Adadorov theory for anisotropic thin—walled beams. The theory takes account of the shear strain of the middle surface, which exerts a significant influence on the anisotropic thin-walled beams. A new approach is established to solve the governing equations, which have the same form for both open and closed section beams. Wu's elimination method is an important method for solving multivariate poly- nomial equations.In this paper,we apply interval arithmetic to Wu's method and convert the problem of solving polynomial equations into that of solving interval polynomial equa- tions.Parallel results such as zero-decomposition theorem are obtained for interval poly- nomial equations.The advantages of the new approach are two-folds:First,the problem of the numerical instability arisen from floating-point arithmetic is largely overcome.Second, the low efficiency of the algorithm caused by large intermediate coefficients introduced by exact compaction is dramatically improved.Some examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 相似文献

This paper presents an operator‐splitting method (OSM) for the solution of the universal Reynolds equation. Jakobsson–Floberg–Olsson (JFO) pressure conditions are used to study cavitation in liquid‐lubricated journal bearings. The shear flow component of the oil film is first solved by a modified upwind finite difference method. The solution of the pressure gradient flow component is computed by the Galerkin finite element method. Present OSM solutions for slider bearings are in good agreement with available analytical and experimental results. OSM is then applied to herringbone grooved journal bearings. The film pressure, cavitation areas, load capacity and attitude angle are obtained with JFO pressure conditions. The calculated load capacities are in agreement with available experimental data. However, a detailed comparison of the present results with those predicted using Reynolds pressure conditions shows some differences. The numerical results showed that the load capacity and the critical mass of the journal (linear stability indicator) are higher and the attitude angle is lower than those predicted by Reynolds pressure conditions for cases of high eccentricities. A new numerical method called linearized and rational approximation method is presented to solve non‐linear evolution equations. The utility of the method is demonstrated for the case of differentiation of functions involving steep gradients. Ternary fission of 252Cf was studied at Gammasphere using eight ΔE×E particle telescopes. Helium, beryllium, boron, and carbon light charged particles (LCPs) emitted with kinetic energy more than 9, 21, 26, and 32 MeV, respectively, were identified. The 3368-keV γ transition from the first 2+ excited state in 10Be was found and the population probability ratio N(2+)/N(0+) = 0.160 ± 0.025 was estimated. No evidence was found for 3368-keV γ rays emitted from a triple molecular state. For the first time, charge distributions are obtained for ternary fission fragments emitted with helium, beryllium, and carbon LCPs. 相似文献

The best-r-point-average (BRPA) estimator of the maximizer of a regression function, proposed in Changchien (in: M.T. Chao, P.E. Cheng (Eds.), Proceedings of the 1990 Taipei Symposium in Statistics, June 28–30, 1990, pp. 63–78) has certain merits over the estimators derived through the estimation of the regression function. Some of the properties of the BRPA estimator have been studied in Chen et al. (J. Multivariate Anal. 57 (1996) 191) and Bai and Huang (Sankhya: Indian J. Statist. Ser. A. 61 (Pt. 2) (1999) 208–217). In this article, we further study the properties of the BRPA estimator and give its convergence rate under some quite general conditions. Simulation results are presented for the illustration of the convergence rate. Some comparisons with existing estimators such as the Müller estimator are provided. 相似文献

A novel epoxy system was developed through the in situ curing of bisphenol A type epoxy and 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylmethane with the sol–gel reaction of a phosphorus‐containing trimethoxysilane (DOPO–GPTMS), which was prepared from the reaction of 9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide (DOPO) with 3‐glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS). The preparation of DOPO–GPTMS was confirmed with Fourier transform infrared, 1H and 31P NMR, and elemental analysis. The resulting organic–inorganic hybrid epoxy resins exhibited a high glass‐transition temperature (167 °C), good thermal stability over 320 °C, and a high limited oxygen index of 28.5. The synergism of phosphorus and silicon on flame retardance was observed.
