PHOTOCHEMICAL STUDIES ON THE ANTIINFLAMMATORY DRUG DICLOFENAC

Irradiation with UVA light of the anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac [2-(2,6-dichloroanilino)phenylacetic acid] in aqueous buffer or methanol solution leads to sequential loss of both chlorine substituents and ring closure to carbazole-1-acetic acid as the major product. Minor products result from substitution by the solvent. The photosensitizing properties of diclofenac and its major photoproduct were tested with singlet oxygen substrates and in the free radical polymerization of acrylamide. Although the major carbazole product is a weakly phototoxic agent, able to generate singlet oxygen more efficiently than diclofenac, the free radical photodechlorination process is postulated as the probable initiation step of in vivo photosensitivity responses.     

Nanocrystals for large Stokes shift-based optosensing

Electrocatalysis of cytochrome c at a C(60)-gamma-cyclodextrin and Nafion chemically modified electrode

The C(60)-gamma-cyclodextrin and Nafion chemically modified electrode exhibits two redox waves by cyclic voltammetry. Such an electrode will effect reduction and oxidation of cytochrome c and be capable of mediating the electron transfer to cytochrome c.     

New synthesis of two optically active steroid CD ring synthons by microbial asymmetric reduction

Two optically active steroid CD ring synthons 4 and 19 were synthesized from 11 obtained by the microbial asymmetric reduction of a pro-chiral trione 10 which could be efficiently prepared by the reaction of a new annelating reagent 9 with 2-ethyl-cyclopentane-1, 3-dione.     

Pt微粒修饰纳米纤维聚苯胺电极对甲醇氧化电催化

以脉冲电流法制备的纳米纤维状聚苯胺(PANI)为Pt催化剂载体，用它制备了甲醇阳极氧化的催化电极Pt/（nano-fibular PANI）.研究结果表明, Pt/（nano-fibular PANI）电极对甲醇氧化具有很好的电催化活性,并有协同催化作用.在相同的Pt载量条件下， Pt/（nano-fibular PANI）电极比Pt微粒修饰的颗粒状聚苯胺电极Pt/(granular PANI)具有更好的电催化活性.此外， Pt的电沉积修饰方法同样影响Pt/（nano-fibular PANI）电极对甲醇氧化的催化活性.脉冲电流法沉积Pt形成的复合电极较循环伏安法电沉积得到的Pt复合电极具有更优异的催化活性.     

Synthesis, crystal structure and magnetic property of the novel dinuclear nickel(II) complex with 4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole

A novel dinuclear nickel(II) complex, [Ni₂(MOBPT)₂Cl₂(H₂O)₂]Cl₂ · 7H₂O (MOBPT = 4-(p-methoxyphenyl) −3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal structure determination shows that the dinuclear Ni₂N₈ unit is almost planer in which each Ni^II ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from MOBPT equatorially and a water molecule and a chloride ion axially in a distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic measurements reveal a relatively weak antiferromagnetic exchange in the complex.     

塔板理论对柱内和柱外浓度分布曲线的描述

使用Visual Basic和QBasic程序，分别在Excel和DOS上，在不做任何化简的情况下，对塔板理论描述的柱内和柱外组分浓度分布进行了研究。发现符合线性分配的样品组分在色谱柱内存在3种不同的浓度分布形态，在色谱柱外则都是拖尾峰形态。分析了不同分配比对柱内和柱外浓度分布曲线最高点和次高点的影响。     

α-Al2O3纳米粒子对Co-Ni合金异常共沉积电化学行为的影响

为了研究在电化学复合共沉积过程中,惰性纳米粒子和金属离子、电极表面的相互作用,以及由此产生的对合金电化学共沉积行为的影响.本文从两个吸附过程出发: 电解液中的金属离子和H＋在纳米粒子表面的吸附；纳米粒子迁移到阴极表面,在电极表面的吸附.采用Zeta电势和稳态极化以及电化学交流阻抗（EIS）研究了纳米Al2O3粒子和电解液中的金属离子，和电极表面的相互作用,进而分析了纳米粒子对Co2＋和Ni2＋还原沉积的影响规律.通过对阻抗数据的拟合,讨论了Al2O3纳米粒子对等效电路中各物理参数的影响.在H＋和不同金属离子在纳米粒子上发生竞争吸附的基础上,提出了纳米粒子和合金共沉积的可能反应历程.     

C60大量、快速分离和电喷雾电离质谱检测

本文用配合沉淀和活性炭吸附相结合的方法，从高级富勒烯含量较高的混合物中，大量、快速分离Ｃ６０，并用电喷雾电离质谱对分离产物进行检测     

纳米管束的合成及结构

用电弧法制备出纳米管及纳米管束，并用高分辨电镜观察其结构．观察到的纳米管管子中空，管壁平行，间距0．34nm，端部封闭；还观察到单层纳米管，洋葱球以及内包晶核的洋葱球结构，纳米管束微结构为纳米管．用扫描电镜观察，为明显的针状晶须，定向排列，晶须互相平行，平行于电场方向生长，晶须直径0．2～0．6mm，长度3～8mm．生成纳米管束的原因可能是由于掺杂碳棒中的杂质提供了晶须生长的晶核．
