纳米晶软磁合金中的结构对技术磁性的影响——Ⅱ.磁弹耦合作用

对磁弹耦合在决定纳米晶软磁合金宏观磁性中的作用进行了探讨,高场磁化规律以及正电子湮没测量表明:对Fe_73.5Cu₁Nb₃Si_13.5B₉合金,准位错偶极子造成的应力场对畴壁的钉扎效应是造成纳米晶软磁合金矫顽力的重要原因;结构缺陷造成的应力场与磁致伸缩的耦合作用对纳米晶软磁性能有重要的影响.在结构各向异性和磁弹耦合能共同作用下可解释纳米晶合金表现出最佳软磁性能.     

关于p-叶星形性和强星形性的充分条件 (英)

本文利用微分从属的方法得到了单位圆盘内p-叶星形函数和强星形函数的某些充分条件．     

一种基于能带工程设计的CaAsSb/InP异质结双极晶体三极管

异质结晶体三极管（HBT）的性能与其材料体系密不可分，利用能带工程可以大大优化器件的结构，提高器件性能，文章从分析HBT的能带结构及设计要求入手，介绍了一种利用能带工程设计的基于GaAsSb/InP材料体系的新型HBT器件的结构及其性能，分析了该器件与其它材料体系器件相比所具有的优异特性，说明了对HBT的各区材料，其带边的相对位置所起的重要作用，最后，文章还报道了近期的实验情况，说明了GaAsSb/InP体系HBT的实际性能与理论预言一致。     

Duration-Dependent Asymmetry in Photoionization of H atoms in Few-Cycle Laser Pulses

The photoionization of H atoms irradiated by few-cycle laser pulses is studied numerically. The variations of the total ionization, the partial ionizations in opposite directions, and the corresponding asymmetry with the carrier-envelope phase in several pulse durations are obtained. We find that besides a stronger modulation on the partial ionizations, the change of pulse duration leads to a shift along carrier-envelope （CE） phase in the calculated signals. The phase shift arises from the nonlinear property of ionization and relates closely to the Coulomb attraction of the parent ion to the ionized electron. Our calculations show good agreement with the experimental observation under similar conditions.     

Dispersion and distribution of organically modified montmorillonite in nylon‐66 matrix

Nylon‐66 nanocomposites were prepared by melt‐compounding nylon‐66 with an alkyl ammonium surfactant pretreated montmorillonite (MMT). The thermal stability of the organic MMT powders was measured by thermogravimetric analysis. The decomposition of the surfactant on the MMT occurred from 200 to 500 °C. The low onset decomposition temperature of the organic MMT is one shortcoming when it is used to prepare polymer nanocomposites at high melt‐compounding temperatures. To provide greater property enhancement and better thermal stability of the polymer/MMT nanocomposites, it is necessary to develop MMT modified with more thermally stable surfactants. The dispersion and spatial distribution of the organic MMT layers in the nylon‐66 matrix were characterized by X‐ray diffraction. The organic MMT layers were exfoliated but not randomly dispersed in the nylon‐66 matrix. A model was proposed to describe the spatial distribution of the organic MMT layers in an injection‐molded rectangular bar of nylon‐66/organic MMT nanocomposites. Most organic MMT layers were oriented in the injection‐molding direction. Layers near the four surfaces of the bar were parallel to their corresponding surfaces; whereas those in the bulk differed from the near‐surface layers and rotated themselves about the injection‐molding direction. The influence of the spatial distribution of the organic MMT on crystallization of nylon‐66 was also investigated. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以Nusselt理论为基础,运用三维坐标建立了肋片侧面的冷凝传热模型,对肋片侧面的冷凝传热机理进行了分析,得出了肋片侧面表面传热系数的积分表达式。利用此法对水平环肋单管表面传热系数进行计算并将结果与传统解法进行比较。     

CID-ICP-AES检测煤中不同形态的硫

研究了CID-ICP-AES检测煤中硫酸盐和硫铁矿形态硫的方法。较现有国标方法快速、简便，常见元素不干扰，加标回收率在98．5％-103．0％之间，10次测定的RSD在0．76％-1．59％之间。     

S3上阿诺德弦猜想中的变分方法

本文使用变分方法证明了三维标准切触球的标准勒让德扭结，至少存在一个弦连结适应于标准切触结构的任何选定切触形式，这部分证明了著名的阿诺德弦猜想。     

Crystallographic report: Bis(norfloxacin)dilead(II) tetranitrate, [Pb2(H‐Norf)2(ONO2)4]

The centrosymmetric binuclear structure of [Pb₂(H‐Norf)₂(ONO₂)₄]shows the geometry around each lead(II) atom to be distorted trigonal bipyramidal with Pb–O distances ranging from 2.357(3) to 2.769(4) Å. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
