The characters of stimulated Raman scattering of BaWO4 crystal excited by a picoseconds laser at 1064 nm are studied based on optical parametric amplification (OPA). Up to six-order Stokes components and five-order anti-Stokes components are observed. The SRS components are amplified by an OPA and the wavelength tunable range from 411 to 2594 nm is achieved with a maximum conversion efficiency of 38% using the OPA stage.  相似文献

The optical properties of the Au–Ag alloy nanowire coated with a cylindrical shell with radial dielectric anisotropy are investigated based on quasistatic theory. Numerical results show that the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peak is redshifted with increasing the component ratio of Au in the alloy, while the intensity of extinction section at the SPR increases with increasing the component ratio of Ag in the alloy. In addition, as the extent of anisotropy of the shell increases, the extinction section at SPR wavelength decreases and the SPR wavelength is redshifted, but compared with the isotropic shell consisting of comparable dielectric constant materials, the SPR has a distinct blueshift for anisotropic shell. We also find that the field enhancement can be completely concentrated inside the anisotropic shell and the electromagnetic transparency can be exhibited.  相似文献

A sensitive and specific reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method with ultraviolet detection was developed for the determination of vitamin C, using tetrabutylammonium hydroxide as an ion-pair reagent in a compound oral solution containing 100 mg/mL calcium gluconate and 1.25 mg/mL vitamin C. The aqueous phase contained 0.005 mol/L tetrabutylammonium hydroxide and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of the aqueous phase-methanol (80:20, v/v, pH 6.0 adjusted by phosphoric acid). The linearity, sensitivity and specificity, accuracy, and stability of the procedure were evaluated. The calibration curves for vitamin C were linear in the range of 10.0-100.0 μg/mL. The percentage coefficient of variation of the quantitative analysis of the vitamin C in the products analysis was within 5%. The method was successfully applied to determine the stability of vitamin C in the compound oral solution. It was found that the vitamin C peak was symmetrical and the column efficiency was high. The method is simple and suitable for stability testing of a low concentration of vitamin C preparation.  相似文献

In this study, a novel infrared-assisted extraction method coupled capillary electrophoresis (CE) is employed to determine chlorogenic acid from a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), honeysuckle. The effects of pH and the concentration of the running buffer, separation voltage, injection time, IR irradiation time, and anhydrous ethanol in the extraction concentration were investigated. The optimal conditions were as follows: extraction time, 30 min; extraction solvent, 80% (v/v) ethanol in water solution; and 50 mmol/L borate buffer (pH 8.7) was used as the running buffer at a separation voltage of 16 kV. The samples were injected electrokinetically at 16 kV for 8 s. Good linearity (r(2) > 0.9996) was observed over the concentration ranges investigated, and the stability of the solutions was high. Recoveries of the chlorogenic acid were from 95.53% to 106.62%, and the relative standard deviation was below 4.1%. By using this novel IR-assisted extraction method, a higher extraction efficiency than those extracted with conventional heat-reflux extraction was found. The developed IR-assisted extraction method is simple, low-cost, and efficient, offering a great promise for the quick determination of active compounds in TCM. The results indicated that IR-assisted extraction followed by CE is a reliable method for quantitative analysis of active ingredient in TCM.  相似文献

A simple and accurate capillary electrophoresis (CE) method was developed to simultaneously separate and quantify heparin, chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid. The relative standard deviations (intra-day) of migration time, peak height and peak area for heparin, chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid were lower than 1.11, 5.45 and 2.82%, respectively. The limits of detection of heparin, chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid were 0.91, 0.12 and 9.04 × 10(-3) mg/mL, respectively. The developed electrophoretic method was successfully applied to the analysis of commercial drug products and biological samples containing chondroitin sulfate and/or hyaluronic acid. The recoveries for chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid were in the range of 95.9 ~107.0%. This was the first time the content of hyaluronic acid in the synovial fluids from osteoarthritic rabbits was investigated by CE. The results suggested that hyaluronic acid in the synovial fluids from osteoarthritic rabbits may be further metabolized and the administration of chondroitin sulfate or hyaluronic acid could affect the content and metabolism of hyaluronic acid in the synovial fluids. The developed CE method was simple to implement without sample pretreatment such as depolymerisation, very repeatable and easily transferred from lab to lab.  相似文献

采用三个夹管电磁阀联用代替传统六通阀的样品定量方法,自制一套多通道流动注射分光光度分析仪,并优化仪器的最佳测试条件,实现了海水中总溶解氮含量的测定。本分析系统结构简单,操作方便,测定频率为27个.h-1。测试结果表明,总溶解氮的线性范围分别为50.0~1 000.0μgN.L-3(r≥0.999),检出限为7.6μgN.L-3。加标回收率为87.3~107.2%,RSD为1.35~6.32%(n=6)。经t检验分析,本方法与国标方法测定数据不存在显著性差异,可适用于海水中总溶解氮快速测定分析。  相似文献

材料的迁移率是其关键电学特性之一.有机材料迁移率的研究对于有机电致发光器件、 有机太阳电池、有机薄膜场效应晶体管性能的提高有重要的意义. 应用简单易行的空间电荷限制电流方法,对基于三(8-羟基喹啉)铝(Alq3) 的四种单载流子器件电流密度-电压曲线特性进行研究, 根据空间电荷限制电流模型,拟合出Alq3材料在四种器件中的零场电子迁移率和电场依赖因子,并且给出Alq3电子迁移率随外加偏压的变化趋势. 实验结果表明,顶电极铝蒸镀到缓冲层氟化锂(1 nm)和Alq3 (100 nm)的表面后, 可以明显改善Alq3的零场迁移率和电场依赖因子. 认为产生这种现象的原因是氟化锂可以使铝和Alq3发生络合反应, 形成Li+1Alq-1粒子,形成良好的欧姆接触,使得电子的注入效率大大提高.  相似文献

Visual correspondence has been a major research topic in the fields of image registration, 3D reconstruction, and object tracking for some decades. However, due to the radiometric variations of images, conventional approaches fail to produce robust matching results. The traditional method of intensity-based mutual information performs very good for global variations between images, however, its performance degrades in the case of local radiometric variations. Monogenic curvature phase information, as an important local feature of the image, has the advantage of being robust against brightness variation. Hence, in this Letter, we propose an approach to compute the visual correspondence by coupling the advantages of mutual information and monogenic curvature phase. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach can work robustly under radiometric variations.  相似文献
