Synthesis of six new triorganosiloxybenzaldehydes, two m-methoxy-(triorganosiloxy)benzaldehydes, and seven methoxy(triorganosiloxy)benzenes are reported. From comparison of the stability of these compounds in the atmosphere, it is concluded that formyl group shows unfavorable influence and methoxy group shows favorable influence on the stability of these compounds. The oposite influences of these two groups on phenoxysilane linkage seems to connect with the oposite directiones of inductive effect of formyl group and resonance effect of methoxy group on the benzene ring. 相似文献

A flow-electrolytic cell containing a strand of carbon fibers has been designed and characterized for use in a voltammetric detector for high-performance liquid chromatography. The detector was used for determination of triclosan (2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether) in rabbit serum and urine. Analysis of rabbit serum and urine 1 day and 1 to 5 days, respectively, after ingestion of oral triclosan revealed that the concentration of triclosan was higher than for control serum and urine. The concentration reached maximum levels after 6 h and 34 h or 44 h in serum and urine, respectively. When triclosan was determined in rabbit samples with the method proposed the results obtained were comparable with those obtained by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. 相似文献

采用sol gel法制备了单掺铕及共掺铕、铈的(K,Sr)Cl·SiO2复合凝胶,研究了复合凝胶的荧光性能。根据荧光测试结果,复合凝胶中,Eu3+在没有还原剂的作用下,可以与基质作用形成还原态的Eu2+,复合凝胶表现出相应的Eu2+荧光性能;研究认为,Ce3+,Eu3+共掺杂时,复合凝胶激发光谱与发射光谱峰位基本不变,但强度有所不同。330nm处的激发光谱明显增强,且发射光谱随Ce3+的掺杂量增加而增强。当Ce3+掺杂浓度为3.0%(原子分数)时,复合凝胶具有最大的荧光发射强度,表明Ce3+具有很好的敏化作用。在Ce3+,Eu3+共掺杂复合凝胶体系中,复合凝胶荧光强度增大的原因既可能是电子转移过程,也可能是Ce3+→Eu2+的能量传递过程所致。 相似文献

Intracellular pH plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, metabolism, enzyme activity and homeostasis. In this work, a novel design strategy for the preparation of pH responsive carbon dots (CDs-pH) for ratiometric intracellular imaging was reported. By using SciFinder database, fluorescent CDs-pH with the required pKa value of 6.84 were rationally designed, which is vital important for precise sensing of intracellular pH. As a result, the synthesized CDs-pH demonstrated robust ability to test pH fluctuations within the physiological range of 5.4-7.4. The CDs-pH was further utilized for fluorescent ratiometric imaging of pH in living HeLa cells, effectively avoided the influence of autofluorescence from native cellular species. Moreover, real-time monitoring of intracellular pH fluctuation under heat shock was successfully realized. The luminescence porous materials of CdTe or CdSe nanocrystals (NCs) were prepared by filling the corresponding NCs into the voids of colloidal crystal by co-deposition of polymer beads and NCs. After removing the beads with tetrahydrofuran (THF), the 3D-ordered porous materials of CdTe (or CdSe) NCs were obtained. The wavelength of maximum photoluminescence of the NCs porous material shows obvious red shift compared with their aqueous dispersion. The repression of glucose oxidase (GOD) biosynthesis by catabolites during fermentation can be alleviated through membrane dialysis fermentation (MDF). The results show that the volumetric enzyme productivity of MDF was two times higher than that of the control (fermentation without dialysis), and its total enzyme activity was increased by 30–50%. The operation conditions of MDF, such as pore size of the membrane, initiating time for membrane dialysis, and volume of dialysate used, were optimized. The content of amino acids and organic acids in the fermentation broth and the dialysate in the reservoir were assessed by amino acid analyzer and ionic chromatography, respectively. The relationship among the contents of pyruvic acid, gluconic acid, and enzyme activity during fermentation was analyzed quantitatively. Furthermore, the effect of membrane dialysis technology applied to the low-yield strain was found to be more effective than that applied to the high-yield strain. 相似文献
