An efficient and convenient method was developed for preparing N-substituted 1,3-dihydrobenzimidazol-2-ones from N'-substituted N-(2-halophenyl)ureas via a CuI/DBU-catalyzed cyclization in DMSO under microwave heating. High yields were obtained and a variety of functional groups were tolerated under these conditions, including N'-aryl, alkyl, heterocyclic, various N-(substituted 2-halophenyl) and N-(2-iodopyridyl)ureas. 相似文献

A new analytical method was developed to determine the bioavailable arsenic species (arsenite, arsenate, monomethylarsonic acid, and dimethylarsonic acid) in soil samples using high‐performance liquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Bioavailable arsenic was extracted with ammonium phosphate buffer by a simplified one‐step solvent extraction procedure. To estimate the effect of variables on arsenic extraction, a two‐level Plackett–Burman factorial design was conducted to screen the significant factors that were further investigated by a separate univariate approach. The optimum conditions were confirmed by compromising the stability of arsenic species and the extraction efficiency. The concentration of arsenic species was determined in method blank and soil‐certified reference materials both spiked with standard solutions of arsenic species. All the target arsenic species were stable during the whole extraction procedure. Furthermore, the proposed method was applied to release bioavailable arsenic from contaminated soil samples, showing that the major arsenic species in soil samples were inorganic arsenic: arsenite and arsenate, of which the latter was dominant. 相似文献

A ratiometric fluorescence probe, NClO, for the rapid and selective detection of HClO had been designed and synthesized based on a 1,8-naphthalimide derivative. Probe NClO displayed a red emission(λ_(max)= 615 nm). In the presence of HClO, the solution of probe NClO gave off a strong green fluorescence(λ_(em), _(max)= 520 nm) with a rapid response(within seconds). By pairing two fluoropho res according to their optical prope rties such as absorption spectral overlap and absorptivity,fluorescent quantum yield and emission spectral separation,a bifunctional fluorescent probe,TQBF-NBD,was rationally designed and synthesized to discriminatively sense Hcy/Cys and GSH with good selectivity and sensitivity.It is noted that this probe could work under a single-wave length excitation and displayed a mega-large Stokes shift.TQBF-NBD reacted with Hcy/Cys to give a mixed green-red fluorescence and displayed a red fluorescence upon the treatment with GSH.Distinguishable imaging of intracellular Hcy/Cys from GSH with the help of TQBF-NBD was realized in living cells and zebrafish. 相似文献

The simulation was made based on the model of pipe-shell reactor that was established by the model of global kinetics of synthesis of dimethyl ether from syngas over a bifunctional catalyst. The results of simulation showed that the selectivity for dimethyl ether (DME) and the conversion of CO were higher but the hot spot was kept below the temperature limit of the pipe-shell reactor. The suitable diameter of the pipe was φ38×2 mm, and the length of the pipe was 5.8 m. The optimal process conditions of the reactor were that the pressure was 5 MPa, the temperature of the cooling water was 240 ℃, and the temperature of the raw gas at inlet of the reactor was 220 ℃. The production of this reactor was 102800 t/y (ton per year) under these conditions. 相似文献
