Scanning mirror on a vibrating membrane for dynamic optical trapping

A study of the variation of the spectral shape and the harmonic distribution of the high-order harmonics generated from silver plasma on the frequency chirp of the driving laser radiation (793 nm 48 fs) is reported. The results of the systematic study of the harmonic generation from the 21st order up to the 61st order (λ=13 nm) are presented. A tuning of the harmonic wavelength up to 0.8 nm can be accomplished by variation of the laser chirp. PACS 42.65.Ky; 42.79.Nv; 52.38.Mf     

Effect of a low magnetic field on crystallinity and magnetic susceptibility of molecular magnet {NBu4[FeCr(ox)3]}x (NBu4=tetra( n-butyl) ammonium ion; ox=oxalate ion)

Molecular magnet {NBu₄[Fe Cr(ox)₃]}_x (NBu₄⁺=tetra(n-buty1) ammonium ion; ox²⁻=oxalate ion) was synthesized under an applied low magnetic field of 0.3 T in comparison to that synthesized without a field. Their crystallinities, morphologies and magnetic properties were characterized by using the X-ray diffractionmeter, the transmission electron microscope, and a superconducting quantum interference device. It is found that the average size of particles synthesized under the applied field appears larger than that synthesized without a field. Moreover, its crystallinity, morphology and magnetic susceptibility have also been improved. However, its chemical structure and ferromagnetic phase transition temperature T_c do not change. Possible reasons to explain this effect are also discussed.     

醌蛋白——猪肾二胺氧化酶的提取和性质

新鲜猪肾匀浆后，经热处理、盐析、羟基磷灰石和ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素柱层析等纯化步骤，二胺氧化酶的收得率为２３．９％，纯化倍数为４２５．该酶进行凝胶电泳后，经氨基黑、酶活性和ＮＢＴ溶液染色分别得到相对应的蛋白质、酶活性及醌辅基谱带．该酶可与腐胺、尸胺、己二胺、组胺等底物作用，释放出Ｈ２Ｏ２，当底物为腐胺时，最适浓度为５ｍｍｏｌＬ－１，Ｋｍ值为０．５ｍｍｏｌＬ－１，最适ｐＨ为７．０，最适温度为４０°Ｃ．在非酶系统中，该酶可与ＮＢＴ溶液反应，呈现紫色，并随时间延长而加深．经ＳＤＳ板状不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，得该酶亚基分子量为８．３×１０４．     

高分子阳离子絮凝剂用于炼油废水处理研究

用聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵型高分子阳离子絮凝剂处理炼油废水考察了险油和化学耗氧量的动态变化规律。对产生的浮渣性质及滤饼的成份进行了研究。并且与聚合铝的处理效果进行对照。研究结果表明，ＨＣＡ除油和化学耗管氧量的性能优于ＰＡＣ，ＨＣＡ产生的浮渣是ＰＡＣ的三分之一，而浮渣中的含油量则是ＰＡＣ的三倍。     

电子碰撞诱导原子从低激态向高激态弛豫

本文根据空心阴极放电中电子能量分布的物理图象,分析了原子从低激态向高激态弛豫的可能途径。建立高低激态集居数密度增量的关系。讨论高激态集居数密度增量获得可观量的条件。根据此条件分别选取钠原子的基态3s~2S_(1/2)和铜原子的亚稳态4s~2D_(3/2)为与激光共振的下能级,并激发具有较大自发发射几率的3s~2S_(1/2)→3p~2P°_(1/2)(和3p~2P°_(3/2))和4s~2D_(3/2)→4p~2P°_(1/2)跃迁,在远离上能级的高激态上观测到敏化荧光,并精确测得这些态的自发发射系数比值,而在更高激态上没有观测到敏化荧光,表明讨论中提出的条件是合理的。     

高纯金属镨中痕量稀土杂质的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析及光谱干扰的校正

本文提出了PGS-2型平面光栅光谱仪(色散率0.18纳米,二级光谱)与PlasmaTherm ICP-5000D射频发生器联用,乙醇预去溶方式进样,同时直接测定高纯金属镨中5个痕量稀土杂质元素的方法。并讨论了基体浓度对检出限的影响以及光谱干扰及其校正方法。当样品溶液中镨的浓度为5毫克/毫升时,测定下限分别为镧、钕和钐0.002%,铈0.003%和钇0.0005%。获得了良好的实验结果,其相对标准偏差为1.2-6.2%。     

氙灯泵浦新型晶体Nd∶S－VAP调Q激光器腔内倍频研究

采用氙灯泵浦晶体Ｎｄ∶Ｓ－ＶＡＰ，ＫＴＰ晶体腔内倍频，实现了Ｎｄ∶Ｓ－ＶＡＰ晶体０．５３２５μｍ绿光激光ＢＤＮ染料片调Ｑ运转。测量了输出绿光激光的特性及不同腔长和染料片小信号透过率情况下的输出能量及脉冲宽度，给出了染料片调Ｑ腔内倍频的耦合波方程组，数值求解方程组，所得的理论数据与实验结果很好地相符     

准直小孔法自动调焦在激光直写入系统中的应用

本文介绍了一种新的自动调焦方法准直小孔法.对自动调焦的原理和后继电路处理方法作了详细的分析.它具有响应时间短、灵敏度高,能够很好的在激光直接写入系统中克服物镜工作台运动中导轨的不平和轴向窜动所造成的离焦。     

Finite-element calculation of the influence of interdiffusion on eigenstates in a GaAs/Al x Ga1-x As single-quantum-well structure

The influence of interdiffusion on eigenstates in an interdiffusion-induced GaAs/Al_xGa_1-xAs single-quantum-well structure is analysed numerically by the finite element method. In this approach, the confinement potential profile of the interdiffused quantum well structure is nonlinear and is modelled by an error function and, in particular, the nature of the effective mass of an electron is considered. The results show that the number of eigenstates and energy levels varies with the extent of the interdiffusion. Numerical results for the quasi-bound states in the quantum well structure with an applied electric field are also presented.

Kido等人在文献[1]中报导,在研究有机电致发光(OEL)器件时发现,斓系化合物不能很好地传输载流子.但是,我们在实验中却现Tb(AcA)3phen·不仅是一种很好的OEL发射材料.而且具有很强的电子输运能力.
