Investigation on activating individual living monocytic U937 cell by interleukin-6 using Raman tweezers

We investigate the activation of living monocytic U937 cells induced by interleukin-6 （IL-6） at the single cell level. We employ home-built Raman tweezers to measure the Raman spectra of living U937 cells with and without IL-6 at the single cell level. Raman peaks of amide III, amide I, DNA backbone, as well as guanine and adenine in U937 cells, change at 1312, 1652, 1090, and 1576 cm ？1 , respectively, shortly after IL-6 is added in the medium. The change is a dynamic temporal process. In the activation process of U937 cells induced by IL-6, the protein signals recover in 20 min, while the nucleic acid signals continue to increase for 20 min. The results reveal that the biochemical cascades of activation in signal transduction induced by IL-6 can be investigated in situ at the single cell level.     

Meter-long CeO2/YSZ/Y2O3 buffer layers for YBCO coated conductors using DC reactive sputtering

This paper reports CeO₂/YSZ/Y₂O₃ buffer layers deposited on biaxially textured NiW substrates by DC reactive sputtering in a reel-to-reel system. The effect of partial pressure of water vapor (P_H2O) on surface morphology and orientation of the Y₂O₃ films was examined. The obtained CeO₂/YSZ/Y₂O₃ buffer layers exhibit a highly biaxial texture, with in- and out-of-plane FWHM values respectively in the range of 6.0–7.0° and 4.5–5.5°. Crystallographic consistency of CeO₂/YSZ/Y₂O₃ along meter length is excellent. Atomic force microscope observation (AFM) reveals a smooth, continuous and crack-free surface with a Root-mean-square roughness (RMS) lower than 10 nm.     

利用Hyperion数据进行环境星HSI红边参数真实性检验

针对我国新发射运行的HJ-1A星HSI数据,利用高光谱分辨率的Hyperion数据进行了HJ-1A星HSI的光谱模拟,提取了红谷位置、红边位置、红边斜率和红边振幅等4个主要的红边参数,对真实与模拟环境星HSI数据的红边参数进行了对比分析,从而以Hyperion数据为参照检验了环境星HSI红边参数的真实性。研究结果显示,环境星HSI与模拟HSI的红边范围光谱反射率平均相关系数为0.946,标准差为0.011,为极显著相关,两种数据在红边范围内的光谱反射率变化高度一致;4个红边参数的相关系数分别为0.414,0.543,0.808和0.802,并且随植被覆盖度的变化呈现出明显的规律性,模拟与真实红边参数差值标准差分别为5.75,1.86,5.7e-4和0.024,认为环境星HSI的红边参数可以较好反映该区域植被变化所造成的红边光谱特征差异。     

红外辐射在水雾中衰减计算的修正方法研究

水雾系统对红外光谱有着强烈的衰减作用,因此在军事目标的各种制导对抗中被予以高度的关注。以Mie散射理论为基础,分析了粒子对红外光谱前向散射的聚集特性,定义了近前向散射比,并确定了在应用朗伯比尔定律时需修正的粒子尺度和散射半角的范围。通过大量计算发现,单独将粒子尺度和散射半角的乘积作为独立变量计算的视消光系数不够精确。在中远红外波段,前向散射附近的小角度内散射强度积分与粒子尺度和散射角都成正比,若红外波长为定值,则与粒子半径成正比。最后根据前向散射规律给出了两个不单独以x.θ为变量的经验计算公式,使得对水雾消光的修正计算更加简便精确。     

应用ICP-AES法研究云南普洱茶稀土含量

应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对云南省普洱茶主产地采集的150份普洱茶样品的稀土含量进行检测研究.检测样品中稀土的含量在0.26～4.07 mg·kg-1范围.依据国家标准GB 2762-2005<食品中污染物限量>中稀土限量标准2 mg·kg-1考核,43%的普洱茶样品被检出稀土含量超标.云南普洱熟茶和生茶不同的生产工艺会造成普洱茶稀土含量的差异,并影响产品质量.云南普洱茶不同主产地区之间的稀土含量存在差异,个别地区的普洱茶稀土质量安全控制情况不容乐观.     

双脉冲高功率脉冲调制器的设计

采用螺旋线和折叠线技术相结合的方法,设计了一种基于水介质高功率脉冲调制器。该调制器采用了两个开关,通过控制两个开关的导通时刻,可以在两个负载上得到脉冲长度相等的两个脉冲。对该种折叠型传输线的波过程进行了详细分析,给出了过渡段部分阻抗等参数对负载电压的影响;用Pspice电路软件对脉冲形成线的充电电压和二极管电压、电流进行了模拟;最后利用高压同轴电缆,对该种类型调制器进行了低压情况下的验证实验,实验结果与理论分析、模拟研究一致。此种类型的调制器具有结构紧凑、可同时输出两个脉冲的优点。     

脉冲X射线剂量率测量不确定度分析

“强光一号”短脉冲高能X射线剂量率测量,主要包括脉冲射线总剂量与脉冲射线时间宽度的测量,前者采用热释光剂量计测量,后者采用PIN半导体探测器记录。根据不确定度传递数学模型,分析了影响X射线剂量和脉冲宽度测量结果的因素。针对“强光一号”短脉冲高能X射线测量,定量地给出了各种因素引入的测量不确定度,总剂量测量是影响剂量率测量准确性的决定性因素,其相对标准不确定度为25.1％,脉冲宽度测量不确定度为3.7％,剂量率测量扩展不确定度为50.8%,置信概率95%。     

Spectroscopy Study on Cobalt EDTA Complexes

The photoacoustic spectra of Co(H2EDTA)·3H20, Ca[Co(EDTA)H20]·4H20, Sr[Co(HEDTA)H20]2·4H20, Ba[Co(HEDTA)H20]2·4H20 complexes crystal are determined in the region of 300–800nm. In these spectra, the separations of absorption bands observed at 510nm and 650nm, the peak widths of 510nm band are variable in this series complexes. It is explained by the electron mutual effect, strength of ligand field and the symmetry of coordination group. The structure characters of these series complexes are also discussed.     

Assignments of Nonexchangeable Proton Resonances and the Solution Structures of d–TGGGT

In this paper, we report the studies of the solution structures of synthetic pentadeoxyribonucleotide d-TGGGT(NH₄ ⁺ salt) using 2D–NMR. The 1H–NMR experiments with different temperatures and concentrations reveal an equilibrium between single strand and aggregation. In the experimental condition(22°C, 13mmol/ L), the cross peaks in the COSY spectrum are mainly from single strand, and the spin systems of sugar resonances of this component can be assigned. In contrast, the cross peaks in the NOESY spectrum mainly come from aggregation and the sequential assignments of bases, sugar 1′, 2′ and 2″ protons can be carried out. From NOE connectivities, it is obvious that the aggregation adopts a right–handed helix conformation. It is suggested that the aggregation in our experiment corresponds to the tetramolecular complex.     

Spectroscopic Properties and Electronic Structure of Bis(L—Histidine)Copper(II) Dinitrate Dihydrate

Electronic absorption spectrum, photoacoustic absorption spectrum and ESR spectrum of bis(L-histidine)copper(II) dinitrate dihydrate crystal were recorded. The experimental results are discussed quantitatively with ligand field theory (LFT) and the radial wave function of non-free copper(II). Our calculations coincides well with the experimental results, and in particular, provides significant correlations between the spectra and coordination structures. The ESR spectrum gives some information about the restudy of classification for the ESR spectra of bis(amino acidato)copper(II) complexs. Additionally, the differences between crystal and frozen solution spectra due to the variance of PH are also reported for the title compound.
