对国内的广州，南京，杭州三大城市的战略规划编制进行了分析，并与西方一些发达国家的城市战略规划编制进行了比较．提出中外战略规划在编制内容、成果、期限等方面存在着相同点和不同点，提出研究中外战略规划对中国传统总体规划改革具有多方面的启发和指导意义．     

Analysis of a Duopoly Supply Chain and its Application in Electricity Spot Markets

This paper studies a supply chain consisting of two suppliers and one retailer in a spot market, where the retailer uses the newsvendor solution as its purchase policy, and suppliers compete for the retailer’s purchase. Since each supplier’s bidding strategy affects the other’s profit, a game theory approach is used to identify optimal bidding strategies. We prove the existence and uniqueness of a Nash solution. It is also shown that the competition between the supplier leads to a lower market clearing price, and as a result, the retailer benefits from it. Finally, we demonstrate the applicability of the obtained results by deriving optimal bidding strategies for power generator plants in the deregulated California energy market. Time-Resolved Femtosecond Degenerate Four-Wave Mixing in LiNbO3：Fe,Mg Crystal

Forward degenerate four-wave mixing （DFWM） processes are investigated with a femtosecond pulsed laser in lithium niobate crystal doubly-doped with magnesium and iron （LiNbO3：Fe, Mg）. The pulse energy dependence reveals a pure third-order nonlinear response, and the third-order nonlinear susceptibility x^（3） in the material is evaluated to be 4.96 × 10^-13 esu. The time-resolved DFWM process shows a response time of x^（3） shorter than 100fs, which is due to the nonresonant electronic nonlinearities. Our results indicate that LiNbO3 crystals have potentials for ultrafast real-time optical processing systems, which require a large and fast x^（3） optical nonlinearity.     

New Compacton-Like and Solitary Pattern-Like Solutions of （2＋1）-Dimensional Generalization of Modified KdV Equation

Recently some （1＋1）-dimensional nonlinear wave equations with linearly dispersive terms were shown to possess compacton-like and solitary pattern-like solutions. In this paper, with the aid of Maple, new solutions of （2＋1）- dimensional generalization of mKdV equation, which is of only linearly dispersive terms, are investigated using three new transformations. As a consequence, it is shown that this （2＋1）-dimensional equation also possesses new compacton-like solutions and solitary pattern-like solutions.     

邻苯二甲酸酐与季戊四醇缩聚反应模型的统计处理

首次用统计方法对邻苯二甲酸酐与季戊四醇缩聚反应进了严格处理，获得了缩聚物的数量分布和重量分布函数，数均和重均分子量的表达式。同时还用环形处理法获得了邻苯二甲酸酐与季戊四醇缩聚反应的凝胶化条件。
