The determination of 241Am in the environment is of importance in monitoring its release and assessing its environmental impact and radiological risk. This paper aims to give an overview about the recent developments and the state-of-art analytical methods for 241Am determination in environmental samples. Thorough discussions are given in this paper covering a wide range of aspects, including sample pre-treatment and pre-concentration methods, chemical separation techniques, source preparation, radiometric and mass spectrometric measurement techniques, speciation analyses, and tracer applications. The paper focuses on some hyphenated separation methods based on different chromatographic resins, which have been developed to achieve high analytical efficiency and sample throughput for the determination of 241Am. The performances of different radiometric and mass spectrometric measurement techniques for 241Am are evaluated and compared. Tracer applications of 241Am in the environment, including speciation analyses of 241Am, and applications in nuclear forensics are also discussed.  相似文献

Surface charge polarity and density influence the immune clearance and cellular uptake of intravenously administered lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), thus determining the efficiency of their delivery to the target. Here, we modified the surface charge with ascorbyl palmitate (AsP) used as a negatively charged lipid. AsP-PC-LNPs were prepared by dispersion and ultrasonication of AsP and phosphatidylcholine (PC) composite films at various ratios. AsP inserted into the PC film with its polar head outward. The pKa for AsP was 4.34, and its ion form conferred the LNPs with negative surface charge. Zeta potentials were correlated with the amount and distribution of AsP on the LNPs surface. DSC, Raman and FTIR spectra, and molecular dynamics simulations disclosed that AsP distributed homogeneously in PC at 1–8% (w/w), and there were strong hydrogen bonds between the polar heads of AsP and PC (PO2−), which favored LNPs’ stability. But at AsP:PC > 8% (w/w), the excessive AsP changed the interaction modes between AsP and PC. The AsP–PC composite films became inhomogeneous, and their phase transition behaviors and Raman and FTIR spectra were altered. Our results clarified the mechanism of surface charge modification by AsP and provided a rational use of AsP as a charged lipid to modify LNP surface properties in targeted drug delivery systems. Furthermore, AsP–PC composites were used as phospholipid-based biological membranes to prepare paclitaxel-loaded LNPs, which had stable surface negative charge, better tumor targeting and tumor inhibitory effects.  相似文献

Domain adaptation aims to learn a classifier for a target domain task by using related labeled data from the source domain. Because source domain data and target domain task may be mismatched, there is an uncertainty of source domain data with respect to the target domain task. Ignoring the uncertainty may lead to models with unreliable and suboptimal classification results for the target domain task. However, most previous works focus on reducing the gap in data distribution between the source and target domains. They do not consider the uncertainty of source domain data about the target domain task and cannot apply the uncertainty to learn an adaptive classifier. Aimed at this problem, we revisit the domain adaptation from source domain data uncertainty based on evidence theory and thereby devise an adaptive classifier with the uncertainty measure. Based on evidence theory, we first design an evidence net to estimate the uncertainty of source domain data about the target domain task. Second, we design a general loss function with the uncertainty measure for the adaptive classifier and extend the loss function to support vector machine. Finally, numerical experiments on simulation datasets and real-world applications are given to comprehensively demonstrate the effectiveness of the adaptive classifier with the uncertainty measure.  相似文献

By using difference schemes, orthogonal partitions and a replacement method, some new methods to construct pure quantum error-correcting codes are provided from orthogonal arrays. As an application of these methods, we construct several infinite series of quantum error-correcting codes including some optimal ones. Compared with the existing binary quantum codes, more new codes can be constructed, which have a lower number of terms (i.e., the number of computational basis states) for each of their basis states.  相似文献

To establish the analytic conditions for examining the aroma quality of vanilla pods, we compared different extraction methods and identified a suitable option. We utilized headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME), steam distillation (SD), simultaneous steam distillation (SDE) and alcoholic extraction combined with gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to identify volatile components of vanilla pods. A total of 84 volatile compounds were identified in this experiment, of which SDE could identify the most volatile compounds, with a total of 51 species, followed by HS-SPME, with a total of 28 species. Ten volatile compounds were identified by extraction with a minimum of 35% alcohol. HS-SPME extraction provided the highest total aroma peak areas, and the peak areas of aldehydes, furans, alcohols, monoterpenes and phenols compounds were several times higher than those of the other extraction methods. The results showed that the two technologies, SDE and HS-SPME, could be used together to facilitate analysis of vanilla pod aroma.  相似文献

Understanding the influence of surfactants on the assembly of peptides has a considerable practical motivation. In this paper, we systematically study the anionic surfactant-assisted assembly of diphenylalanine (FF). FF forms broom-like structures in a concentration of sodium cholate (NaC) around the CMC, and assembles into linear and unidirectional rods in the presence of low and high surfactant concentrations. FF’s improved hydrogen bonding and controlled assembly rates are appropriate for other anionic surfactants. At this stage, the use of FF as the simplest protein consequence can be helpful in the investigation of further protein–surfactant interactions.  相似文献

The novel pleuromutilin derivative, which showed excellent in vitro antibacterial activity against MRSA, 22-(2-(2-(4-((4-(4-nitrophenyl)piperazin-1-yl)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)acetamido)phenyl)thioacety-l-yl-22-deoxypleuromutilin (Z33), was synthesized and characterized in our previous work. In this study, the preliminary pharmacodynamics and safety of Z33 were further evaluated. In in vitro antibacterial activity assays, Z33 was found to be a potent bactericidal antibiotic against MRSA that induced dose-dependent growth inhibition and long-term post-antibiotic effect (PAE). The drug-resistance test demonstrated that Z33 possessed a narrow mutant selection window and lower propensities to select resistance than that of tiamulin. Cytochrome P450 (CYP450) inhibition assay determined that the inhibitory effect of Z33 was similar to that of tiamulin against the activity of CYP3A4, and was lower than that of tiamulin on the activity of CYP2E1. Toxicity determination showed that both Z33 and tiamulin displayed low cytotoxicity of RAW264.7 cells. Furthermore, Z33 was found to be a high-security compound with a 50% lethal dose (LD50) above 5000 mg/kg in the acute oral toxicity test in mice. In an in vivo antibacterial activity test, Z33 displayed better therapeutic effectiveness than tiamulin in the neutropenic mouse thigh infection model. In summary, Z33 was worthy of further development as a highly effective and safe antibiotic agent against MRSA infection.  相似文献

Actinomycetes play a vital role as one of the most important natural resources for both pharmaceutical and agricultural applications. The actinomycete strain SPRI-371, isolated from soil collected in Jiangsu province, China, was classified as Streptomyces aureus based on its morphological, physiological, biochemical and molecular biological characteristics. Its bacterial activity metabolites were identified as aureonuclemycin (ANM), belonging to adenosine derivatives with the molecular formula C16H19N5O9 for ANM A and C10H13N5O3 for ANM B. Simultaneously, the industrial fermentation process of a mutated S. aureus strain SPRI-371 was optimized in a 20 m3 fermentation tank, featuring a rotation speed of 170 rpm, a pressure of 0.05 MPa, an inoculum age of 36–40 h and a dissolved oxygen level maintained at 1–30% within 40–80 h and at >60% in the later period, resulting in an ANM yield of >3700 mg/L. In the industrial separation of fermentation broth, the sulfuric acid solution was selected to adjust pH and 4# resin was used for adsorption. Then, it was resolved with 20% ethanol solution and concentrated in a vacuum (60–65 °C), with excellent results. Antibacterial experiments showed that ANM was less active or inactive against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri and Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola and most bacteria, yeast and fungi in vitro. However, in vivo experiments showed that ANM exhibited extremely significant protective and therapeutic activity against diseases caused by X. oryzae pv. oryzae and X. oryzae pv. oryzicola in rice and X. citri in oranges and lemons. In field trials, ANM A 150 gai/ha + ANM B 75 gai/ha exhibited excellent therapeutic activity against rice bacterial leaf blight, citrus canker and rice bacterial leaf streak. Furthermore, as the dosage and production cost of ANM are lower than those of commercial drugs, it has good application prospects.  相似文献
