The reaction of pyridine 1-oxide with 1-adamantanethiol in acetic anhydride produced a mixture of 2- and 3-(1-adamantanethio)pyridines, 1-aeetyl-2-(1-adamantanethio)-3-hydroxy-4-acetoxy-1,2,3,4-telrahydropyridine and the corresponding 3-acetoxyderivative. Pure substances were separated by means of column chromatography on alumina. The tetrahydropyridines were identified by means of their proton magnetic and mass spectra. 4-(1-Adamantanethio)pyridine was synthesized from 4-chloropyridinc and 1-adamantanethiol. The three isomeric (1-adamantanethio)-pyridines were, each, cleaved by concentrated hydrochloric acid to give 1-chloroadamantane and the corresponding pyridinethiol.  相似文献

Bromine and chlorine concentrations in some tissues (liver, spleen, thymus) of healthy mice (normal group) and lymphomatous mice (lymphoma group) were determined by neutron activation analysis. There were significant differences in the Br concentrations of the tissues between the normal and lymphomatous group, while the Cl concentrations were found relatively constant in all the tissues. As a result, the Br/Cl ratios in the tissues of the lymphomatous group were significantly higher than those of the normal group. It was difficult to conclude that Br was absorbed into the bodies of lymphomatous mice more easily than was Cl. It is suggested that Br excretion from the body is suppressed.  相似文献

A series of 4-furyl-2-guanidinothiazole derivatives and related compounds were synthesized and evaluated for histamine H2-receptor antagonist and gastric acid antisecretory activities. Among them, compounds I-17, I-48 and I-49 showed high activities in these tests. In addition, compound I-17 possessed potent inhibitory activities on each of the gastric ulcers induced by stress, ethanol and HCl-aspirin. On the other hand, compound I-48 demonstrated antimicrobial activity against Helicobacter Pylori and the potency was far stronger than that of clinically used H2-antagonists. Some structure-activity relationships are discussed.  相似文献

Effect of extracts of Zingiberaceae herbs on gastric secretion in rabbits   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Some of the Zingiberaceae herbs are known to be useful as stomachics. Water extracts and methanol extracts of eight such herbs were examined in intact unanesthetized rabbits for their effect on gastric secretion. Oral administration of either water extracts or methanol extracts caused a significant decrease in gastric secretion. A significant effect of these extracts appeared at 3 h after administration. The effect of water extracts on gastric secretion was very similar to that of cimetidine, with a significant decrease in acid output. The effect of the methanol extracts was primarily observed as decreased pepsin output.  相似文献
