The morphology and ultrastructure of the alimentary canal in the adult female of the Japanese wax scale, Ceroplastes japonicus Green (Hemiptera: Coccoidea: Coccidae), was investigated using light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the foregut was subdivided into a sclerotized pharynx and an oesophagus. A pair of salivary glands attached in the middle of the foregut. The loop-shaped midgut was narrow and longer than the foregut and its inner wall lined with a thick layer of epithelia. The hindgut was divided into a narrower ileum and a broader rectum, with the well-developed filter chamber enclosed in the anterior rectum. Malpighian tubules consisted of two brownish-yellow moniliform tubules with pores, approximately 1 μm in diameter, scattered on the outer surface and many spherical crystals inside the tubules.  相似文献

A high-power Ytterbium-doped fiber laser (YDFL) with homemade double clad fiber (DCF) is introduced in this paper. The output power characteristics of a linear cavity fiber laser have been studied theoretically by solving the rate equations and experimentally tested with single- and double-end-pumping configurations. When both ends of the fiber are pumped by two high-power laser diodes with a launched power of 300 W each, a maximum CW output of 444 W is obtained with a slope efficiency of 75%.  相似文献

HSP70家族是一类最保守和最重要的热应激蛋白家族,在藻类中编码HSP70家族的基因也是普遍存在的,从原始单细胞藻到多细胞的大型藻,hsp70基因在藻类适应环境的过程中起了重要的作用.为了进一步探讨hsp70基因的生物学作用及其在系统进化中的保守性,研究采用简并PCR,扩增获得了坛紫菜(Porphyra haitanensis)hsp70基因片段,随后利用基因组步移获取了坛紫菜hsp70基因全序列.该基因全长2449个碱基,其中1866bp为编码区域,共编码621个氨基酸,与同属紫菜(P.purpurea)hsp70的氨基酸一致性达90%以上.利用Real-time PCR技术研究热激及恢复过程中坛紫菜hsp70的表达情况,结果表明:坛紫菜hsp70对热激应答极为迅速,35℃热激15 min,hsp70 mRNA的表达就提升了15倍;在恢复培养3 h后坛紫菜hsp70的表达进入第二个高峰,表达量提升了48倍,且在随后的过程中始终高于对照值.在整个热激处理中,坛紫菜HSP70蛋白除了作为胁迫的应激蛋白外,始终作为重要因素参与了防御与损伤修复的过程.  相似文献

Using the nonequilibrium Keldysh Green's function technique, the Fano effect of a parallel-coupled triple Rashba quantum dot system is investigated. The conductance as a function of electron energy is numerically calculated. Compared with the case of a parallel-coupled double quantum dot system, two additional Fano resonance peaks occur in the conductance spectrum. By adjusting the structural parameters, the two Fano resonance peaks may change into the resonance peaks. In addition, the influence of Rashba spin-orbit interaction on the conductance is studied.  相似文献

Anatase TiO2 nanoparticles incorporated DLC films were successfully deposited on single crystalline silicon substrates by the electrolysis of TiO2-methanol solution under ambient atmospheric pressure and low temperature. Anatase TiO2 nanoparticles were embedded into amorphous carbon matrix, forming the typical nanocrystalline/amorphous nanocomposite films, confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). TiO2 incorporation effectively increased the sp3-hybridized carbon concentration in the composite film, and further regulated the microstructure and surface morphology. Furthermore, the static contact testing completely displayed, TiO2 incorporation got the composite films super-hydrophilic, which fundamentally improved the wetting ability of DLC film.  相似文献

Abstract

The bi-directional data rate is investigated of an eight-channel × 10-Gbps optical transceiver with a size of 15 mm × 15 mm × 6 mm and ball grid array package form that was designed and fabricated. A passive optical coupling method is designed based on a coupling lens array, which is transformed to substrate through a carrier. This electrical performance is characterized through a 3D full wave simulation and shows great advantages compared with traditional pluggable optical transceivers. Experimental eye diagram measurement in loop-back mode via a 2-m-long multi-mode fiber array shows an eye width of 51.984 ps at a bit-error rate order of 10?12, which proves the transceiver's ability for 10.3125-Gbps data transmission.  相似文献

Oxide line patterns were fabricated on the surface of titanium (Ti) film using atomic force microscopy (AFM) tip induced local oxidation technique. The growth behavior of the oxide under static voltages was studied. It was found the lateral growth of the oxide experienced two stages and the growth rate at the initial stage was very high. Pulsed voltages were employed and their effects on the controlling of the oxidation dynamics were examined. The results indicated that the high lateral and vertical growth rates of oxide at the initial stage could be suppressed with pulsed voltages. A minimum line width of 8 nm and highly uniform patterns were obtained with optimized voltage pulses. These results indicated that applying pulsed voltage is an effective method for improving both the resolution and the uniformity of the fabricated structures with scanning probe microscopy (SPM) tip induced local oxidation technique.  相似文献
