Enantioselective catalytic trimethylsilylcyanations of aldehydes with 48% to 92% e.e. have been studied using the novel Ti-chiral Schiff base complexes. We have found that the catalyst led to high enantoselectivity when the molar ratio of the Schiff base 1 to Ti(O-i-Pr)4 was 2:1. 相似文献

In association with microtubules, a variety of kinesins play important roles in cellular functions such as intracellular transport of organelles or vesicles, signal transduction, and cell division. In a previous study we revealed that human kinesin superfamily protein member 4 (KIF4) is a chromokinesin that binds to chromosomes. Since localization of several kinds of kinesin at midzone called central spindle, or midbody that connects two daughter cells, or both, suggests their implication in cell division, we investigated KIF4 localization of during mitosis and cytokinesis in Hela cells. In addition to association with segregating chromosomes through entire mitosis, it also localized to the midzone and to midbody at ana/telophase through cytokinesis. Especially in cells at cytokinesis, KIF4 appeared as a doublet facing each other at the apical ends of two daughter cells. Three- dimensional analysis of architectural relationship between microtubule bundles and KIF4 indicated that KIF4 forms a ring structure wrapping around the microtubule bundles. These results suggest that KIF4 is involved in cytokinesis, although direct evidence was not provided in this study. 相似文献

The indications of a Clark-type electrochemical sensor with a polyethylene foil used as a membrane are noticeably changed if vapours of chlorine derivatives of methane (CCl4, CHCl3, CH2Cl2) are present in the atmosphere examined and the sensor has been calibrated in an atmosphere from which those vapours were absent. The sensitivity of the sensor increases and tends to deviate from linearity. The increase is more profound, when the number of chlorine atoms within a molecule of the vapour increases, the partial pressure of the vapour increases and the temperature of the atmosphere examined decreases. If the vapours affect the membrane for a long time, the response time decreases. If the membrane is freshly subjected to the influence of the vapours, a longer period of time is needed to reach a stable indication corresponding to the partial pressure of oxygen actually observed. 相似文献

针对充液管路系统噪声有源控制问题,研究了次级源和误差传感器布放对带弹性障板的充液直管管路系统有源消声与有源消振复合控制效果的影响。基于声固耦合方法建立了带弹性障板的充液直管管路系统的有限元模型,在声激励下对比了次级声源布放对系统有源消声性能的影响,并在组合激励下分析了次级力源、次级声源和误差传感器布放对系统复合有源控制的影响。结果表明,非对称分布的次级声源容易激起管壁振动,进而带动障板振动,导致有源消声效果不佳;采用对称分布的次级声源可使低频段的降噪量提高10 dB以上。复合有源控制可进一步提升全频段的控制效果。通过增加振动误差传感器数量,可使绝大多数频点的降噪量提高1~20 dB不等。此外,在管壁上布放的两圈次级力源的间距小于管壁振动波长的1/4,且都不位于管壁振动节点附近时控制效果更好。 相似文献

Two new thermally crosslinkable hole‐transporting polymers, X‐PTPA and X‐PCz, were synthesized via Yamamoto coupling reactions. The number‐averaged molecular weights (Mn) of X‐PTPA and X‐PCz were found to be 45,000 and 48,000, respectively, and therewith, polydispersity indices were of 1.8 and 1.7, respectively. Thermally crosslinked X‐PTPA and X‐PCz exhibit excellent solvent resistance and stable optoelectronic properties. The UV–visible maximum absorption peaks of X‐PTPA and X‐PCz in the thin film state are at 389 and 322 nm, respectively. The HOMO levels of X‐PTPA and X‐PCz are estimated to be ?5.27 and ?5.39 eV, respectively. Multilayered devices (ITO/crosslinked X‐PTPA or X‐PCz/SY‐PPV/LiF/Al) were fabricated with SY (SuperYellow) as the emitting layer. The maximum efficiency of the multilayered device with a crosslinked X‐PTPA layer is approximately three times higher than that of the device without a crosslinked X‐PTPA layer and much higher than that of the crosslinked X‐PCz device. This result can be explained by the observations that crosslinked X‐PTPA produces increased electron accumulation within the emitter, SY, and also efficient exciton formation due to improved charge balance. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Abstract Anomeric pairs of per-O-acetylated-D-xylopyranosyl halides were individually treated with a wide variety of nucleophiles under mild PTC conditions. Thus, 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-α-D-xylopyranosyl bromide 1 provided exclusively the β-D-xylopyranosyl anomers 2-11 in good to excellent yields (65-95%). Alternatively, under the same PTC conditions, 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-xylopyranosyl chloride 13 afforded solely the inverted α-D-anomers 15 (82%) and 16 (67%) upon treatment with thiophenol and sodium azide, respectively. Similarly, 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl chloride 19 provided the analogous products 20 (63%) and 21 (31%) upon treatment with thiophenol and sodium azide. In the presence of tetrabutylammonium chloride as PTC catalyst, β-xylopyranosyl chloride 13 was shown to slowly equilibrate to the α-chloride 14. In order to get high beam quality, a RF distribution system is required, with minimal phase drifts and errors in the BEPCⅡ linac. The additional installation of phase reference cables and monitoring equipments and stable RF distribution for BEPC linac are finished. The master oscillator is chosen to offer RF signal with low phase noise and a stable phase distribution system is built to deliver RF signal to each klystron. A phase and amplitude detector is constructed to measure the phase precisely and an IΦA unit is used for a phase shifter. Control software based on EPICS is used to connect all the units of the system, and a phasing method based on BPM is adopted to optimize the phase of each klystron. Optical absorption is investigated for asymmetric double quantum wells driven by a resonant terahertz field and a varied terahertz field both polarized along the growth direction. Rich nonlinear dynamics of the replica peak and the Autler-Townes splitting of various dressed states are systematically studied in undoped asymmetric double quantum wells by taking account of multiple factors, such as the frequency of the varied terahertz field and the strength of the resonant terahertz field. Each electron subband splits into two dressed states when the resonant terahertz field is applied in the absence of the varied terahertz field, the optical absorption spectrum shows the first order Autler-Townes splitting of the electron subbands. When a varied terahertz field is added into the resonant system, the replica peak and the second order Autler-Townes splitting of the dressed states near the band edge respectively emerge when the varied terahertz field is non-resonant and resonant with these dressed states. When the strength of the resonant terahertz field is increased, the first order Autler-Townes double peaks and the replica peak in the optical absorption spectrum shift with the shifts of the dressed states. The presented results have potential applications in electro-optical devices. 相似文献
