为测量兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环主环(CSRm)束流累积阶段的闭轨畸变并进行闭轨校正,开发了闭轨校正系统,该系统由轨道测量系统、闭轨控制系统和校正磁铁系统构成。轨道测量系统实现对束流轨道的实时监测;闭轨控制系统读取束流轨道信息,然后进行闭轨校正计算,并将计算后的校正值传输给校正磁铁系统;校正磁铁系统通过改变校正电源的值,改变校正磁铁的强度,实现对束流轨道的调整,完成闭轨校正。模拟测试结果表明,束流轨道水平方向的最大畸变由校正前的3.37 mm减小为校正后的0.39 mm,垂直方向的最大畸变由校正前的4.21 mm减小为校正后的0.31 mm。该系统能够实现响应矩阵的自动测量和束流轨道的自动校正,满足设计要求。  相似文献

论文采用断裂力学中的内聚力模型,结合有限元法研究裂纹沿牙本质小管和垂直于牙本质小管扩展的断裂韧度.数值模拟结果表明牙本质的断裂韧度随着裂纹扩展而增大,表现出上升的阻力曲线(R-curve)特性,但裂纹沿牙本质小管扩展的断裂韧度要大于裂纹垂直于牙本质小管扩展的断裂韧度,表现出各向异性的裂纹扩展阻力曲线性质.同时论文的研究也表明内聚力模型能够准确预测牙本质的裂纹扩展行为.  相似文献

为了深入理解双层加肋圆柱壳体的声散射机理,专门研究了两层壳体之间环肋的声散射。仅考虑模型的刚性散射,采用Kirchhoff近似推导了单个环肋的反向散射声场的解析解,并推广到等间距的环肋散射,结合圆柱壳刚性散射得到外部加周期性环肋的圆柱壳体的散射声场近似解。同时,利用图形声学方法(GRACO)对模型的目标强度进行数值计算。理论与实验的结果表明,刚性散射在反向散射声场中起主要作用,周期性环肋引起的Bragg散射对散射声场有重要贡献,同时遮挡效应在实际情况下有较大作用。  相似文献

Dielectric materials with high indices have recently attracted much attention in the community of nanophotonics. Severe optical losses in visible–ultraviolet (UV) region, however, limit their applications. This article proposes dielectric–metal nanocomposites as alternative high-index materials for Mie-resonance-based applications. Such composite materials have high indices in the range of wavelength longer than plasmon resonance of inclusion metal nanoparticles, while they have much lower losses in the range from blue-violet down to near-UV compared with commonly used high-index materials such as silicon, enabling near-UV generation with high efficiency based on third-harmonic generation (THG). The numerical results show that ZnO nanodisk containing silver nanoparticles can generate near-UV radiation at 351.3 nm via THG with an efficiency about 20 times higher compared with silicon nanodisk under same pumping condition. Significantly high THG efficiency of 0.015% has been predicted with such a composite nanodisk supported by aluminum substrate under pumping with a peak intensity of 20 GW cm−2, a spot size of 0.8 μm, a duration of 50 fs at 1054 nm, respectively.  相似文献

For type 1 and advanced type 2 diabetic patients, insulin replacement therapy with simulating on-demand prandial and basal insulin secretion is the best option for optimal glycemic control. However, there is no insulin delivery system yet could mimic both controlled basal insulin release and rapid prandial insulin release in response to real-time blood glucose changes. Here we reported an artificial insulin delivery system, mimicking physiological basal and prandial insulin secretion, to achieve real-time glycemic control and reduce risk of hypoglycemia. A phenylboronic acid(PBA)/galactosyl-based glucose-responsive insulin delivery system was prepared with insulin-loaded micelles embedded in hydrogel matrix. At the hyperglycemic state, both the hydrogel and micelles could swell and achieve rapid glucose-responsive release of insulin, mimicking prandial insulin secretion.When the glucose level returned to the normal state, only the micelles partially responded to glucose and still released insulin gradually. The hydrogel with increased crosslinking density could slow down the diffusion speed of insulin inside, resulting in controlled release of insulin and simulating physiological basal insulin secretion. This hydrogel-micelle composite insulin delivery system could quickly reduce the blood glucose level in a mouse model of type 1 diabetes, and maintain normal blood glucose level without hypoglycemia for about 24 h. This kind of glucose-responsive hydrogel-micelle composite may be a promising candidate for delivery of insulin in the treatment of diabetes.  相似文献

Achieving well-defined polymers with ultrahigh molecular weight (UHMW) is an enduring pursuit in the field of reversible deactivation radical polymerization. Synthetic protocols have been successfully developed to achieve UHMWs with low dispersities exclusively from conjugated monomers while no polymerization of unconjugated monomers has provided the same level of control. Herein, an oxygen-tolerant photoenzymatic RAFT (reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer) polymerization was exploited to tackle this challenge for unconjugated monomers at 10 °C, enabling facile synthesis of well-defined, linear and star polymers with near-quantitative conversions, unprecedented UHMWs and low dispersities. The exquisite level of control over composition, MW and architecture, coupled with operational ease, mild conditions and environmental friendliness, broadens the monomer scope to include unconjugated monomers, and to achieve previously inaccessible low-dispersity UHMWs.  相似文献

We here reported on the regioselective biosynthesis of green glucosyl monoesters surfactants which were confirmed by chemical analysis methods using immobilized enzyme catalysis with N-fatty acyl amino acid and D-glucose as substrate. Lipozyme 435 was the most efficient lipase to catalyze the transesterification reaction in t-butanol at 50?°C. The target compounds showed good surface properties. The CMC values of glucosyl esters 15-22 were 4.97, 3.96, 1.87, 0.48?mmol/L, and 4.70, 3.53, 1.58 and 0.42?mmol/L at 25?°C, respectively. It was noteworthy that the micellization physiochemical parameters were calculated and the micellization was exothermic process. Meanwhile, it was entropy driven in the formation of micelles related to the structure of glucosyl esters at different temperature.  相似文献

Two hetero-bimetallic [Zn(II)2M(II)] (M = Ca and Sr) complexes [Zn2Ca(L)(OAc)2] ( 1 ) and [Zn2Sr(L)(OAc)2] ( 2 ) with a novel asymmetrical bis(salamo)-type tetraoxime ligand (H5L) were designed and synthesized, and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR spectra, UV–vis absorption spectra, Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculation, Hirshfeld surface analyses and X-ray single crystal diffractions. Compared with the symmetric bis(salamo)-type ligands, the ligand H5L and its [Zn(II)2M(II)] (M = Ca and Sr) asymmetrical bis(salamo)-type complexes synthesized for the first time in this paper have more novel structures and better properties. The results of ultraviolet titration show that the coordination ratio of ligand, alkaline earth metal and transition metal is 1:1:2. Complexes 1 and 2 have good luminescent properties and obvious antimicrobial activities.  相似文献
