The structural information and spatial distribution of molecules in biological tissues are closely related to the potential molecular mechanisms of disease origin, transfer, and classification. Ambient ionization mass spectrometry imaging is an effective tool that provides molecular images while describing in situ information of biomolecules in complex samples, in which ionization occurs at atmospheric pressure with the samples being analyzed in the native state. Ambient ionization mass spectrometry imaging can directly analyze tissue samples at a fairly high resolution to obtain molecules in situ information on the tissue surface to identify pathological features associated with a disease, resulting in the wide applications in pharmacy, food science, botanical research, and especially clinical research. Herein, novel ambient ionization techniques, such as techniques based on spray and solid‐liquid extraction, techniques based on plasma desorption, techniques based on laser desorption ablation, and techniques based on acoustic desorption were introduced, and the data processing of ambient ionization mass spectrometry imaging was briefly reviewed. Besides, we also highlight recent applications of this imaging technology in clinical researches and discuss the challenges in this imaging technology and the perspectives on the future of the clinical research.  相似文献

Electrochemical reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) to CO is regarded as an efficient method to utilize the greenhouse gas CO2, because the CO product can be further converted into high value‐added chemicals via the Fisher–Tropsch process. Among all electrocatalysts used for CO2‐to‐CO reduction, Au‐based catalysts have been demonstrated to possess high selectivity, but their precious price limits their future large‐scale applications. Thus, simultaneously achieving high selectivity and reasonable price is of great importance for the development of Au‐based catalysts. Here, we report Ag@Au core–shell nanowires as electrocatalyst for CO2 reduction, in which a nanometer‐thick Au film is uniformly deposited on the core Ag nanowire. Importantly, the Ag@Au catalyst with a relative low Au content can drive CO generation with nearly 100 % Faraday efficiency in 0.1 m KCl electrolyte at an overpotential of ca. ?1.0 V. This high selectivity of CO2 reduction could be attributed to a suitable adsorption strength for the key intermediate on Au film together with the synergistic effects between the Au shell and Ag core and the strong interaction between CO2 and Cl? ions in the electrolyte, which may further pave the way for the development of high‐efficiency electrocatalysts for CO2 reduction.  相似文献

Determination of the absolute configuration (AC) of chiral molecules is a key issue in many fields related to chirality such as drug development, the asymmetric reaction screening, and the structure determination of natural compounds. Although various methods, such as X‐ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy, are used to determine the AC, a simple and cheap alternative method is always anticipated. So far, electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectroscopy has been widely used to ascertain the AC and enantiomeric excess (ee) values by applying appropriate organic probes. Here, circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) spectroscopy was applied to determine the AC and ee values of a series of amino acid and amino alcohol. The measurements were conducted by mixing the amino acids or amino alcohols with an achiral 1‐hydroxy‐2‐naphthaldehyde. Upon in situ formation of the Schiff base complexes, the system showed emission enhancement and CPL in the presence of Al3+, whose intensity and sign can be used to assign the chiral sense of the amino acids and amino alcohols. The authenticity of the method was further compared with the established CD spectroscopy, revealing that CPL spectra of formed Al3+ complex were effective to determine the AC of chiral species.  相似文献

混凝土是一种被广泛应用于土木和水利工程中的准脆性材料, 在各种内外部因素的作用下, 开裂是混凝土结构最为普遍的破坏形式, 准确模拟结构的开裂过程, 对于结构的安全评估至关重要. 将比例边界有限元与非局部宏微观损伤模型相结合提出一种准脆性材料开裂模拟新方法. 以比例边界有限元子域的比例中心作为物质点, 通过两比例中心(物质点对)之间的物质键的正伸长率来定义微细观损伤, 将某点影响域内物质键的微细观损伤加权平均得到该点的宏观拓扑损伤. 再引入能量退化函数, 将宏观拓扑损伤嵌入到比例边界有限元的基本框架中. 充分利用比例边界有限元网格允许存在悬挂节点的优势, 采用四叉树网格离散技术进行快速、高质量的多级网格划分与过渡. 通过一个I型开裂与一个混合型开裂的两个典型算例, 验证了该方法可捕获结构裂纹扩展路径与荷载变形曲线. 与现有的方法相比, 本文的损伤模型可得到更准确的局部开裂损伤带, 结果更为合理, 且具有更高的计算精度和计算效率. 当损伤过程区网格尺寸小于影响域半径的1/5时, 计算结果不存在网格敏感性问题.   相似文献

Tubulin inhibitors can interfere with normal cell mitosis and inhibit cell proliferation through interfering with the normal structure and function of microtubules, forming spindle filaments. Indole, as a privileged pharmacological skeleton, has been widely used in anti-cancer inhibitors. A variety of alkaloids containing an indole core obtained from natural sources have been proven to inhibit tubulin polymerization, and an ever-increasing number of synthetic indole-based tubulin inhibitors have been reported. Among these, several kinds of indole-based derivatives, such as TMP analogues, aroylindoles, arylthioindoles, fused indole, carbazoles, azacarbolines, alkaloid nortopsentin analogues and bis-indole derivatives, have shown good inhibition activities towards tubulin polymerization. The binding modes and SARs investigations of synthetic indole derivatives, along with a brief mechanism on their anti-tubulin activity, are presented in this review.  相似文献

采用毛细管区带电泳紫外检测法(CZE-UV)同时测定中药莲须中槲皮素、木犀草素、山萘酚、异槲皮甙4种有效成分.研究了缓冲溶液的离子浓度、pH值和电压对分离度和迁移时间的影响,得到了最佳分离实验条件.在离子浓度为40 mmol/L Na2B4O7缓冲溶液(pH 9.0)中,分离电压为16 kV,波长为254 nm时,槲皮素、木犀草素、山萘酚、异槲皮甙4种物质在10 min内得到了良好的分离测定,其检出限分别为5.0、6.7、4.5和6.0 mg/L.本方法应用于实际样品的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

纳米通道的尺寸、结构和表面化学对其内部溶液的分布结构和输运性质有着重大影响.本文研究了一种全新的菱形石墨烯纳米通道.这种理想的通道与最近被广泛研究的金属有机框架材料(MOF)的内部结构类似,有着与传统的碳纳米管截然不同的内部结构.本文使用分子动力学模拟的方法研究在不同尺寸的菱形石墨烯纳米通道内的KCl溶液的性质,并将其与同尺寸的单壁碳纳米管进行了比较.研究结果表明在小孔道内(<20?)其内部的溶液结构呈现若干个密度极高的聚集区域,即出现了结晶化的趋势.这一研究结果,将为MOF的结构设计提供思路,从而有望实现类似于生物离子通道的高选择性和高传输能力.  相似文献
