Large-scale Zn2GeO4 nanorods with a length of about 10 μm have been synthesized via a facile hydrothermal process in the absence of any surfactant. The synthesized nanorods are single crystals with a rhombohedral phase. The dependence on the growth conditions, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, compactness and GeO2 concentration, of the formation, morphologies and sizes of the Zn2GeO4 nanostructures has been investigated. Proper selection and combination of the growth conditions are the key aspects to control the formation, morphologies and sizes of the Zn2GeO4 nanostructures. The nucleation and crystalline growth mechanism are proposed to explain the formation and growth of Zn2GeO4 nanorods. The photoluminescence spectrum of the Zn2GeO4 nanorods exhibits three fluorescence emission peaks centered at 421, 488 and 529 nm when the excitation wavelength is 235 nm.  相似文献

The correlation between neutron-to-proton yield ratio (Rnp) and neutron skin thickness (δnp) in neutron-rich projectile induced reactions is investigated within the framework of the Isospin-Dependent Quantum Molecular Dynamics (IQMD) model. The density distribution of the Droplet model is embedded in the initialization of the neutron and proton densities in the present IQMD model. By adjusting the diffuseness parameter of neutron density in the Droplet model for the projectile, the relationship between the neutron skin thickness and the corresponding Rnp is obtained. The results show strong linear correlation between Rnp and δnp for neutron-rich Ca and Ni isotopes. It is suggested that Rnp may be used as an experimental observable to extract δnp for neutron-rich nuclei, which is very interesting in the study of the nuclear structure of exotic nuclei, the equation of state (EOS) of asymmetric nuclear matter and neutron-rich matter in astrophysics, etc.  相似文献

Recommender systems represent an important tool for news distribution on the Internet. In this work we modify a recently proposed social recommendation model in order to deal with no explicit ratings of users on news. The model consists of a network of users which continually adapts in order to achieve an efficient news traffic. To optimize the network’s topology we propose different stochastic algorithms that are scalable with respect to the network’s size. Agent-based simulations reveal the features and the performance of these algorithms. To overcome the resultant drawbacks of each method we introduce two improved algorithms and show that they can optimize the network’s topology almost as fast and effectively as other not-scalable methods that make use of much more information.  相似文献

 报道了高功率全固态腔内和腔外倍频两种绿光激光器研究进展。腔内倍频绿光激光器采用L型腔双棒串接结构,在重复频率10 kHz时,用三硼酸锂晶体倍频获得绿光功率186 W,光-光效率达15.8%。腔外倍频绿光激光器采用主振荡和功率放大器,在重复频率400 Hz时,获得基频激光单脉冲能量1.2 J,采用Ⅱ类相位匹配KTP晶体腔外倍频,获得525 mJ的绿光输出,倍频效率为43.7%。采用偏振合成技术获得了单脉冲能量大于1 J的绿光输出。在该激光放大器实验装置上,进行了双模块热效应补偿技术和受激布里渊散射相位共轭技术实验研究,改善了激光光束质量。  相似文献

Tungsten trioxide (WO3) nanobelts in tetragonal structure were grown on Si substrates by a hot-wall chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method without using catalysts. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, and photoluminescence (PL) spectrum. The width of the nanobelts is in the range of 50–100 nm with width-to-thickness ratios of 5–10 and lengths of up to tens of micrometers. These nanobelts grew along the [0 0 1] direction and can be identified as the tetragonal WO3 structures. Raman and PL measurements indicate the high quality of the nanobelts. The vapor–solid growth mechanism could be applicable in our experiment.  相似文献

Nutritional intervention is effective in reducing the risk of neural tube defects (NTDs). To determine the effects of nutritional supplementation on human metabolism, a metabonomic study was carried out on 96 women of reproductive age. Subjects with nutritional intervention were given fortified wheat flour (containing folic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, ferric sodium edetate and zinc oxide) for 8 months. Serum metabolic fingerprinting was detected via ultraperformance liquid chromatography in tandem with time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (UPLC‐TOF MS), and data acquired was processed by multivariate statistical analysis. The result revealed a significant difference between the control and intervention group. Twenty potential biomarkers, including fructose 6‐phosphate, sphingosine 1‐phosphate, docosahexaenoic acid and hexadecanoic acid, were located and identified by the accurate mass measurement of TOF MS. These compounds are believed to be functionally related to anti‐oxidative competence in vivo. In conclusion, metabonomics study is a valuable approach in exploring the effect mechanism of nutritional intervention on NTD prevention. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
