Highly efficient fiber-to-chip evanescent coupling based on subwavelength-diameter optical fibers

A novel, compact, and highly efficient fiber-to-chip evanescent coupling structure is proposed based on a subwavelength-diameter fiber. The coupling structure is characterized by a large misalignment tolerance and easy fabrication. The dependence of coupling efficiency on various parameters is calculated and analyzed. The simulation results show that a coupling efficiency as high as 95% can be obtained within a coupling length of <4 μm.     

Dynamics and quantum entanglement of two-level atoms in de Sitter spacetime

In the framework of open quantum systems, we study the internal dynamics of both freely falling and static two-level atoms interacting with quantized conformally coupled massless scalar field in de Sitter spacetime. We find that the atomic transition rates depend on both the nature of de Sitter spacetime and the motion of atoms, interestingly the steady states for both cases are always driven to being purely thermal, regardless of the atomic initial states. This thermalization phenomenon is structurally similar to what happens to an elementary quantum system immersed in a thermal field, and thus reveals the thermal nature of de Sitter spacetime. Besides, we find that the thermal baths will drive the entanglement shared by the freely falling atom (the static atom) and its auxiliary partner, a same two-level atom which is isolated from external fields, to being sudden death, and the proper time for the entanglement to be extinguished is computed. We also analyze that such thermalization and disentanglement phenomena, in principle, could be understood from the perspective of table-top simulation experiment.     

On the composition operators on the Bloch space of several complex variables

In this paper we first look upon some known results on the composition operator as bounded or compact on the Bloch-type space in polydisk and ball, and then give a sufficient and necessary condition for the composition operator to be compact on the Bloch space in a bounded symmetric domain.     

使用振幅调制和功率谱相减的联合变换相关器作多目标检测

提出一种使用振幅调制和功率谱相减的联合变换相关器作多目标检测，这一方法对联合功率谱作了修正，先将联合功率谱减去纯输入景物的功率谱和参考图象的功率谱，再将所得修正的联合功率谱乘以振幅调制滤波函数。分析和量化了输入景物噪声对联合变换相关器性能的影响。这种方法比条纹调节的联合变换相关器和修正的条纹调节的联合变换相关器能产生更好的相关输出和适应输入景物噪声的能力。     

多圆柱上Bloch空间中的复合算子的本性模

设Un是n维复空间Cn中的单位多圆柱,φ=(φ1…,φn)是Un到自身的一个全纯映射.本文给出了多圆柱Un上Bloch空间β(Un)和小Bloch空间β0*(Un)中的复合算子Cφ的本性模的估计,作为它的应用,得到了β(Un)和β0*(Un)中的复合算子Cφ紧的充要条件.     

镁合金屈服与强度的实验研究

报导镁合金ＭＢ８薄壁圆管试件在比例加载时Ｐ－ｐ复杂应力状态下的实验结果，主要研究了：（１）初始屈服曲面；（２）强度极限曲面；（３）初始屈服曲面与强度极限曲面的关系。     

Stability and efficiency improvement of ASA in internal sizing of cellulosic paper by using cationically modified cellulose nanocrystals

Alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA) is a reactive sizing agent that can impart good water repellence to paper by decreasing the wettability of the cellulose fibers. However, ASA can undergo hydrolysis, which is detrimental to the ASA sizing efficiency. In order to improve the ASA emulsion stability and ASA sizing efficiency, we used cationically modified cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) to stabilize the cationic starch-emulsified ASA. Transmission electron microscope observation revealed that ASA droplets were well shielded by both the cationic CNCs and cationic starch, which may be responsible for the improved stabilization of ASA. The Hercules size test sizing degree, contact angle and particle size measurements demonstrated that cationic CNCs–ASA sized paper exhibited improved results in comparison with the control (without cationic CNCs under otherwise the same conditions). Furthermore, the resulting cationic CNCs–ASA system can improve the tensile index and burst index of the sized paper.     

预加载路径对低碳钢强化规律的影响

本文报导了２０＾＃低碳钢薄壁圆管试件在比例加载时Ｐ－ｐ复杂应力状态的实验结果。主要研究了：（１）初始屈服面；（２）经简单拉伸预加载和比例预加载情况下的强化规律；（３）折线预加载情况下的强化规律；（４）预施塑性变形量相等路径不同时的强化规律。     

Study on a 3-dimensional game model with delayed bounded rationality

A nonlinear dynamic triopoly game model is studied based on the theory of nonlinear dynamics and previous researches in this paper. A lagged structure is introduced to the model to study stability conditions of the Nash equilibrium under a local adjustment process when players price their products with delayed bounded rationality. Numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the complexity of system evolvement and influence of the strategy of delayed bounded rationality on system stability. We find that besides the lagged structure, suitable delayed parameters are also important factors to eliminate chaos or expand the stable region of the system, and various players’ adjustment parameters have different effect on stability of the system.
