The influence of perrhenate concentration, the concentration of the reducing agent and pH of the reaction mixture on the yield of perrhenate reduction were studied to find a possibility to decrease the stannous chloride concentration in the reaction mixture without negative changes on the yield of perrhenate reduction. Britton-Robinson buffer solutions were selected as the background electrolytes because of their buffering capacity in a wide pH interval. The highest degree of perrhenate reduction was obtained at pH 2 at perrhenate concentrations ranging from 10(-4) to 10(-3) mol/L. The stability of reduced rhenium against pH change from 2 to 5.5 and against dilution of rhenium in the reaction mixture to the concentration suitable for the application in radiotherapy were studied as well. The results obtained by capillary electrophoresis and by thin-layer chromatography with radiometric detection were compared.  相似文献

Four different carboranethiol derivatives were used to modify the surfaces of gold nanoparticles and flat gold films. The novel materials engendered from these modifications are extraordinarily stable species with surfaces that support self-assembled monolayers of 1-(HS)-1,2-C2B10H11, 1,2-(HS)2-1,2-C2B10H10, 1,12-(HS)2-1,12-C2B10H10, and 9,12-(HS)2-1,2-C2B10H10, respectively. Surprisingly, characterization of these materials revealed that a number of molecules of the carboranethiol derivatives are incorporated inside the nanoparticles. This structural feature was studied using a number of techniques, including X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis, and IR spectroscopies. Thermal desorption experiments show that carborane molecules detach and leave the nanoparticle surface mostly as 1,2-C2B10H10 isotopic clusters, leaving sulfur atoms bound to the gold surface. The surfaces of both the gold nanoparticles and the flat gold films are densely packed with carboranethiolate units. One carborane cluster molecule occupies an area of six to seven surface gold atoms of the nanoparticle and eight surface gold atoms of the flat film. XPS data showed that molecules of 1,12-(HS)2-1,12-C2B10H10 bind to the flat gold surface with only half of the thiol groups due to the steric demands of the icosahedral carborane skeleton. Electrochemical measurements indicate complete coverage of the modified gold surfaces with the carboranethiol molecules.  相似文献

Oxidation of Me(6)M(2) (M = Ge, Sn) and Me(4)Pb with the CB(11)Me(12)(*) radical in alkane solvents produced the insoluble salts Me(3)M(+)CB(11)Me(12)(-), characterized by CP-MAS NMR and EXAFS. The cations interact with methyl groups of CB(11)Me(12)(-) with coordination strength increasing from Pb to Ge. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations for the isolated ion pairs, Me(3)M(+)CB(11)Me(12)(-) (M = Ge, Sn), revealed three isomers with the cation above methyl 2, 7, or 12, and not above a BB edge or a BBB triangle. The interaction has a considerable covalent component, with the cation attempting to perform a backside S(E)2 substitution on the methyl carbon. In a fourth less favorable isomer the cation is near methyl 1, inclined toward methyl 2, and interacts with hydrogens. DFT atomic charge distributions and plots of the electrostatic potential on the surface of spheres centered at the CB(11)H(12)(-) and CB(11)Me(12)(-) icosahedra display the effects of uneven charge distribution within the anion and contradict the common belief that the negative charge of the cage anion is concentrated primarily on the cage boron atoms 7-12; in CB(11)Me(12)(-), roughly half is on the cage carbon and the rest on methyls 7-12.  相似文献

Syndiospecific polymerization of styrene was catalyzed by monocyclopentadienyltributoxy titanium/methylaluminoxane [CpTi (OBu)3/MAO]. The atactic and syndiotactic polystyrenes were separated by extracting the former with refluxing 2-butanone. The activity and syndiospecificity of the catalyst were affected by changes in catalyst concentration and composition, polymerization temperature, and monomer concentration. Extremely high activity of 5 × 107 g PS (mol Ti mol S h)?1 with 99% yield of the syndiotactic product were achieved. The concentration of active species, [C*], has been determined by radiolabeling. The amount of the syndiospecific and nonspecific catalytic species, [C] and [C] respectively, correspond to 79 and 13% of the CpTi(OBu)3. The rate constants of propagation for C and C at 45°C are 10.8 and 2.0 (M s)?1, respectively, the corresponding rate constants for chain transfer to MAO are 6.2 × 10?4 and 4.3 × 10?4s?1. There was no deactivation of the catalytic species during a batch polymerization. The rate constant of chain transfer with monomer is 6.7 × 10?2 (M s)?1; the spontaneous β-hydride transfer rate constant is 4.7 × 10?2 s?1. The polymerization activity and stereospecificity of the catalyst are highest at 45°C, both decreasing with either higher or lower temperature. The stereoregular polymer have broad MW distributions, M?w/M?n = 2.8–5.7, and up to three crystalline modifications. The Tm of the s-PS polymerized at 0–90°C decreased from 261.8 to 241°C indicating thermally activated monomer insertion errors. The styrene polymerization behaviors were essentially insensitive to the dielectric constant of the medium.  相似文献

The interaction of 16 ring-substituted phenols and anilines with the corn protein zein was studied by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography by preparing silica- and alumina-based stationary phases coated with various concentrations of zein. The relationship between the strength of interaction and the physicochemical parameters of solutes was elucidated by principal component analysis followed by the nonlinear mapping technique. The binding of each phenol and aniline derivative to zein has been demonstrated. It was established that the electrostatical parameters of solutes exert the highest influence on the interaction and the involvement of hydrophobic binding forces is of secondary importance. The binding characteristics of phenol and aniline derivatives were different.  相似文献
