A growth process driven by stationary diffusion field is considered to be a consequence of the mass conservation law. A correct expression for the growth velocity is derived and applied to a specific model of the perturbed sphere. It is studied in the linear regime, for which all corrections are consequently taken into account and graphically demonstrated. A critical discussion and confrontation with some statements in the literature is carried out.The work was supported in part by the Committee of Scientific Research. Rich polymorphism of ethosuximide compound (ETX) is described in detail using complementary thermal analysis methods. The paper shows as well the results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), of polarizing microscope observations (POM) and of X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements taken using horizontal rotating capillary method. Molecular structure of ethosuximide favors appearance of a conformationally disordered (CONDIS) crystal phase CrI in its polymorphism. Ethosuximide is a good glass former, and glass of the CrI phase was observed even for 5 °C min?1 rate of cooling. Moreover, monotropic plastic crystal CrII phase was observed during heating above the CrI temperature range.  相似文献

In this study, we described the synthesis of the derivatives of thiosemicarbazide, dicarboximide, 1,2,4-triazole-5-thione and 4-oxo-1,3-thiazolidine. Two different dicarboxylic acid anhydrides reacted with 4-substituted-3-thiosemicarbazide, and derivatives of thiosemicarbazide and dicarboximide were obtained. Next, cyclization reaction of dicarboximide derivatives in alkaline media was used to prepare 1,2,4-triazole-5-thione. The 4-oxo-1,3-thiazolidine was synthesized by the reaction of dicarboximide with ethyl bromoacetate. All obtained derivatives were analysed by 1H and 13C NMR spectra, and for one compound, the X-ray crystallography was done. Antimicrobial, antiviral and in vitro evaluations of cytotoxicity were examined. According to the preliminary antiviral screening, compounds 3 and 4 presented the antiviral activity against HSV-1 and CVB3. Additionally, compound 3 shows selective in vitro toxic effect against human epithelial cells FaDu, without affecting normal animal cell line (Vero). The same derivatives 3 and 4 also displayed a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity against reference microorganisms and indicated both antibacterial and antifungal potential activities.  相似文献

Previously reported results of the tests performed on industrial pilot plant for EB flue gas treatment has proved the theoretical assumption that multistage gas irradiation leads to power consumption savings in comparison with single gas irradiation process. In this paper the results of theoretical and experimental studies are presented concerning optimization of the ratio of dose distribution between the particular stages. Nonuniform dose distribution causes further decrease in power consumption for NOx removal.  相似文献

The kind of substituent in alkyl glycidyl ethers affects the course of their reaction with K, K+(15-crown-5)2. The cyclic oxirane ring is exclusively cleaved in the case of butyl glycidyl ether whereas the presence of the unsaturated allyl group in the glycidyl ether molecule unexpectedly prefers the scission of the linear ether bond. In both the systems organometallic intermediates are formed. They react with crown ether causing its ring opening. Allylpotassium formed from allyl glycidyl ether reacts also with another glycidyl ether molecule; the oxirane ring is opened in this case.  相似文献

The γ-(5-tetrazolyl)-α-amino-l-butyric acid, an analogue of l-glutamic acid, was synthesized from methyl γ-cyano-α-benzyloxycarbonylamino-l-butyrate by transformation of the nitrile group into tetrazole nucleus by using tri-n-butyl-tin azide and removal of protecting groups. The synthesis of peptide derivatives containing γ-(5-tetrazolyl)-α-amino-l-butyryl residue is also described.  相似文献

The Raman spectra of N2O4 solutions in organic solvents have been recorded. The frequencies ofv 1,v 2, andv 3 bands of N2O4 increase with increasing solvent electron-donor properties. Especially large changes ofv 3 N-N stretching band have been observed (254.5 cm–1 in n-hexane, 276.5 cm–1 in 1,4-dioxane). The ab initio calculations have shown that the interaction between N2O4 and electron-donor molecules causes an increase of N-N and N-O stretching and O-N-O bending force constants of N2O4 in agreement with the results of Raman study.  相似文献

The present publication describes a problem to develop solvent-free acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA). Solvent-free PSA are established materials for the manufacturing of various self-adhesive products. Only by means of these acrylic PSA was it possible to succeed in drafting the present surprisingly efficient generation of double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, medical products, protective masking films, films for the graphics market, and various specialty products. New applications and technical specifications stimulate the continuous development of new methods of polymerization of solvent-free acrylates. New syntheses of solvent-free acrylic PSA include polymerization in the reactor with removal of the solvent and polymerization on the carrier. The polymerization process is connected with UV-crosslinking.  相似文献
