A carbon paste electrode(CPE) chemically modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes and ferrocene(FC) was used as a selective electrochemical sensor for the simultaneous determination of trace amounts of cysteamine(CA) and folic acid(FA).This modified electrode showed very efficient electrocatalytic activity for the anodic oxidation of CA.The peak current of differential pulse voltammograms of CA and FA increased linearly with their concentration in the ranges of 0.7-200μmol/L CA and 5.0- 700μmol/L FA.The detection limits for CA and FA were 0.3μmol/L and 2.0μmoI/L,respectively.The diffusion coefficient(D) and transfer coefficient(α) of CA were also determined.These conditions are sufficient to allow determination of CA and FA both individually and simultaneously. 相似文献

We report a simple and effective strategy for fabrication of the nanocomposite containing chitosan (CS) and multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNT) coated on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The characterization of the modified electrode (CS‐MWNT/GC) was carried out using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. The electrochemical behavior of CS‐MWNT/GC electrode was investigated and compared with the electrochemical behavior of chitosan modified GC (CS/GC), multiwalled carbon nanotube modified GC (MWNT/GC) and unmodified GC using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electron impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The chitosan films are electrochemically inactive; similar background charging currents are observed at bare GC. The chitosan films are permeable to anionic Fe(CN)63?/4? (FC) redox couple. Electrochemical parameters, including apparent diffusion coefficient for the Fe(CN)63?/4? redox probe at FC/CS‐MWNT/GC electrode is comparable to values reported for cast chitosan films. This modified electrode also showed electrocatalytic effect for the simultaneous determination of D‐penicillamine (D‐PA) and tryptophan (Trp). The detection limit of 0.9 μM and 4.0 μM for D‐PA and Trp, respectively, makes this nanocomposite very suitable for determination of them with good sensitivity. 相似文献

A simple, rapid and sensitive method based on microextraction in packed syringe (MEPS), in combination with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) was developed. Polyaniline (PANI) nanowires network was synthesized and used as sorbent of MEPS for the multiresidue determination of selected analytes from triazine, organochlrorine and organophosphorous pesticides in aqueous samples. The PANI nanowires network was prepared using soft template technique and its characterization was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The presence of micelles in this methodology showed to be an important parameter in shaping the growing polymer. Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HTAB) was used as structure directing agent in PANI preparation procedure and this was led to the formation of nanowires with diameters ranging from 35 nm to 45 nm. The synthesized PANI nanowires network showed higher extraction capability in comparison with the bulk PANI. Important parameters influencing the extraction and desorption processes including desorption solvent, elution volume, draw–eject cycles of sample, draw–eject mode, pH effect and amount of sorbent were optimized. Limits of detection were in the range of 0.07–0.3 ng mL−1 using time scheduled selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode. The linearity of method was in the range from 0.5–200 ng mL−1 to 0.2–1000 ng mL−1. The method precision (RSD %) with three replicates were in the range of 5.3–18.4% at the concentration level of 5 ng mL−1. The developed method was successfully applied to the Zayandeh-rood river water samples and the matrix factor obtained for the spiked real water samples were in the range of 0.79–0.94. 相似文献

Following recent experimental works, herein we investigated chemical functionalization of a BN graphene-like sheet with hydrazine (N2H4) molecule based on the density functional theory. We found that the functionalization of the pristine sheet is not possible; while the presence of some structural defects such as Stone–Wales is essential to make it feasible. Functionalization energy of the defected sheet is calculated to be in the range of ?6.1 to ?7.4 kcal/mol at B3LYP/6-31G (d) level. Based on the obtained results, the functionalized BN sheet is found to be more soluble in water in comparison with the pristine sheet which is in good agreement with previous experimental reports. Also, it was found that the electronic properties of the defected sheet are slightly changed upon the chemical functionalization. 相似文献

A new class of three-dimensional dosimeter (PRESAGE) has recently emerged, that consists of an optically clear polyurethane matrix containing a leuco dye and a free radical initiator. The dye exhibits a radiochromic response when exposed to ionizing radiation, changing color in proportion to the radiation dose. In this work we investigate and characterize the sensitivity of this new dosimeter by changing the portion of these two materials in the feature. Our results show considerable improvement in both dosimeter sensitivity and dose response stability by changing the percents of leuco dye and free radical initiator to approach to an optimum value. 相似文献

Chemical functionalization of C60 fullerene with one to six carbene (CH2) molecule(s) has been investigated using density functional theory. We have found that the reaction is regioselective so that a CH2 molecule prefers to be adsorbed atop a C–C bond which is shared between two hexagonal rings of the C60, releasing energy of ?3.95 eV. Singly occupied molecular orbital (SOMO) of the CH2 interacts with LUMO of the C60 via a [2 + 1] cycloaddition reaction. Energy of the reaction and work function of the system are decreased by increasing the number of adsorbed CH2 molecules. The HOMO/LUMO energy gap of C60 is slightly changed and the electron emission from its surface is facilitated upon the functionalization. 相似文献

The influence of strain on structural and electronic properties of zig-zag type of boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) has been studied by density functional theory calculations. The variations of HOMO–LUMO gaps, geometrical parameters, cohesive energy, radial buckling, isodensity surfaces of the HOMOs and LUMOs, electrophilicity index, chemical potential, and chemical hardness and softness have been investigated for BNNTs at different strains. Our results show that the effect of axial strain on the electronic and structural properties of zig-zag BNNTs depends on the diameter as well as the length of the nanotube. 相似文献

Gellan was used to suspend pulp particles in orange juice. Three groups of samples were prepared with 0%, 20%, and 40% orange juice concentrate and supplemented with gellan at different concentrations. A concentration-dependent increase in the size of gellan aggregates and gellan-protein assemblies was observed. Incorporation of gellan into the beverage with 0% juice concentrate changed the rheological behavior of sample to non-Newtonian shear-thinning fluid and increased its surface tension. When juice concentrate proportion was increased from 0% to 20%, the beverage viscosity increased. The highest gellan concentration resulted in a higher yield stress (σ0) value and inhibited the pulp sedimentation completely. 相似文献

Nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes of two unsymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base ligands [Ni(Me-salabza)] (1), [Cu(Me-salabza)] (2) and [Ni(salabza)] (3), {H2salabza = N,N′-bis[(salicylidene)-2-aminobenzylamine] and H2Me-salabza = N,N′-bis[(methylsalicylidene)-2-aminobenzylamine]}, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic methods. The crystal structures of 2 and 3 complexes have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Both copper(II) and nickel(II) ions adopt a distorted square planar geometry in [Cu(Me-salabza)] and [Ni(salabza)] complexes. The cyclic voltammetric studies of these complexes in dichloromethane indicate the electronic effects of the methyl groups on redox potential. 相似文献

The use of DCC, triethylamine and 4-dimethylaminopyridine in dichloromethane provides a general and standard one-pot procedure for the O-acylation of cyclic β-dicarbonyl compound derivatives (1) with palmitic and stearic acids which have long hydrocarbon tails, to synthesis of new type of fatty acid derivative in good to excellent yields. Structure elucidation was carried out by FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy techniques. The acyl migration was also found in results and the corresponding structure was characterized by X-ray crystallography. A proposed mechanism was discussed for the formation of products. 相似文献
