Metal nanocluster composite glass prepared by 180 keV Cu ions into silica with dose of 1 × 1017 ions/cm2 has been studied. The microstructural properties of the nanoclusters were analysed by optical absorption spectra and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Third-order nonlinear optical properties of the nanoclusters were measured at 1064 nm and 532 nm excitations using Z-scan technique. The nonlinear refraction index, nonlinear absorption coefficient, and the real and imaginary parts of the third-order nonlinear susceptibility were deduced. The mechanisms responsible for the nonlinear response were discussed. Absolute third-order nonlinear susceptibility χ(3) of this kind of sample was determined to be 2.1 × 10−7 esu at 532 nm and 1.2 × 10−7 esu at 1064 nm, respectively. 相似文献

The solid electrolyte interface (SEI) is a hierarchical structure formed in the transition zone between the electrode and the electrolyte. The properties of lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery, such as cycle life, irreversible capacity loss, self-discharge rate, electrode corrosion and safety are usually ascribed to the quality of the SEI, which are highly dependent on the thickness. Thus, understanding the formation mechanism and the SEI thickness is of prime interest. First, we apply dimensional analysis to obtain an explicit relation between the thickness and the number density in this study. Then the SEI thickness in the initial charge-discharge cycle is analyzed and estimated for the first time using the Cahn-Hilliard phase-field model. In addition, the SEI thickness by molecular dynamics simulation validates the theoretical results. It has been shown that the established model and the simulation in this paper estimate the SEI thickness concisely within order-of-magnitude of nanometers. ZnO films doped with different contents of indium were prepared by radio frequency sputtering technique. The structural, optical and emission properties of the films were characterized at room temperature using XRD, XPS, UV-vis-NIR and PL techniques. Results showed that the indium was successfully incorporated into the c-axis preferred orientated ZnO films, and the In-doped ZnO films are of over 80% optical transparency in the visible range. Furthermore, a double peak of blue-violet emission with a constant energy interval (∼0.17 eV) was observed in the PL spectra of the samples with area ratio of indium chips to the Zn target larger than 2.0%. The blue peak comes from the electron transition from the Zni level to the top of the valence band and the violet peak from the InZn donor level to the VZn level, respectively. 相似文献

Enzymes contain several subunits to maintain different biological functions. However, it remains a great challenge for specific discrimination of one subunit over another. Toward this end, the fluorescent probe TPEMA is now presented for highly specific detection of the B subunit of cytosolic creatine (CK) kinase isoenzyme (CK-B). Owing to its aggregation-induced emission property, TPEMA shows highly boosted emission toward CK-B with a fast response time and very low interference from other analytes, including the M subunit of CK (CK-M). With the aid of a Job plot assay, ITC assay and molecular dynamics simulation, it was directly confirmed that the remarkably enhanced fluorescence of TPEMA in the presence of CK-B results from the restriction of single molecular motion in the cavity. The usage of full-color imaging in digital pathology produces significant results. Compared with a grayscale image or a pseudocolor image containing contrast information, a full-color image can identify and detect the target object better with color texture information. Fourier ptychographic microscopy(FPM) is a high-throughput computational imaging technique that breaks the tradeoff between high resolution(HR) and a large field of view. It also eliminates the artifacts of scanning and stitching in digital pathology and improves its imaging efficiency. However, the conventional full-color digital pathology based on FPM is still time-consuming because of the repeated experiments with tri-wavelengths. A color transfer FPM approach termed "CFPM" was reported. The color texture information of a low-resolution full-color pathologic image is directly transferred to the HR grayscale FPM image captured by only a single wavelength. Both of the color space of FPM based on the standard CIE-XYZ color model and the display based on the standard RGB color space were established. Different FPM colorization schemes were analyzed and compared with 30 biological samples. Three types of evaluation approaches were provided, including the root-mean-square error(RMSE), the difference maps, and the image histogram cosine similarity. The average RMSE values of the conventional method and CFPM compared with the ground truth were 5.3% and 5.7%, respectively. Therefore, the reconstruction time is significantly reduced by 2/3 with the sacrifice of precision of only 0.4%. In this paper, we consider the quantile linear regression models with autoregressive errors. By incorporating the expectation–maximization algorithm into the considered model, the iterative weighted least square estimators for quantile regression parameters and autoregressive parameters are derived.
