The solubility of d-metal halides in MCl2-M′Cl2-H2O systems with competitive complex formation at 25°C was discussed. The role of complex formation and hydration was traced. A new approach to the determination of solutions density based on dilatometric titration data was developed. The results of testing this method by the example of dilution of a sodium chloride solution are presented. The method allows density of solutions to be determined with a high accuracy (±1×10?5 g cm?3) in a wide concentration range in the course of a single experiment.  相似文献

The results of using a stationary setup for detecting and identifying explosives using the tagged neutron method (or associated particle imaging (API) method) have been presented. The source of 14.1-MeV tagged neutron beams is an ING-27 portable neutron generator made by VNIIA (Moscow). It contains an embedded 64-pixel silicon α detector with double-sided strip readout developed by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR). A DViN-2 stationary inspection complex has been designed and manufactured for identifying hidden explosives and drugs. The identification of hidden substances is based on the method of tagged neutrons. The source of the tagged neutron beam, which has an energy of 14.1 MeV produced in the reaction d + t → α + n, is a portable neutron generator with a built-in 9-channel silicon α detector. The DViN-2 makes it possible to identify hidden explosives and drugs with a mass of from 100 g to 50 kg in objects with dimensions from 50 to 400 mm in all three directions. The results of 76 experiments testify to the high efficiency of the DViN-2 in regards to identifying hidden explosives and drugs and it has a rather low probability of false actuations: the probability of identifying explosives and drugs is 94%, and that of false alarms rate is 3%. The time it takes to identify hidden substances, depending on their mass and the thickness of the shielding material layer, is 3–7 min for an average neutron beam intensity into a solid angle of 4π of 2 × 107s?1.  相似文献

The results obtained by measuring the angular and energy distributions of gamma rays originating from the inelastic scattering of 14.1-MeV neutrons by carbon and oxygen nuclei are presented. The measurements in question were performed by the tagged-neutron method in a beam of an ING-27 standard portable neutron generator. The angular distributions of gamma rays emitted by the 2+ state of 12С at 4.43 MeVand the 3? state of 16O at 6.13 MeV were obtained.  相似文献
