A simple and sensitive stability indicating high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for quantification of Daclatasvir hydrochloride in bulk and tablet dosage forms. The analysis was performed on water symmetry analytical column (150 mm?×?3.9 mm, 5 µm), packing octyl silica (Si-[CH2]7-CH3) C8. Mobile phase containing potassium phosphate buffer (pH 2.0) and acetonitrile (38: 62) v/v was used at flow rate 0.7 mL min?1 for isocratic elution. Detection was performed on 304 nm using UV detector. The method was validated appropriately according to the requirements of United State Pharmacopeia and International Conference on Harmonization guideline Q2 (R1). Recovery, precision, linearity and specificity of the method were assured. The correlation coefficient for linearity ranged from 2 to 24 µg mL?1 was (r?>?0.9999). The limits of detection and quantification of Daclatasvir were 0.08 and 0.28 µg mL?1, respectively. Stability studies of Daclatasvir were performed under various stressed conditions, i.e., hydrolytic (acidic, basic and neutral), oxidation, photolytic and thermal conditions, according to International Conference on Harmonization Q1A (R2) and QIB Guidelines. The degradation products were resolved using proposed method and further characterized by MS, NMR and IR spectroscopic analyses. The proposed method was successfully applied to assay determination of bulk drugs and tablet dosage forms.  相似文献

This article discusses the role of nanoscale calcium carbonate (nCC) surface treatment in affecting the mechanical, rheological, and thermal properties of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). The mechanical tests indicated that nCC could simultaneously reinforce and toughen LLDPE. In addition, the composite sample with methacrylic acid (MA)-treated nanoparticles shows further increased mechanical properties as compared to unmodified nanoparticles. In the presence of dicumyl peroxide (DCP), a small amount of MA could increase markedly the mechanical properties of LLDPE/nCC composites. The results of rheological property analysis indicated that the viscosity increased with increasing amount of the filler, especially at low shear rates, but showed a substantial reduction with increasing concentration of the reactive monomer. The thermal behavior of these materials is evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The addition of a small amount of MA and DCP enhances the stabilization of the blends.  相似文献

A new statistical method is proposed for the analysis of experimental data obtained in nucleus-nucleus collisions at high energies which borrows from ideas developed using the Random Matrix Theory. We use results derived in the framework of the replica approach to study the liquid-glass thermodynamic transition. The main results are derived without using replicas and applied to the study of the Lennard-Jones binary mixture introduced by Kob and Andersen. We find that there is a phase transition due to the entropy crisis. We compute both analytically and numerically the value of the phase transition point T(K) and the specific heat in the low temperature phase.  相似文献

In a recent work Sjöberg (2007, 2008) [1], [2] remarked that generalization of the double reduction theory to partial differential equations of higher dimensions is still an open problem. In this note we have attempted to provide this generalization to find invariant solution for a non linear system of qth order partial differential equations with n independent and m dependent variables provided that the non linear system of partial differential equations admits a nontrivial conserved form which has at least one associated symmetry in every reduction. In order to give an application of the procedure we apply it to the nonlinear (2+1) wave equation for arbitrary function f(u) and g(u).  相似文献

Protein kinases comprise one of the most important group of targets for drug discovery research today. Methods to identify novel kinase inhibitors by high-throughput screening have evolved rapidly in recent years. An important aspect is the availability of fluorescent probes that can be applied in a homogeneous, or mix-and-measure, assay format. Here, we illustrate the application of fluorescence read-out technologies for kinase targets in light of our own experiences in assay development and high-throughput screening.  相似文献

Nucleus-acoustic(NA) solitary waves(SWs) propagating in a self-gravitating degenerate quantum plasma(SDQP)system(containing non-relativistically degenerate heavy and light nuclei,and non-/ultra-relativistically degenerate electrons) have been theoretically investigated.The modified Korteweg–de Vries(m K-d V) equation has been derived for both planar and non-planar geometry by employing the reductive perturbation technique.It is shown that the NA SWs exist with positive(negative) electrostatic(self-gravitational) potential.It is also observed that the effects of non-/ultra-relativistically degenerate electron pressure,dynamics of non-relativistically light nuclei,spherical geometry,etc.significantly modify the basic features(e.g.,amplitude,width,speed,etc.) of the NA SWs.The applications of our results,which are relevant to astrophysical compact objects,like white dwarfs and neutron stars,are briefly discussed.  相似文献
