In this paper, we present the methodology and the results obtained by the gravimetric and the FTIR methods to study the sorption of amyl acetate in polypropylene packaging. The influence of the concentration of amyl acetate and the temperature of aging on the sorption is discussed. A non-Fickian model is used to determine the diffusion coefficient and the surface mass transfer coefficient and their evolution with the amyl acetate concentration and the temperature of aging. The effect of the diffusion of amyl acetate on the polypropylene is studied by means of thermal properties.  相似文献

We consider a turbulent channel flow, where a scalar point source with a time-harmonic intensity releases a substance that can be modeled as a passive scalar. With the source location known, our objective is to estimate the time history of the source intensity based on sensor measurements at different locations downstream of the source by adopting an adjoint approach. It is shown that the proposed algorithm reproduces the original coherent sinusoidal wave of the scalar source accurately from the chaotic scalar signals measured by our sensors. By systematically changing the source-sensor distance and the pulsation frequency of the source, we clarify how these two factors affect the estimation accuracy. The proposed scheme is also applicable to estimation with multiple sensors. We demonstrate that increasing the number of sensors improves the estimation greatly when the scalar is released from a source away from the wall, where large-scale eddies dominate the scalar dispersion. In contrast, the estimation performance remains poor even with multiple sensors when the scalar source is located near the wall, where the source information is quickly lost due to the strong turbulence activity and the scalar diffusion in the near-wall region.  相似文献

A hybrid optical switch (HOS) with physical layer of wavelength division multiplexing and optical code division multiplexing (WDM/OCDM) scheme is proposed. An additional feature to the HOS than optical cross connect (OXC) is that the controller can process requests for both circuit establishment and burst scheduling. In our study, the measurement criteria of HOS are the blocking probability, probability of error, and probability of outage. To simplify the analysis, no distinction is made between a circuit in progress and a burst in progress. Moreover, a minimum fit (MinF) resource allocation strategy is applied in order to increase the bandwidth efficiency and control the multiplexing interference of the OCDM. A 2D Markov model for the HOS is presented using the MinF strategy. Numerical results reveal that the code parameters and the resource allocation strategy greatly affect the performance. Certain periority can be achieved by assigning shorter codes to high periority users and longer codes to low periority users. Also, the probability of error and outage are reduced bv aonling the MinF strategy.  相似文献

An acousto-optic modulator (AOM), also called a Bragg cell, uses the acousto-optic effect to diffract and shift the frequency of light using sound waves (usually at radio frequency). They are used in lasers for quality switching, telecommunications for signal modulation, and in spectroscopy for frequency control. This paper has presented the best candidate selected acousto optic materials based AOM for upgrading speed response and transmission performance characteristics. These materials are common materials for acousto-optic devices such as silica glass (SiO2), tellurium dioxide TeO2), gallium phosphide, and gallium arsenide. As well as we have deeply investigated the important transmission characteristics of acousto optic modulators such as transmission performance efficiency, transmission bit rate, diffraction angle and efficiency, transient speed response, signal transmission quality, bit error rate and modulation bandwidth under wide range of the affecting parameters for different selected acousto optic materials to be the major of interest.  相似文献

Two new compounds: 3-β,15-α,23,28-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-3-O-arabinopyaranoside and 3-β,23,28-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside were isolated from the aerial parts of Ammania auriculata along with the known compounds kaempferol, β-sitosterol-3-O-β- D-glucoside, 2-α,3-β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin, kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside and ellagic acid. Structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic data (NMR, UV, MS and IR spectra). The antioxidant activities of the total extract, the fractions CH(2)Cl(2), EtOAc and the remaining aqueous together with the compounds 1, 6 and 9 were comparable with that of the standard antioxidant, ascorbic acid.  相似文献

Cu2+ ions substituted Ni-ferrite having the general formula Ni1-xCuxFe2O4 (where x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6) were prepared by the sintering ceramic method. X-ray diffraction, infrared spectra and magnetization of the above ferrite were carried out to investigate structural and magnetic characterization of this ferrite. Crystallite size, lattice parameters, positional oxygen parameter and ionic radii for both tetrahedral and octahedral sites were calculated. The experimental lattice parameter was found to vary between 8.3856 and 8.3865 Å. The infrared spectra were measured in the frequency range 650–150 cm−1. Two prominent bands were observed, high frequency band ν1 and low frequency band ν2 were assigned to tetrahedral and octahedral sites. Bond length and force constant were also calculated for both tetrahedral and octahedral sites. The effect of Cu concentration on, saturation magnetization, coercivity ratio and magnetic moment were investigated using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). It was found that both saturation magnetization (MS) and coercivity (Hc) decreases with increasing in Cu content.  相似文献

Electrical conductivity and optical properties of polypyrrole-chitosan(PPy-CHI) conducting polymer composites have been investigated to determine the optical transition characteristics and energy band gap of composite films.The two electrode method and I-V characteristic technique were used to measure the conductivity of the PPy-CHI thin films,and the optical band gap was obtained from their ultraviolet absorption edges.Depending upon experimental parameter,the optical band gap(Eg) was found within 1.30-2.32 eV as estimated from optical absorption data.The band gap of the composite films decreased as the CHI content increased.The room temperature electrical conductivity of PPy-CHI thin films was found in the range of 5.84×10-7-15.25×10-7 S·cm-1 depending on the chitosan content.The thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) showed that the CHI can improve the thermal stability of PPy-CHI composite films.  相似文献

Substituted 4-(2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)-1H-imidazoles were prepared from 5-amino-1-aryl-4-cyanoformimidoylimidazoles and cyanoacetamide, under mild experimental conditions. The pyrrolyl-imidazoles were cyclized to the corresponding 7,8-dihydroimidazo[4,5-b]pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyridines by reflux in ethanol, with catalysis by DBU. The same pyrrolyl-imidazoles were reacted with orthoesters, at room temperature and in the presence of sulfuric acid, to generate 3,7-dihydro-8H-imidazo[4,5-d]pyrrolo[3,2-f]diazepines in very good yield. Electrochemical studies of the imidazo[4,5-d]pyrrolo[3,2-f][1,3] diazepine derivatives were carried out. The reduction potential of 7-ethyl-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-8-oxo-7,8-dihydro-3H-imidazo[4,5-d]pyrrolo[3,2-f][1,3] diazepine-9-carbonitrile was in the adequate range for presenting bioreduction properties.  相似文献

A number of new [(pyrazol‐4‐yl)methylene]hydrazono‐2,3‐dihydrothiazole derivatives, their sugar hydrazones and N‐glycosides were synthesized. Furthermore, N‐substituted oxygenated alkyl and hydroxyl derivatives and 1,3,4,‐oxadiazoline acyclic nucleoside analogs were prepared.
