An efficient and simple synthesis of α‐hydroxyphosphonates via reaction of aldehydes and ketones with dimethylphosphite in the presence of MgCl2/Et3N base system is reported. The use of readily available and easy to handle reagent MgCl2/Et3N makes this method simple, convenient, and practical.  相似文献

The development of resistance and unwanted harmful interaction with other biomolecules instead of DNA are the major drawbacks for application of platinum (Pt) complexes in cancer chemotherapy. To conquer these problems, much works have been done so far to discover innovative Pt complexes. The objective of the current study was to evaluate the anti cancer activities of a series of four and five-coordinated Pt(II) complexes, having deprotonated 2-phenyl pyridine (abbreviated as C^N), biphosphine moieties, i.e., dppm?=?bis(diphenylphosphino) methane (Ph2PCH2PPh2) and dppa?=?bis(diphenylphosphino)amine (Ph2PNHPPh2), as the non-leaving carrier groups. The growth inhibitory effect of the Pt complexes [Pt(C^N)(dppm)]PF6: C 1 , [Pt(C^N)(dppa)]PF6: C 2 , and [Pt(C^N)I(dppa)]: C 3 , toward the cancer cell lines was measured using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide assay. In addition, the florescence quenching experiments of the interaction between human serum albumin (HSA) and the Pt complexes were performed in order to obtain the binding parameters and to evaluate the denaturing properties of these complexes upon binding to the general carrier protein of blood stream. The structure?Cactivity relationship studies reveal that four-coordinated Pt complexes C 1 and C 2 with both significant hydrophobic and charge characteristics, not only exhibit strong antiproliferation activity toward the cancer cell lines, but also they display lower denaturing effect against carrier protein HSA. On the other hand, five-coordinated C 3 complex with the unusual intermolecular NH??Pt hydrogen binding and the intrinsic ability for oligomerization, exhibits poor anticancer activity and strong denaturing property. The current study reveals that the balance between charge and hydrophobicity of the Pt complexes, also their hydrogen binding abilities and coordination mode are important for their anticancer activities. Moreover, this study may suggest C 1 and C 2 as the potential template structures for synthesis of new generation of four-coordinated Pt complexes with strong anticancer activities and weak denaturing effects against proteins.  相似文献

A simple and rapid microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) procedure was developed and optimized for the extraction of paclitaxel (Taxol) from the needles of yew trees Taxus baccata L. grown in Iranian habitats. The samples, immersed in a methanol-water mixture, were irradiated with microwaves in a closed-vessel system. The method was evaluated using a factorial design approach based on parameters such as extraction time, temperature, methanol concentration in water (v/v), and the ratio of grams of sample to 10 mL of solvent. Statistical treatment of the results revealed that the selected parameters were all significant except the extraction time. Optimum conditions would be 1.5 g samples in 10 mL solvent (90% methanol), an extraction temperature of 95 degrees C, and an extraction time of 7 min. The extracts has been analyzed by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection (LC/UV) at 227 nm for quantification. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was used for confirmation. The main advantage of the proposed MAE method versus conventional solvent extraction (CSE) are the considerable reductions in time (7 min versus 16 h) and in solvent consumption (20 mL versus 150 mL). The MAE procedure yielded extracts that could be analyzed directly without any preliminary clean-up or solvent exchange steps. Both extraction methods show RSDs lower than 10% and lead to comparable recoveries of paclitaxel (87-92%).  相似文献

A simple and efficient one‐pot synthesis of alkyl 2‐(alkyl)‐4‐methyl‐2‐thioxo‐2,3‐dihydrothiazole‐5‐carboxylates from the reaction of primary alkylamines and carbon disulfide in the presence of 2‐chloro‐1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds is described. This new protocol has several advantages such as lack of necessity of the catalyst, good yields, mild conditions and short times for reaction.  相似文献

Three new carbacylamidophosphates with formula CHnCl3?nC(O)NHP(O)(NHCH(CH3)2)2 (n = 2 (1); n = 1 (2); n = 0 (3)) and their organotin compounds with formula (1)SnCl2Me2(μ-1)SnCl2Me2 (4), SnCl2Me2(2)2·C6H5CH3 (5) and [SnCl2Me2(3)]n (6) were synthesized and characterized by elemental, IR and NMR spectra analyses. The spectroscopic properties of complexes were compared with those corresponding ligands. The crystal structures of complexes were determined by X-ray crystallography, which reveals that complex 4 is binuclear structure with two non-equivalent Sn atoms. One adopts a distorted trans(C,C) cis(OP,OP) cis(Cl,Cl) octahedral configuration, while the other adopts a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry composed of two methyl groups, two chlorine atoms and carbonyl group. Molecule 5 is centrosymmetric with two OP, disordered chlorine and methyl groups in trans positions. Toluene molecules are located in the interlayer spaces of 5. In compound 6, bonding via both PO and CO functionalities forms 1D infinite chain structures along b axis. The Sn–OP bond length in 6 is significantly longer than the same distance in 4 and 5, while the OP and Sn–Cl bonds are shorter. The bond lengths in these complexes were compared with those of N-benzoyl carbacylamidophosphates.  相似文献

In the presence of triethylamine, 2-mercaptobenzoic acid readily adds onto acylhydrazonoyl chlorides (1a-c) (precursors of the reactive nitrile imine 1,3-dipolar species) to afford good yields of the corresponding 2-[(2-oxo-1-arylhydrazonopropan-1-yl)mercapto]benzoic acids (2a-c). The latter acyclic adducts, in THF in the presence of 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole, undergo intramolecular cyclization involving the activated carboxy and the enol functionality to deliver the respective 2-(N-arylhydrazono)-3-oxobenzothiophenes (3a-c). In the solid state, the latter compounds adopt the (Z)-geometry around the C=N double bond as evidenced by single crystal X-ray structure determination for 3b.  相似文献

Screen-printing is one of the most promising approaches towards simple, rapid and inexpensive production of biosensors. Disposable biosensors based on screen printed electrodes (SPEs) including microelectrodes and modified electrodes have led to new possibilities in the detection and quantitation of biomolecules, pesticides, antigens, DNA, microorganisms and enzymes. SPE-based sensors are in tune with the growing need for performing rapid and accurate in-situ analyses and for the development of portable devices. This review (with 226 refs.) first gives an introduction into the topic and then is subdivided into sections (a) on DNA sensors (including methods for the detection of hybridization and damage), (b) on aptasensors (for thrombin, OTA, immunoglobulins and cancer biomarkers), (c) on immunosensors (for microorganisms, immunoglobulins, toxins, hormones, lactoferrin and biomarkers), (d) on enzymatic biosensors (for glucose, hydrogen peroxide, various pharmaceuticals, neurotransmitters, amino acids, NADH, enzyme based sensors).

In the present work,an easy solid phase extraction method using alumina modified with polyethylenimine as a new adsorbent was applied to the simultaneous extraction of copper,silver,and palladium ions prior to their determination with electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry.The analytical procedure involved the complex formation of these cations with polyethylenimine as a chelating agent in buffer media of pH 7.0.Under the optimum conditions,a preconcentration factor of200,150,and 200,precision of ±5.4%,±4.7%,and ±5.2%and linear calibration ranges of 15.0-140,4.0-93,and 7.5-125 ng/L(in original solution) for Cu,Ag,and Pd were obtained,respectively.Also detection limits of3.9,1.1,and 2.0 ng/L were obtained for Cu,Ag,and Pd,respectively.The proposed method was applied to the determination of copper,silver,and palladium in some real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this study H3PW12O40·9H2O and H3PMo12O40·6H2O (HPA) particles were changed into nano forms by heat-treatment in an autoclave as a simple, repaid, inexpensive and one step method. The particle size of these nanoparticles was around 25 nm. The as-synthesized nanostructures were characterized by dynamic light scattering, X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma analyzer. Thermal stability of nanoparticles was surveyed by thermal gravimeter analyse. Acidity of prepared nanoparticles was investigated by pyridine adsorption method.
