Composites, containing different concentrations of palladium (II) acetylacetonate in polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) matrix were prepared by vigorous mixing. PMMA was prepared by solution polymerization technique. The composites were irradiated with a 120 MeV Ni10+ beam at two different fluences of 1×1011 and 5×1012 ions/cm2 to study ion-induced effects on their dielectric, structural properties and surface morphology. AC electrical properties of these samples were studied in the frequency range 100 Hz to 10 MHz. The dielectric permittivity/loss shows frequency dependent behavior and it obeys the universal law of dielectric (i.e. ?α f n?1) for pristine and irradiated samples at high frequency. The crystalline size and crystallinity of the composites were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Decrease in peak intensity after irradiation signifies the amorphization which is also responsible for decrease in T g as obtained by means of differential scanning calorimetry measurement. Fourier transform infrared spectra also support this result. Surface roughness increases upon irradiation as observed from scanning electron microscopy. 相似文献

The structural, electronic and optical properties of tungsten-doped TiO2 have been investigated using density functional theory with plane wave basis sets and ultrasoft pseuodopotential. Substitutional W doping at Ti sites create W 5d states just below the conduction band minimum while interstitial W doping gives isolated W 5d states in the middle of forbidden region. Averaged bond lengths show that W doping at Ti sites produce minimum structural distortion as compared to the interstitial W-doped TiO2. Substitutional W-doped TiO2 has better visible light absorption compared to interstitial W-doped TiO2 and has stable configuration which provide reasonable explanation for the experimental findings. Tungsten doping in TiO2 with different doping concentrations is investigated as an enabling concept for enhancing the visible light absorption. Optical properties show that optimal W doping concentration would improve the visible light absorption. 2.08% W doping concentration gives strong visible and ultraviolet light absorption among all doped models found consistent with experiments. 相似文献

We have fabricated lead-free Bi0.5(Na0.75K0.25)0.5TiO3 (BNKT) ceramics by a conventional process (CP) and reactive templated grain growth (RTGG) methods. The effect of grain orientation on structure, dielectric, complex impedance and electrical properties was investigated. The phase formation and grain morphology of BNKT ceramics were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. High dielectric constant and low dielectric loss was observed for grain oriented (textured) BNKT ceramics. Complex impedance, temperature dependent ac and dc conductivity were performed to explore the conduction behavior of the prepared BNKT ceramics. 相似文献

The economic and financial systems consist of many nonlinear factors that make them behave as the complex systems. Recently many chaotic finance systems have been proposed to study the complex dynamics of finance as a noticeable problem in economics. In fact, the intricate structure between financial institutions can be obtained by using a network of financial systems. Therefore, in this paper, we consider a ring network of coupled symmetric chaotic finance systems, and investigate its behavior by varying the coupling parameters. The results show that the coupling strength and range have significant effects on the behavior of the coupled systems, and various patterns such as the chimera and multi-chimera states are observed. Furthermore, changing the parameters' values, remarkably influences on the oscillators attractors. When several synchronous clusters are formed, the attractors of the synchronized oscillators are symmetric, but different from the single oscillator attractor. 相似文献

plasma parameters and concentration of nitrogen active species (N2(C3Π u) and N2

+)). Langmuir probe is used for determination of electron energy distribution functions, effective electron temperature, plasma
potential and electron density. Optical emission spectroscopy is used for determination of electron temperature from Boltzmann's
plot of He–I lines and the relative changes in the concentration of active species by measuring the emission intensities of
nitrogen (0-0) bands of the second positive and the first negative systems. The results demonstrate that electron temperature,
electron density and concentration of active species increase significantly with increase in helium percentage in the mixture
