Three Hofmann-diaminododecane-type clathrates of the form M(1,12-diaminododecane) Ni(CN)4G (M = Co, Ni or Cd; G = benzene, naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene or biphenyl) have been prepared in powder form. The 1,12-diaminododecane molecules in the host lattice permit the inclusion of bulky guest molecules. The spectral features suggest that these compounds are similar in structure to the other Hofmann-diam-type clathrates.  相似文献

We study the electronic structure and correlations of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamine) by using theframework of the multi-orbital single-impurity Haldane-Anderson model of atransition-metal impurity in a semiconductor host. The parameters of the effectiveHaldane-Anderson model are obtained within the Hartree-Fock (HF) approximation. Thequantum Monte Carlo (QMC) technique is then used to calculate the one-electron andmagnetic correlation functions of this effective model. We observe that new states forminside the semiconductor gap found by HF due to the intra-orbital Coulomb interaction atthe impurity 3d orbitals. In particular, the lowest unoccupiedstates correspond to an impurity bound state, which consists of states from mainly the CNaxial ligand and the corrin ring as well as the Co eg-like orbitals. We alsoobserve that the Co?(3d) orbitals can develop antiferromagneticcorrelations with the surrounding atoms depending on the filling of the impurity boundstates. In addition, we make comparisons of the HF+QMC data with the density functionaltheory calculations. We also discuss the photoabsorption spectrum of cyanocobalamine.  相似文献

The transmission and diffraction of waves by an aperture in an impedance screen is investigated. The Senior's solution of the scattering problem of waves by an impedance half-plane is transformed into a physical optics type integral. The obtained method is applied to the transmission problem of waves by a slit in an impedance screen. Electron donor–acceptor interaction of morpholine (morp) with chloranilic acid (cla) and picric acid (pa) as π-acceptors was investigated spectrophotometrically and found to form stable charge-transfer (CT) complexes (n–π*) of [(Hmorp)2(cla)] and [(Hmorp)(pa)]2. The donor site involved in CT interaction is morpholine nitrogen. These complexes are easily synthesized from the reaction of morp with cla and pa within MeOH and CHCl3 solvents, respectively. 1HNMR, IR, elemental analyses, and UV–vis techniques characterize the two morpholinium charge-transfer complexes. Benesi–Hildebrand and its modification methods were applied to the determination of association constant (K), molar extinction coefficient (?). The X-ray crystal structure was carried out for the interpretation the predict structure of the [(Hmorp)(pa)]2 complex.  相似文献

Phytosterols and tocopherols are commonly used in food and pharmaceutical industries for their health benefits. Current analysis methods rely on conventional liquid chromatography, using an analytical column, which can be tedious and time consuming. However, simple, and fast analytical methods can facilitate their qualitative and quantitative analysis. In this study, a fast chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric (FC-MS/MS) method was developed and validated for the quantitative analysis of phytosterols and tocopherols. Omitting chromatography by employing flow injection analysis—mass spectrometry (FIA-MS) failed in the quantification of target analytes due to analyte-to-analyte interferences from phytosterols. These interferences arise from their ambiguous MS fingerprints that would lead to false identification and inaccurate quantification. Therefore, a C18 guard column with a 1.9 µm particle size was employed for FC-MS/MS under isocratic elution using acetonitrile/methanol (99:1 v/v) at a flow rate of 600 µL/min. Analyte-to-analyte interferences were identified and eliminated. The false peaks could then be easily identified due to chromatographic separation. In addition, two internal standards were evaluated, namely cholestanol and deuterated cholesterol. Both internal standards contributed to the observed analyte-to-analyte interferences; however, adequate shift in the retention time for deuterated cholesterol eliminated its interferences and allowed for an accurate quantification. The method is fast (1.3 min) compared to published methods and can distinguish false peaks observed in FIA-MS. Seven analytes were quantified simultaneously, namely brassicasterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, β-sitosterol, α-tocopherol, δ-tocopherol, and γ-tocopherol. The method was successfully applied in the quantitative analysis of phytosterols and tocopherols present in the unsaponifiable matter of canola oil deodorizer distillate (CODD). β-sitosterol and γ-tocopherol were the most abundant phytosterols and tocopherols, respectively.  相似文献

3-Alkyl(Aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (2) reacted with 2-furoyl chloride and thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride to afford the corresponding 3- alkyl(aryl)-4-(2-furoylamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (3) and 3-alkyl(aryl)- 4-(2-thienylcarbonylamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (4), respectively. The new compounds synthesized were characterized by using IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and UV spectral data together with elemental analysis. In addition, to investigate the effects of solvents and molecular structure upon acidity, compounds 3 and 4 were titrated potentiometrically with tetrabutylammonium hydroxide in four non-aqueous solvents (isopropyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, N,N-dimethylformamide and acetonitrile). The half-neutralization potential values and the corresponding pKa values were determined for all cases.  相似文献

The title mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2]·3H2O complex [sq is squarate (C4O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)] has been synthesized and the structure consists of a neutral mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2] unit and three solvate water mol­ecules. The CuII ion has distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry, comprised of one carboxyl­ate O atom from a monodentate squarate ligand and four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O/OW hydrogen bonds, face‐to‐face π–­π interactions between the 1,10‐phenanthroline aromatic rings and a weak π–ring interaction are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

The heteronuclear polymeric complex, [Zn(teta)Ni(μ‐CN)2(CN)2]n (teta: triethylenetetramine), was synthesized and characterized by elementel analysis, FT‐IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single crystal X–ray diffraction techniques. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c and in which the ZnII ion exhibits a distorted octahedral coordination by one tetradentate teta ligand and two bridging cyano groups as a trans position, whereas the NiII ion has square planer coordination and is coordinated by four cyano ligands. The decomposition reaction takes places in the temperature range 30–600 °C in the static air atmosphere.  相似文献

Two nickel(II) complexes of vitamin B13 (H3Or) with N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylethylenediamine (tmen) and 2,2‐dimethylpropane‐1,3‐diamine (dmpen) were synthesized and characterized by means of elemental and thermal analyses, magnetic susceptibility, and IR and UV/Vis spectroscopic studies. The crystal structures of mer‐[Ni(HOr)(H2O)2(tmen)] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(HOr)(dmpen)2] ( 2 ) were determined by using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In the complexes, which crystallize in the triclinic system (space group for 1 ) and the monoclinic system (space group P21/c for 2 ), the NiII ions exhibit a distorted octahedral coordination. NiII ions are chelated by the deprotonated nitrogen atom of the pyrimidine ring and the oxygen atom of the carboxylate group, the distorted octahedral coordination completed by one tmen and two aqua ligands for 1 or two dmpen ligands for 2 .  相似文献

Acidity constant values of benzoic acid (BA)-modified platinum electrode (Pt-BA) and p-aminobenzoic acid (pABA)-modified platinum electrode (Pt-NHBA) surfaces were determined using cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and contact angle measurements (CAM). Diazonium tetrafluoroborate salt reduction and pABA oxidation reactions were used to prepare (Pt-BA) and (Pt-NHBA) surfaces, respectively. Both surfaces exhibited pH dependence with [Fe(CN)6]3?/4? redox probe solutions at different pH; this allowed us to estimate the surface pK a values. Acidity constants for Pt-BA surface were found to be pK a (3.09 ± 0.25), (4.89 ± 0.11), and (3.91 ± 0.54) by CV, EIS, and CAM techniques, respectively, while the values for Pt-NHBA surface were pK a (3.16 ± 0.45), (4.24 ± 0.40), and (5.64 ± 0.12). The Pt-BA surface pK a values were lower in CV and CAM measurements relative to the bulk solution of BA, while a higher value was observed in EIS for Pt-BA surface. The pK a values determined for Pt-NHBA surface via both CV and EIS were lower than the bulk value; however, the result obtained from CAM was one unit higher than pK a of bulk pABA.  相似文献
