Legendre spectral method for solving mixed boundary value problems on rectangle

In this paper, we develop a spectral method for mixed inhomogeneous Dirichlet/Neumann/Robin boundary value problems defined on rectangle. Some results on two‐dimensional Legendre approximation in Jacobi‐weighted Sobolev space are established. As examples of applications, spectral schemes are provided for two model problems with mixed inhomogeneous boundary conditions. The spectral accuracy in space of proposed algorithms are proved. Efficient implementations are presented. Numerical results demonstrate their high accuracy and confirm the theoretical analysis well. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

On multi-choice TU games arising from replica of economies

In this paper we derive a multi-choice TU game from r-replica of exchange economy with continuous, concave and monetary utility functions, and prove that the cores of the games converge to a subset of the set of Edgeworth equilibria of exchange economy as r approaches to infinity. We prove that the dominance core of each balanced multi-choice TU game, where each player has identical activity level r, coincides with the dominance core of its corresponding r-replica of exchange economy. We also give an extension of the concept of the cover of the game proposed by Shapley and Shubik (J Econ Theory 1: 9-25, 1969) to multi-choice TU games and derive some sufficient conditions for the nonemptyness of the core of multi-choice TU game by using the relationship among replica economies, multi-choice TU games and their covers.     

火工品可靠性试验数据的综合分析方法

升降法试验数据和固定刺激量下的成败型试验数据,是两种最常见的火工品可靠性试验数据．我们应用Markov链,研究了升降法试验数据下,感度分布参数的极大似然估计的特性．在此基础上,应用Bootstrap方法和Bayes方法,给出了综合分析两种试验数据的方法．最后,将该方法应用于520底火的可靠性鉴定,得出了有益的结论．     

江苏-西部能源需求-供给模型及其动力学分析

根据江苏省能源需求与西部能源供给及江苏省能源进口量之间相互支持、相互制约的复杂关系建立了江苏-西部能源需求-供给系统．分析了系统的稳态、周期、分叉、混沌等若干动力学行为．通过调节参数可以使系统处于稳定发展或周期震荡区域中．基于Silnikov定理,应用待定系数法,求出了能源系统的同宿轨的表达式．证明了在两个平衡点处均有Silnikov型的同宿轨．根据Silnikov定理确保了能源系统有Smale马蹄和马蹄形混沌．

The structure on invariant measures of <Emphasis Type="Italic">C</Emphasis><Superscript>1</Superscript> generic diffeomorphisms

Let Λ be an isolated non-trivial transitive set of a C 1 generic diffeomorphism f ∈ Diff (M ). We show that the space of invariant measures supported on Λ coincides with the space of accumulation measures of time averages on one orbit. Moreover, the set of points having this property is residual in Λ (which implies that the set of irregular+ points is also residual in Λ). As an application, we show that the non-uniform hyperbolicity of irregular+ points in Λ with totally 0 measure (resp., the non-uniform hyperbolicity of a generic subset in Λ) determines the uniform hyperbolicity of Λ.

Periodic solutions for a quasilinear non-autonomous second-order system

In this paper, a quasilinear second-order system with periodic boundary conditions is studied. By the least action principle and classical theorems of variational calculus, existence results of periodic solutions are obtained.     

Bifurcation set and number of limit cycles in Z2-equivariant planar vector fields of degree 5

An Z₂-equivariant polynomial Hamiltonian system of degree 5 with two perturbation terms is considered in this paper. The phase plane (a, b) is divided into 15 different regions which give the bifurcation set of the system. Using the bifurcation theory of planar dynamical system and the method of detection function, we obtain the bifurcation set and the configurations of compound eyes of the system with 21 or 23 limit cycles.
