声光栅正弦结构光投射器的光学系统设计

针对一种新型的声光波干涉测量技术,对声光栅正弦结构光投射器的三维测量工作原理进行了系统的分析,讨论了影响投射器光学系统结构的因素和影响接收屏上的光照度的因素,并进行了光学系统设计。在优化设计过程中,采用了限制光线最大入射角的方法,达到控制投射系统的球差和保证接收屏上照明均匀的要求。所设计的声光栅正弦光投射器具有很好的成像质量。应用该系统对在500mm处的石膏像上投射干涉条纹,可以得到能量比较均匀、变形量很小的干涉条纹图,利用该条纹图和相关的算法可以对具有复杂几何形状的物体进行有效的三维测量。     

增生性疤痕组织与正常上皮组织FTIR光谱研究

通过对40例疤痕组织和正常皮肤组织的ETIR光谱比较分析发现,由于个体差异,其光谱均可分为三种不同类型。此外,疤痕组织中的胶原、蛋白质、核酸和脂类等生物大分子的吸收峰强度均在不同程度上高于正常皮肤组织,但两者的A_(1083)/A_(1548)并无明显差异。提示疤痕组织中的细胞仍属正常生长,治疗中不应损伤。     

从革命到改良：整顿《解放与改造》与“梁启超系”的渐进取向

《解放与改造》由张东荪在1919年创办,在五四时期风行一时,影响极大。刊名中“解放”的涵义本有整体性、对抗性的破坏倾向,故杂志对西方现代文明、中国传统文明、现有政权均取革命立场,倡导在“解放”一切现状基础上进行改造。同时,以讨论、宣传社会主义为职责,高谈主义而不重具体问题之研究、解决。然而,1920年梁启超、蒋百里等欧游归国,接收并整顿《解放与改造》,更名《改造》,扭转了此前由张东荪主导的革命倾向：舍弃“解放”中所带有的破坏性的战斗精神,对中国传统文明与西方现代文明均取渐进改造方式;同时,不再以社会主义为倡导,从原先的高谈主义,转为研究具体的问题。在思想界整体逐渐走向革命的潮流中,“梁启超系”却通过整顿《改造》,从革命回归改良,成为激进时代的渐进者。

Improved Synthesis and Structure of 3-Carboxy-2-pyrazinecarbohydroxamic Acid

3-Carboxy-2-pyrazinehydroxamic acid was prepared by a one pot reaction starting from pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride with a high yield, and characterized by IR, Mass spectrum, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a=4.8659(10), b=7.4233(15), c=11.602(2), α=96.904(2), β=92.422(3), γ=107.454(2)°, V=395.51(14)3 , Z=2, Dc=1.689g/cm3 , F(000)=208, μ(MoKα)=0.149 mm-1 , the final R=0.0473 and wR=0.1306 for 2853 observed reflections (I>2σ (I)). A three-dimensional framework was assembled through intermolecular hydrogen bonding between water and 3-carboxy-2-pyrazine-carbohydroxamic acid molecules.     

Ag/CNT‐catalyzed hydroamination of activated alkynes with aromatic amines

As a nanoparticle support material, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) provide a certain potential activation of catalysis in heterogeneous catalytic organic reactions. Herein, an efficient Ag/CNT‐catalyzed synthesis of enamines via hydroamination of activated alkynes with aromatic amines has been described. This catalyst still retains catalytic activity after being recycled and reused three times. In addition, it represents a green and environmentally friendly process for preparation of enamines. Optimal Conditions for Existence of Vesicles Under Electric Field

Giant vesicles have been of intense interest as the model system for cell membranes. To bring numerous applications of the vesicles into full play, the existence time of the vesicles becomes particularly important. In this work, we explored the existence time of the vesicles in distilled water under four kinds of representative alternative current (AC) electric fields with different energizing time. When the application time of AC electric field reached 1 hour, the existence time of the vesicles reached the maximum value. As the applied electric field time increased, the existence time of the vesicles decreased. Thus, after obtaining the best vesicles on the carbon fiber electrode, disconnecting the external electric field is very necessary. Based on the in situ observation using inverted microscope, the disappearing phenomena of the vesicles were presented. In addition, it is found that vesicles in phosphate buffer solutions (PBSs) can last about 2–3 days when the electric field was applied for 1 hour, which was much longer than that in distilled water.     

Seasonal variation of 129I species in the Baltic Proper

Iodine speciation plays a significant role in iodine volatilizing into atmosphere from the seas, as well as serving as a biological indicator. Despite this importance, the data on iodine species revealed inconclusive evidence of what factors controlling speciation transformation. We here present new data on profiles of ¹²⁹I speciation in the Baltic Proper during November 2009. Along with the two earlier investigations (August 2006 and April 2007), an assessment of seasonal variation of ¹²⁹I species is presented. The results show that, due to the anoxic nature of Baltic Proper, presence of ¹²⁹IO₃ ^? in the Baltic Proper does not follow an obvious seasonal cycle, as the case with ¹²⁹I^?. Concentrations of ¹²⁹I^? in the Baltic Proper exhibit higher values in summer than the other two seasons (spring and winter), which might be associated with degrading of organic matter and release from sediment to water column that is more pronounced during summer. ¹²⁹I^? in surface water from the three seasons does not reflect the release function from the reprocessing facilities during the period April 2007 to November 2009. Consequently variability of ¹²⁹I^? in surface seawater of the Baltic Proper depends, to some extent, on local physical as well as biochemical conditions.
