A new flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for determination of chloroquine is proposed based on a stronger chemiluminescence of chloroquine in hydrogen peroxide-nitrite-sulfuric acid medium. The proposed method allows the measurement of chloroquine over the range of 3.0×10−7 to 1.0×10−5 mol l−1. The detection limit is 8.6×10−8 mol l−1, and the relative standard deviation for 1.0×10−6 mol l−1 chloroquine (n=11) is 1.6%. The CL mechanism is also discussed. 相似文献

A copper hexacyanoferrate modified ceramic carbon electrode (CuHCF/CCE) had been prepared by two-step sol-gel technique and characterized using electrochemical methods. The resulting modified electrode showed a pair of well-defined surface waves in the potential range of 0.40 to 1.0 V with the formal potential of 0.682 V (vs. SCE) in 0.050 mol·dm^-3 HOAc-NaOAc buffer containing 0.30 mol·dm^-3 KCl. The charge transfer coefficient (a) and charge transfer rate constant (ks) for the modified electrode were calculated. The electrocatalytic activity of this modified electrode to hydrazine was also investigated, and chronoamperometry was exploited to conveniently determine the diffusion coefficient (D) of hydrazine in solution and the catalytic rate constant (kcat). Finally, hydrazine was determined with amperometry using the resulting modified electrode. The calibration plot for hydrazine determination was linear in 3.0 × 10^-6--7.5 × 10^-4 mol·dm^-3 with the detection limit of 8.0 × 10^-7 molodm^-3. This modified electrode had some advantages over the modified film electrodes constructed by the conventional methods, such as renewable surface, good long-term stability, excellent catalytic activity and short response time to hydrazine. 相似文献

The present paper employed density function theory to investigate two reaction pathways for isomerization of enol ester proposed by Yang(path a) and the present authors(path a), respectively. The base catalytic effects of solvent triethylamine on these two reactions were also evaluated. The activity and conformation of ribonuclerse A (RNaseA) solubilized in cyclohexane via dodecylammonium butyrate(DAB) reverse micelles were investigated. The activity of RNaseA was studied using the cytidine 2’,3’ -phosphate as the substrate, and it was found that kcat increases significantly with respect to that in water attended by an increased Km•FT-IR spectra of RNaseA in reverse micellar solution were investigated as a function of w0(= [H2O]/ [DAB]), and it was noted that the structure of RNaseA became losser in reverse micelles campared to that in aqueous solution. A flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method is described for the determination of fluoroquinolones including ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and ofloxacin. The method is based on the enhancement by these compounds of the weak CL from peroxynitrous acid. The linear ranges are 1.0×10−7 to 1.0×10−5 mol l−1 for ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin, and 3.0×10−7 to 3.0×10−5 mol l−1 for ofloxacin, respectively. The detection limits (S/N=3) are 4.5×10−8 mol l−1 ciprofloxacin, 5.9×10−8 mol l−1 norfloxacin and 1.1×10−7 mol l−1 ofloxacin, respectively. The proposed method was applied to the determination of fluoroquinolones in pharmaceutical preparations. 相似文献

The study on rheological properties of a series of mica-filled polypropylene (PP) composites was carried out. The influence of surface-treatment of mica particles on dynamic rheological behavior of the composites were dealt with. The viscosity (η) and dynamic modulus ( G‘ ) of the composite melts were higher than those of PP matrix, especially those for systems treated with silane, which was attributed to the interfacial adhesion enhancement. However, surface-treatment of mica by titanate resulted in lower η and G‘, as compared with the treatment by silane. The reason for this is believed to be the formation of the mono-molecular layer on the mica surface. 相似文献
