GAS PERMEABILITY OF COPOLY(1-TRIMETHYL-SILYL-1-PROPYNE-PENTAMETHYL-DISILYL-1-PROPYNE) MEMBRANE

The permeability of copoly (1-trimethylsilyl-1-propyne-pentamethyldisilyl-1-propyne) membrane for twelve gases (0_2, N_2, CO_2, H_2, D_2, He, At, CH_4, C_2H_4, C_2H_6, C_3H_6 and C_3H_8) was examined. The basic laws of solution and diffusion of the gases in the membrane were expounded preliminarily. It was found that a linear relationship between logarithm of diffusion coefficient (D) and critical molar volume (V_c) of the gases. The permeation characteristics of the gases in the copoly (1-trimethylsilyl-1-propyne-pentamethyldisilyl-1-propyne) membrane was also discussed.     

Biocatalytic Synthesis of Highly Enantiopure 1,4-Benzodioxane-2-carboxylic Acid and Amide

Catalyzed by Rhodococcus erythropolis AJ270, a nitrile hydratase and amidase containing microbial whole-cell catalyst, at 10 ℃ and with the use of methanol as a co-solvent, nitrile and amide biotransformations produce 2S-1,4-benzodioxane-2-carboxamide and 2R-1,4-benzodioxane-2-carboxylic acid in high yields with excellent enantioselectivity.     

1-(2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯与铜的显色反应研究及其应用

研究了新试剂1-(2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯(DCNPNPT)与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应。在表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,pH 9.0～10.0范围内,铜(Ⅱ)与DCNPNPT形成1:4黄色配合物,其最大吸收波长为460nm,用双峰双波长法测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.I×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。铜(Ⅱ)含量在0～240μg·L~(-1)范围内符合比耳定律。拟定方法用于铜矿和环境水标样中铜的测定,结果满意。

取代肉桂酰甘氨酸酯的合成

在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)促进下,取代肉桂酸(1a^1g)与二氯亚砜(SOCl2)在20℃酰氯化反应0.5 h,再加入甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐,在40℃下酰胺化反应4 h,n(取代肉桂酸)/n(SOCl2)/n(甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐)=1.0/1.2/1.4,合成了一系列取代肉桂酰甘氨酸乙酯(2a^2g),其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、IR和MS(EI)确证。并探讨了NMP促进取代肉桂酰甘氨酸乙酯反应可能的机理。     

柑桔果皮中多甲氧基黄酮的LC-APCI-MS定性分析

黄酮化合物是具有多种生物活性的物质,广泛存在于自然界中。单纯为甲氧基取代的多甲氧基黄酮PMF是芸香科多种桔类所特有的,特别是在其果皮中有较高的含量。近年来有关桔皮PMF抗癌的研究取得了很大进展。PMF作为桔皮中的抗癌活性成分,对多种癌细胞有较强的抑制作用,受到国内外的广泛关注。由于桔皮中PMF的主要成分随柑桔种类和产地的不同而有较大差异,所以,筛选含有较强抗癌活性的PMF成分的桔皮种类,是一项非常有意义的工作。文献报道的PMF的分析检测方法主要有液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法等。本文利用液相色谱-大气压化学电离化质谱联用技术定性分析了3种柑桔果皮中PMF的主要成分,并结合紫外吸收光谱进一步确证。     

两个特殊骨架的C_(20)－二萜生物碱的全部~1H(~(13)C)核磁共振信号指定

两个具有特殊骨架的C_(20)-二萜生物碱北乌灵（kusnezoline）和峨翠灵（ omeieline）分别分自中国特产毛茛科植物北草乌（Aconitum hkusnezoffii Paritz）、彭州岩乌头（A. racemulosum var. pengzhouense）和峨眉翠雀花（ Delphinium omeiense W. T. Wang）。应用2D NMR技术(~1H-~1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY)全面归属了这两个生物碱的~1H和~(13)C信号的化学位移。     

一维链状冠醚配合物:[{Na(18-C-6)}2(H2O)]n[M(SCN)4]n(M=Pd、Pt)的合成与结构

The reactions of 18-crown-6 with Na₂[M(SCN)₄] (M= Pd,Pt) were studied and the complex 1 [{Na(18-C-6)}₂(H₂O)]_n[Pd(SCN)₄]_n and complex 2 [{Na(18-C-6)}₂(H₂O)]_n[Pt(SCN)₄]_n were characterized by ele-mental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction analysis. The complexes belong to monoclinic, space group P2₁/n with cell dimensions, 1:a=1.05734(7),b=1.42250(10),c=1.47762(10) nm,β=107.5330(10)°,V=2.1192(2)nm³,Z=2,D_calcd=1.460g·cm^-3,F(000)=964,R₁=0.0406,wR₂=0.1264 and 2:a=1.05985(19),b=1.4237(3),c=1.4744(3) nm,β=107. 096(3)°, V=2.1264(7)nm³,Z=2,D_calcd=1.690g·cm^-3,F(000)=1028,R₁=0.0292,wR₂=0.0859. In the solid state, the complexes 1 and 2 show an one-dimensional chain of [{Na(18-C-6)}₂(H₂O)]²⁺ complex cations and [M(SCN)₄]^2- (M=Pd,Pt) complex anions bridged by Na-N in-teractions.     

水杨醛缩氨基硫脲合钴(Ⅱ)的晶体结构及其荧光性质

在甲醇和DMF溶剂里,以Schiff碱水杨醛缩氨基硫脲(简写为HL)和六水二氯化钴合成了配合物[CoHL2].H2O.DMF.在配合物[CoHL2]中,钴(Ⅱ)原子具有扭曲的N2O2S2八面体配位构型,晶体通过分子间氢键作用形成二维的无限网状结构.红外光谱表明,配体在形成配合物后,νS=O,νC=O和νC=N红移.荧光光谱表明,配合物金属对配体n-π*激发引起的荧光发射峰有较大的影响.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [{Cd(hmbdc)(H_2O)_3}·2H_2O]_n

A novel coordination polymer [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n (hmbdc = 5-hydroxy- isophthalic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 9.599(3), b = 18.699(5), c = 7.557(2) , β = 108.198(4)°, V = 1288.6(6) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 382.60, Dc = 1.972 g/cm3, F(000) = 760, μ = 1.740, the final R = 0.0555 and wR = 0.0995 for 1732 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.
