Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Polyimides Based on Pyridine-containing Diamine

A new aromatic diamine monomer containing pyridine unit, 2,6-bis （4-aminophenoxy- 4＇-benzoyl）pyridine（BABP）, was synthesized in three steps, starting from 2,6-pyridinedicarboxyl chloride. A series of novel pyridine-containing polyimides were prepared v/a the polycondensation of BABP with various aromatic dianhydrides through poly（amic acid） precursors, and thermal or chemical imidization of the precursors. The polyimides exhibit desirable properties, e.g., good solubility in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and m-cresol, excellent thermal stability and film-forming capability, as well as high inherent viscosity, indicating high molecular weight.     

Novel Oxygen Storage Components Promoted Palladium Catalysts for Emission Control in Natural Gas Powered Engines

A three-way catalyst comprised novel oxygen storage components for emission control in natural gas powered engines was prepared. The addition of novel oxygen storage components to the Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalysts resulted in improved activities of the fresh and aged catalyst by lowering the light-off temperature for methane in natural gas engines exhaust.     

The Self-catalytic Esterification Reaction of O-Phosphoryl Serine Derivative

O-Phosphoryl serine derivative can perform serf-catalytic esterification reaction in the mixture of CH3OH and CHCl3 at the room temperature. The phosphoryl group participation was the key step of the esterification. This type of reactions were proposed through an intermediate of mixed phosphoric-carboxylic anhydride that might provide a clue to the function of the phosphoryl group in the phosphorylated enzymes and in the prebiotic synthesis of protein.     

一种复合载体丙烯聚合催化剂的研究

采用SiO2-MgCl2复合载体制备了一种丙烯聚合催化剂,考察了SiO2活化条件、SiO2和MgCl2质量比和催化剂的不同制备工艺对催化剂性能的影响,通过对催化剂的氢调和聚合时间的试验,发现该催化剂用于催化丙烯聚合时,无需加入外给电子化合物就可以使树脂达到较高的等规指数。

氨基化多壁碳纳米管的制备与表征

以多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)为原料,经自由基反应,制备了氰基改性的多壁碳纳米管,然后采用Al-NiCl2.6H2O-THF体系还原氰基得到了氨基化的碳纳米管。通过拉曼光谱仪、热重分析仪、X射线光电子能谱仪和透射电子显微镜对产物的结构与形貌进行了表征。结果表明:氨基通过共价键枝接在MWNTs的表面,氨基化多壁碳纳米管每1000个表面碳原子中有17.1个转化为氨基;该反应条件温和,反应时间短,且不破坏MWNTs的结构。     

α-甲基苯乙烯共聚物接枝碳纳米管超疏水表面的制备

采用自由基聚合法将共聚物接枝到多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)上制备超疏水表面。结果表明,以α-甲基苯乙烯(AMS)与甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为单体,经自由基聚合可得到共聚物AMS-co-BMA(PAB),其热降解产物接枝到MWCNT表面可制得与水滴静态接触角为165°,滚动角小于3°的超疏水表面。SEM分析结果表明,共聚物的接枝一方面增大了管间的空隙,增加了表面粗糙度,另一方面又为降低表面能提供了条件。不同pH值液滴测试及放置时间的影响结果表明,该超疏水表面具有较好的稳定性和耐久性。     

基于对苯二甲酸根及邻菲咯啉的铁(Ⅱ)配位聚合物的水热合成、晶体结构和荧光性质

以对苯二甲酸(H₂bdc)、邻菲咯啉(phen)和硫酸亚铁为原料, 在水热条件下合成了一个新的配位聚合物[Fe(phen)(bdc)(H₂O)]_n, 并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、热重和X-射线单晶衍射表征。该聚合物属于三斜晶系, P1空间群。每个Fe(Ⅱ)与2个N原子和3个O原子配位形成高度畸变的三角双锥结构, 2个Fe(Ⅱ)由配体对苯二甲酸离子桥联为一维链状结构, 链与链之间通过O-H…O氢键作用形成三维结构。荧光测试表明配合物在368 nm处有荧光发射。     

基于环己二酸和双苯并咪唑配体的一维钴(Ⅱ)配位聚合物的合成、结构和催化性能研究

水热条件下,合成了钴(Ⅱ)配位聚合物{[Co(L)(chdc)].2H2O}n(1)(L=1,3-二(苯并咪唑-1-甲基)苯,H2chdc=1,4-环己烷二酸)。结构分析表明,配合物1的晶体属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数为a=1.4504(1)nm,b=1.834 9(2)nm,c=2.128 7(2)nm,β=94.325(1)°,V=5.649 2(9)nm3,Z=4。该配合物为一维环状链结构,并进一步通过链间的π-π作用自组装成二维超分子结构。配合物1作为类芬顿反应的催化剂降解刚果红显示较高的活性。
