Fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared region(900-1700 nm, NIR-II) with a high resolution and penetration depth due to the significantly reduced tissue scattering and autofluorescence has emerged as a useful tool in biomedical fields. Recently, many efforts have been devoted to the development of fluorophores with an emission band covering the long-wavelength end of NIR-II region(1500-1700 nm) to eliminate the autofluorescence. Alternatively, we believe imaging with a narrow bandwidth could also reduce the autofluorescence. As a proof of concept, NaYF4:Yb,Nd@NaYF4 downconversion nanoparticles(DCNPs) with sharp NIR-II emission were synthesized. The luminescence of DCNPs showed a half-peak width of 49 nm centered at 998 nm, which was perfectly matched with a (1000±25) nm bandpass filter. With this filter, we were able to retain most of the emissions from the nanoparticles, while the autofluorescence was largely reduced. After PEGylation, the DCNPs exhibited great performance for blood vessel and tumor imaging in living mice with significantly reduced autofluorescence and interference signals. This work provided an alternative way for the low-autofluorescence imaging and emphasized the importance of narrow emitting rare-earth doped nanoparticles for NIR-II imaging. 相似文献

结晶紫(CV)在导电碳黑糊电极(CCBPE)上具有灵敏的伏安响应,实验对其氧化还原机理进行了推导,结果表明:以pH 8.0的B-R缓冲液为支持电解质,CV发生2电子转移的不可逆氧化,过程受吸附控制。在富集时间、富集电位、pH等影响因子得到优化情况下,其半微分-脉冲伏安扫描氧化峰值与其浓度在0.03~1.30μmol/L范围内呈线性,检出限为10 nmol/L。据此建立了CV的电化学快检方法,并应用于淡水渔业水体中痕量CV的测定,平均回收率为97.1%。 相似文献

In the present paper we address the problem of optical isomerism embodied in the socalled “Hund’s paradox”, which points to the difficulty to account for chirality by means of quantum mechanics. In particular, we explain the answer to the problem proposed by the theory of decoherence. This work reports on a novel and versatile approach to control the structure of metal–organic framework (MOFs) films by using polymeric brushes as 3D primers, suitable for triggering heterogeneous MOF nucleation. As a proof-of-concept, this work explores the use of poly(1-vinylimidazole) brushes primer obtained via surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP) for the synthesis of Zn-based ZIF-8 MOF films. By modifying the grafting density of the brushes, smooth porous films were obtained featuring inherently hydrophobic microporosity arising from ZIF-8 structure, and an additional constructional interparticle mesoporosity, which can be employed for differential adsorption of targeted adsorbates. It was found that the grafting density modulates the constructional porosity of the films obtained; higher grafting densities result in more compact structures, while lower grafting density generates increasingly inhomogeneous films with a higher proportion of interparticle constructional porosity. 相似文献

For wide classes of locally convex spaces, in particular, for the space of continuous real‐valued functions on a Tychonoff space X equipped with the pointwise topology, we characterize the existence of a fundamental bounded resolution (i.e., an increasing family of bounded sets indexed by the irrationals which swallows the bounded sets). These facts together with some results from Grothendieck's theory of ‐spaces have led us to introduce quasi‐ ‐spaces, a class of locally convex spaces containing ‐spaces that preserves subspaces, countable direct sums and countable products. Regular ‐spaces as well as their strong duals are quasi‐ ‐spaces. Hence the space of distributions provides a concrete example of a quasi‐ ‐space not being a ‐space. We show that has a fundamental bounded resolution if and only if is a quasi‐ ‐space if and only if the strong dual of is a quasi‐ ‐space if and only if X is countable. In this paper, we address the problem of approximating the probability density function of the following random logistic differential equation: P′(t,ω)=A(t,ω)(1?P(t,ω))P(t,ω), t∈[t0,T], P(t0,ω)=P0(ω), where ω is any outcome in the sample space Ω. In the recent contribution [Cortés, JC, et al. Commun Nonlinear Sci Numer Simulat 2019; 72: 121–138], the authors imposed conditions on the diffusion coefficient A(t) and on the initial condition P0 to approximate the density function f1(p,t) of P(t): A(t) is expressed as a Karhunen–Loève expansion with absolutely continuous random coefficients that have certain growth and are independent of the absolutely continuous random variable P0, and the density of P0, , is Lipschitz on (0,1). In this article, we tackle the problem in a different manner, by using probability tools that allow the hypotheses to be less restrictive. We only suppose that A(t) is expanded on L2([t0,T]×Ω), so that we include other expansions such as random power series. We only require absolute continuity for P0, so that A(t) may be discrete or singular, due to a modified version of the random variable transformation technique.
