介绍了最近几年新的四氢键有机二聚体研究的进展及其在分子自组装和分子聚 集体化学研究中的应用。     

基于天然氨基酸的双环手性季铵盐相转移催化剂的合成及催化性能研究

以L－脯氨酸及L－羟基脯氨酸为原料合成了4个新型手性季铵盐磁相转移催化 剂，并用于催化不对称查耳酮环氧化反应，高产率得到相应环氧化合物，ee最高达 9％。     

水中3-甲基-6-氨基-5-氰基-4-芳基-1-苯基-1，4-二氢吡喃[2，3-c]吡唑的洁净合成

在水溶剂中并有三乙基苄基氯化铵（TEBA）存在下，取代芳亚甲基丙二腈与3- 甲基-1-苯基-2-吡唑啉-5-酮缩合成为3-甲基-6-氨基-5-氰基-4-芳基-1-苯基-1， 4-二氢吡喃[2,3-c]吡唑，此法为相应化合物的合成提供了一种快速、方便、高效 和洁净的方法。     

Synthesis and Catalytic Asymmetric Reaction of Chiral Pyridine Prolinol Derivatives

The enantioselective reduction of prochiral ketones with borane in the presence of a chiral ligand leading to enantiomerically pure secondary alcohols has received considerable attention in recent years. [1] Enantiomerically pure secondary alcohols are important intermediates for the synthesis of various other organic compounds such as halides, esters, ethers, ketones and amines. To the best of our knowledge, the use of pyridine prolinol derivatives in the reduction of ketones has not been reported so far. Thus, it should be of interest to investigate the catalytic a bility of such ligands. We have an ongoing project in the synthesis and application of chiral pyridine derivatives in chiral molecular recognition[2] and we want to evaluate the effect resulting from the introduction of a pyridinyl moiety onto the catalysts. We expect that the cooperation of pyridine unit and chiral prolinol unit in new ligands may result in unique properties for catalytic reaction.     

A Mild and Efficient Deprotection of Geminal Diacetates Catalyzed by FeCl3 ·6H2O in Ionic Liquid

The selective deprotection of geminal diacetates promoted by FeCl3·6H2O in the ionic liquid [bmim] [BF4] canbe efficiently achieved in good yields. The ionic liquid and the catalyst can be recycled easily and the process is car ried out under mild conditions.

聚酰亚胺侵蚀机理及防护效应的研究

在微波电离型原子氧(AO)源地面模拟设备中对空间材料聚酰亚胺(Kapton)及有机硅防护层进行原子氧剥蚀效应试验.用光电子能谱(XPS)、红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对试验前后试样的表面形貌、质量及化学结构进行表征研究.AO对Kapton表现了较严重的侵蚀作用,原来平整的表面形貌变为毛毯状;而所施用的有机硅涂层的表面形貌则变化甚少,表明该涂层具有较明显的防护效果.     

早期生物矿化过程中紫外吸收动力学曲线上的负峰现象

近年来, Jens等[1]利用紫外光度法测定生物矿化溶液的吸光度(即混浊度)的变化, 实时地记录生物矿物形成过程的信息, 从而研究其矿化规律. 实验发现, 胶原/羟基磷灰石矿化的紫外吸收动力学曲线并不是胶原和磷酸钙沉淀混浊度的简单迭加, 而是一条平滑的阶梯形曲线, 它反映了有机相和无机相相互作用的过程特征. 在采用紫外光度法研究生物矿化过程中首次发现, 阶梯形矿化曲线上还有更精细的变化: 在一定条件下, 矿化曲线起峰时出现一个负峰. 本文还研究了磷酸钙浓度、胶原浓度及入射光波长对该负峰峰位和峰值的影响. 研究该负峰与系统参数的相关性, 对于了解早期生物矿化的机理和优化新型骨及牙齿等组织工程框架材料的制备工艺[2]都具有重要的意义.     

电子束辐射固化环氧树脂的反应过程分析

对双酚A型环氧树脂的电子束辐射固化反应过程进行了分析.考察了引发剂、稀释剂对树脂体系辐射反应的影响,以环氧丙烷作为模型化合物,研究了环氧丙烷-碘盐体系的电子束辐射反应机理,证实了在电子束辐射下,碘盐分解产生质子酸,引发环氧树脂阳离子开环聚合的反应过程.观测环氧树脂辐射固化区域发现,电子束穿过样品时发生强烈的散射,在辐射方向以及周围一定区域内引发固化反应,固化反应从活性中心开始向体系内部层层扩展,整个固化区域由很多的层状结构组成.
