The molecular weight of polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) prepared from tetrahydrofu-ran (THF) by using cocatalysts of BF3-etherate and epichlorohydrin (ECH) in the presence of butylene glycol(BG) increased sharply with the polymer conversion, but at yields higher than 80% but could be exactly controlled by the molar ratio of BG to BF₃. The polyether obtained possessed around 70 mol% primaly hydrcxyl end-groups and a hydroxyl end-group functionality of two. The content of ECH derived units in each polymer chain containing 18.2 or 33.8THF derived units is around 1.60 or 2.16 respectively.     

A New Method to Synthesize the P,N-Heteromultifunctional Ligands

The nature of the highly polar P-N bond in phosphinimine makes a ligand of this kind become versatile in both coordination and organometallic chemistry.[1,2] Usually this kind of phosphinimine phosphine P,N-heterodifunctional ligands is prepared by the Staudinger reaction of azides with organophophine. Now a more mild and efficient method is provided. The product of Mannich reaction of 2-aminopyridine reacted with Ph2PCl in the presence of Et3N, giving the phosphinimine compound 1 in more than 90% yield.     

Synthesis and biological evaluation of 3-{[4-(4-[18F]fluorophenyl)methyl] piperazin-1-yl}-methyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine for in vivo studies of dopamine D4 receptor

The compound 3-{[4-(4-[¹⁸F]fluorophenyl)methyl]piperazin-1-yl}-methyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine ([¹⁸F]3), which is an analogue of L-745,870 binding D₄ This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Micelles of lipid-oligonucleotide conjugates: implications for membrane anchoring and base pairing

This report examines the organization properties of new fluorescent DNA-lipids, either alone in water or in interaction with 1-octyl-beta-d-glucopyranoside micelles or egg phosphatidylcholine vesicles. We first describe the design and the syntheses of the conjugates. Then, we use UV-Vis absorption, steady-state fluorescence emission, electron microscopy, and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy after two-photon excitation to show that these DNA-lipids form spherical micelles in aqueous solution and incorporate much better in micelles than in vesicles. We also investigate the significance of the lipophilic chains of these DNA-lipids on the melting behavior of the double-stranded hybrids: in water melting curves are broadened whereas in amphiphilic assemblies duplexes melt as the unconjugated controls. This work is expected to be useful for improving the rational design of antisense medicines.     

含L－氨基酸结构的手性液晶化合物的合成及其相变行为

合成了９种具Ｌ－氨基酸衍生物结构的介晶化合物（Ｉ－Ⅲ，Ⅳａｂ，Ⅴａ，ｂ，Ⅵａ，ｂ）、４种氨基酸衍生物（Ａ１－４）和６种介晶化合物（Ｍ１－６）．新化合物（Ⅰ－Ⅲ，Ⅳａ，ｂ，Ⅴａ，ｂ，Ⅵａ，ｂ，Ａ４，Ｍ３－６）的化学结构通过ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ和元素分析证实；并用偏光显微观察和ＤＳＣ分析研究了其相变行为，结果表明有８种化合物（Ｍ３－６，Ⅵａ，ｂ，Ⅴｂ，Ⅵｂ）呈现液晶相变。测定了它们的比旋光度。通过Ｘ射线衍射研究了化合物Ⅵｈ１２０～１３０℃和Ⅵｂ１７０～１８０℃的近晶结构，Ⅵｂ显，Ⅵｂ呈。测定了化合物Ⅳｂ的电滞回线，证明其具铁电性。     

USING MEASURING METHOD TO FIND AREA OF ENCLOSED PLANE REGION AND VOLUME OF ENCLOSED SPACE REGION

Two simple methods to calculate the area and volume called improved square gridmethod and cube cutting method are proposed in this paper. For any plane curve orspace surface satisfying certain conditions, by our method, the error of measurement isof the second infinitive order of measuring unit (the side length of the square grid or theside length of the little cube) when the unit is small enough. And when some properties ofthe curve or the surface can be found or its varying bounds can be evaluated, it is pointedout, in order to make the error smaller than any given value, how small the length of themeasuring unit should be.     

Homogeneous chemiluminescence system in neutral and near neutral aqueous solution with ClO2 as oxidant and its analytical application

Using ClO₂ as chemiluminescence (CL) oxidant, a novel homogeneous CL system in neutral and near neutral aqueous solution is proposed in this paper. ClO₂ could oxidize sulfite in pH 5.0–8.5 acetate buffer to produce CL emission, and pipemidic acid could sensitize the CL system. The ClO₂–SO₃²⁻–pipemidic acid reaction was used as a model CL system and explored the possibility of highly active and eco-friendly ClO₂ being used as CL oxidant in neutral and near neutral aqueous solution. Combined with flow-injection analysis, the proposed CL system was applied to the automated dissolution testing of pipemidic acid tablet. Compared with the common strong acidic or strong basic CL system, this proposed CL owns its advantages.     

Tris(2,2''''-bipyridyl)ruthenium(Ⅱ) electrochemiluminescence (ECL) enhanced by rutin on platinum electrode

Ru(bpy)_(3~(2 )) electrochemiluminescence (ECL) was applied to determination of rutin. ECL intensity of Ru(bpy)_(3~(2 ))could be enhanced in the presence of rutin in basic solution on platinum electrode. At pH 9.9, light emission intensity was found to be linear with rutin in the range of 1-50 mmol/L.     

Silicalite-1膜反应器中的丙烷芳构化

在丙烷芳构化反应中，氢气起着相当重要的作用；根据理论分析，消除氢气将会有利于芳构化反应的进行。在Ｓｉｌｉｃａｌｉｔｅ－１沸石分子筛膜反应器，丙烷芳构化反应中的芳烃选择性提高了１０％－２０％。针Ｓｉｌｉｃａｌｉｔｅ－ｌ膜反应器与氧化铝膜反应器中的反应结果相比较，表明膜反应器效果不仅取决于膜的渗透选择性，而且还取决于膜的渗透率。     

一种含氟丙烯酸树脂的制备及其表面疏水性

在聚合反应的后期阶段,向体系中引入含氟丙烯酸酯单体全氟辛基-(N-乙基-N-丙烯酸乙酯基)磺酰胺(QG-F814)共聚改性的方法制备了一种含氟丙烯酸树脂.接触角测定表明,该树脂具有良好的疏水性能.热重分析表明,该树脂在改性前后的耐热稳定性差别不大.
