STUDIES ON THE PREPARATION OF ZINC-CONTAINING ACTIVATED CARBON FIBERS AND THEIR ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY

Aqueous p-nitrotoluene oxidation induced with direct glow discharge plasma

A plasma induced degradation process has been studied to treat 4-nitrotoluene (4-NT) present as an aqueous pollutant. The plasma was locally generated from a glow discharge around a tip of a platinum anode in an electrolytic solution. The influence of initial pH and Fe²⁺ on the degradation was examined. Major intermediates resulting from the degradation process were identified. Amongst the aromatic intermediates, p-hydroxybenzoic acid was the predominant degradation product. The formation of oxalic acid, malic acid was also observed. The final products of degradation were NH ₄ ⁺ , NO ₃ ⁻ and CO₂. Based on the analysis of intermediates and the kinetic considerations, the degradation was shown to follow a pseudo-first order reaction hence, a possible reaction pathway was proposed.     

密胺-脲甲醛树脂合成工艺放大研究

以密胺－脲甲醛树脂合成的小试工艺条件为依据，完成了放大试验过程的工艺研究。研究结果与小试研究的工艺条件相吻合。     

网胰藻Hydroclathrus clathratus的化学成分研究

报道从中国南海网胰藻Hydroclathrus clathratus中分离得到3个单体化合物,经过MS,IR,1HNMR,13CNMR(DEPT),HMQC和HMBC等波谱技术鉴定为:(6R,7aS)-6-羟基-4,4,7a-三甲基-2,4,5,6,7,7a-六氢苯并呋喃-2-酮(1),1-(2-脱氧-β-D-呋喃核糖)-5-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢嘧啶-2,4-二酮(2),尿嘧啶(3),并通过X射线单晶衍射实验确定化合物1的立体结构,其中化合物1是首次从自然界中分离得到.     

LB膜诱导Ba(NO3)2晶体取向生长

In this work, Ba(NO₃)₂ crystals with single crystal face were induced by using the the method of bio-mimetic mineralization and double LB films of behenic acid (BA) as the template. The crystals were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The crystals were observed in regular square shape with uniform size about 5～8 μm by SEM, and they were found by XRD to grow along the (111) plane. From these experiments, we can conclude that the good selection of the (111) crystal face of Ba(NO₃)₂ is due to the electrostatic interactions , the match between this crystal face and the definite lattice structure of the LB films.     

SciFinder-guided rational design of fluorescent carbon dots for ratiometric monitoring intracellular pH fluctuations under heat shock

Intracellular pH plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, metabolism, enzyme activity and homeostasis. In this work, a novel design strategy for the preparation of pH responsive carbon dots (CDs-pH) for ratiometric intracellular imaging was reported. By using SciFinder database, fluorescent CDs-pH with the required pK_a value of 6.84 were rationally designed, which is vital important for precise sensing of intracellular pH. As a result, the synthesized CDs-pH demonstrated robust ability to test pH fluctuations within the physiological range of 5.4-7.4. The CDs-pH was further utilized for fluorescent ratiometric imaging of pH in living HeLa cells, effectively avoided the influence of autofluorescence from native cellular species. Moreover, real-time monitoring of intracellular pH fluctuation under heat shock was successfully realized. This SciFinder-guided design strategy is simple and flexible, which has a great potential to be used for the development of other types of CDs for various applications.     

Pt/HL和Pt/KL沸石在异丙醇分解反应中的不同催化行为

Ｐｔ／ＫＬ沸石在异丙醇分解反应中具有很高的脱氢活性,而Ｐｔ／ＨＬ沸石具有明显的缺电子性,在此反应中难以显示出脱氢活性,通过加氢作用,可使沸石的酸位免受积炭覆盖,从而可增强Ｐｔ／ＨＬ沸石的酸性催化作用。     

苏州荠苧总黄酮与微量元素含量的测定

采用分光光度法测定了苏州荠芋的总黄酮含量；采用了等离子发射光谱法测定了其元素含量。结果表明，苏州荠芋总黄酮的含量分别为55．31mg/g(7月采收)、65．00mg/g(8月采收)；含K、Ca、Mg等多种常量元素；含Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cr、Co等多种人体必需的微量元素，其中Fe含量最高；而有害重金属元素Hg未检出，Pb和AS的含量均较低(小于药典规定量)。可见8月采收的苏荠芋总黄酮含量较高，苏州荠芋含多种人体必需的微量元素，有害重金属含量低，具有较大的开发价值。     

固液相变的分子动力学研究Ⅰ─—(KI)_(108)离子簇的熔化和凝固(英)

通过分子动力学模拟，考查并分析了（KI）108离子簇的结构、能量和相变的动力学行为．在加热和冷却过程中，离子簇再现了熔化和凝固现象，而且熔化起始于立方体的其一顶点，熔化的离子簇不是球形的，说明了离子簇的非湿特征．根据结晶的成核速率，讨论了电子衍射实验中观察KI凝固的可能性     

聚甲基丙烯酸4［（4＇－硝基－1＇硫酰基苯）－1－羟烷氧基本基］酯的合成

new series of sulfur-contalning side chain liquid crystalline polymers were described. Mesomorphic side chains with methylene spacer in different length have been synthesized and their structures were identified by NMR, IR and MS.The liquid crystalline nature of the polymers was characterlzed by microscopy.The Polymers have liquid crystalline nature.
