Solid electrolytes, such as perovskite Li3xLa2/1−xTiO3, LixLa(1−x)/3NbO3 and garnet Li7La3Zr2O12 ceramic oxides, have attracted extensive attention in lithium-ion battery research due to their good chemical stability and the improvability of their ionic conductivity with great potential in solid electrolyte battery applications. These solid oxides eliminate safety issues and cycling instability, which are common challenges in the current commercial lithium-ion batteries based on organic liquid electrolytes. However, in practical applications, structural disorders such as point defects and grain boundaries play a dominating role in the ionic transport of these solid electrolytes, where defect engineering to tailor or improve the ionic conductive property is still seldom reported. Here, we demonstrate a defect engineering approach to alter the ionic conductive channels in LixLa(1−x)/3NbO3 (x = 0.1~0.13) electrolytes based on the rearrangements of La sites through a quenching process. The changes in the occupancy and interstitial defects of La ions lead to anisotropic modulation of ionic conductivity with the increase in quenching temperatures. Our trial in this work on the defect engineering of quenched electrolytes will offer opportunities to optimize ionic conductivity and benefit the solid electrolyte battery applications.  相似文献

A new cytotoxic oxylipin, plakevulin A (1), possessing a cyclopentene ring and a levulinyl ester has been isolated from an Okinawan marine sponge Plakortis sp. The structure was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, and the absolute configurations at three chiral centers were assigned by spectroscopic data of the reductive product of 1 and a modified Mosher's method. Plakevulin A (1) exhibited inhibitory activity against DNA polymerases α and γ.  相似文献

Abstract

Acyclic multidentate ligands consisting of an oligooxyethylene chain (di-, tri-, tetra-, and penta-) and two terminal rigid quinaldate end groups were newly prepared and their complexation properties with alkali metal cations were estimated by the solvent extraction method to indicate a better affinity for K+. Among them, the tetraethylene glycol derivative showed the highest K+ binding on about the same level as 18-crown-6. Their conformations in solution and in the solid state were examined by using 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystal analyses, respectively. The better binding of K+ in comparison with the corresponding glymes or analogues having the same donor sites was reasonably explained by considering the effective co-ordination of the carbonyl oxygen of the ester groups and the parallel π-stacking interaction between two quinaldate surfaces.  相似文献

Transparent glasses of various compositions in the system (100−x)Li2B4O7x(SrO-Bi2O3-Nb2O5) (where x=10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60, in molar ratio) were fabricated via splat quenching technique. The glassy nature of the as-quenched samples was established by differential thermal analyses. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopic studies confirmed the amorphous nature of the as-quenched and crystallinity in the heat-treated samples. Fluorite phase formation prior to the perovskite SrBi2Nb2O9 phase was analyzed by both the XRD and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Dielectric and the optical properties (transmission, optical band gap and Urbach energy) of these samples have been found to be compositional dependent. Refractive index was measured and compared with the values predicted by Wemple-Didomemenico and Gladstone-Dale relations. The glass nanocomposites comprising nanometer-sized crystallites of fluorite phase were found to be nonlinear optic active.  相似文献

Dirhodium(II)-catalyzed oxonium ylide formation–[2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of 6-allyloxy-2-diazo-3-ketoesters possessing a C-6 substituent is described. The reaction of 6-alkyl- or 6-aryl-substituted 6-allyloxy-2-diazo-3-ketoesters with a catalytic amount of Rh2(S-PTTL)4 proceeded in a chemoselective and stereoselective manner to provide 6-substituted 2-allyl-3-oxotetrahydropyran-2-carboxylates in good yields and with high diastereoselectivities. To demonstrate the utility of this sequential reaction, we conducted the total synthesis of (+)-tanikolide, in which the construction of the δ-lactone skeleton was achieved by employing a 2-iodobenzamide-catalyzed oxidative cleavage of tetrahydropyran-2-methanol.  相似文献

Exploration of pure metal-free organic molecules that exhibit strong room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) is an emerging research topic. In this regard, unveiling the design principles for an efficient RTP molecule is an essential, but challenging, task. A small molecule is an ideal platform to precisely understand the fundamental role of each functional component because the parent molecule can be easily derivatized. Here, the RTP behaviors of a series of 3-pyridylcarbazole derivatives are presented. Experimental studies in combination with theoretical calculations reveal the crucial role of the n orbital on the central pyridine ring in the dramatic enhancement of the intersystem crossing between the charge-transfer-excited singlet state and the locally excited triplet states. Single-crystal X-ray crystallographic studies apparently indicate that both the pyridine ring and fluorine atom contribute to the enhancement of the RTP because of the restricted motion owing to weak C−H⋅⋅⋅N and H⋅⋅⋅F hydrogen-bonding interactions. The single crystal of the fluorine-substituted derivative shows an ultra-long phosphorescent lifetime (τP) of 1.1 s and a phosphorescence quantum yield (ΦP) of 1.2 %, whereas the bromine-substituted derivative exhibits τP of 0.15 s with a ΦP of 7.9 %. We believe that this work provides a fundamental and universal guideline for the generation of pure organic molecules exhibiting strong RTP.  相似文献

Arylpyrrolyldiketone boron complexes as anion‐responsive π‐electronic molecules were synthesized by Claisen condensations of acetylpyrrole and corresponding aryl esters. The synthesized π‐electronic molecules exhibited anion‐binding behavior with various binding modes including pyrrole‐inverted and non‐inverted [1+1]‐type anion complexes as well as [2+1]‐type complexes owing to the presence of only a single pyrrole ring. Furthermore, solid‐state ion‐pairing assemblies, comprising receptor–anion complexes and countercations, were constructed based on fairly planar [2+1]‐type complexes.  相似文献

The unique binding event between Escherichia coli single-stranded DNA binding protein (SSB) and single-stranded oligonucleotides conjugated to gold (Au) nanoparticles is utilized for the electrochemical detection of DNA hybridization. SSB was attached onto a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of single-stranded oligonucleotide modified Au nanoparticle, and the resulting Au-tagged SSB was used as the hybridization label. Changes in the Au oxidation signal was monitored upon binding of Au tagged SSB to probe and hybrid on the electrode surface. The amplified oxidation signal of Au nanoparticles provided a detection limit of 2.17 pM target DNA, which can be applied to genetic diagnosis applications. This work presented here has important implications with regard to combining a biological binding event between a protein and DNA with a solid transducer and metal nanoparticles.  相似文献

DNA oligo-nucleotides, localized at Au metal electrodes in aqueous solution, are found to be released when applying a negative bias voltage to the electrode. The release was confirmed by monitoring the intensity of the fluorescence of cyanine dyes (Cy3) linked to the 5' end of the DNA. The threshold voltage of the release changes depending on the kind of linker added to the DNA 3'-terminal. The amount of released DNA depends on the duration of the voltage pulse. Using this technique, we can retain DNA at Au electrodes or Au needles, and release the desired amount of DNA at a precise location in a target. The results suggest that DNA injection into living cells is possible with this method.  相似文献
