提出一种在保偏光纤上计算光纤拍长的方法,即在保偏光纤上制作光纤光栅,利用光纤光栅的特性可以方便地求得光纤的拍长,同时,发现在保偏光纤上写入光纤光栅,其过程等效于在两个主轴上分别写入了一个光纤光栅,并且这两个光栅对于光的偏振态具有选择性,它们分别作用的偏振态是相互正交的。利用此特性,可以得到偏振消光比比较高的偏振分束器。  相似文献

Packaging continues to be one of the most challenging steps in micro-nanofabrication, as many emerging techniques (e.g., soft lithography) are incompatible with the standard high-precision alignment and bonding equipment. In this paper, we present a simple-to-operate, easy-to-adapt packaging strategy, referred to as Capillary-driven Automatic Packaging (CAP), to achieve automatic packaging process, including the desired features of spontaneous alignment and bonding, wide applicability to various materials, potential scalability, and direct incorporation in the layout. Specifically, self-alignment and self-engagement of the CAP process induced by the interfacial capillary interactions between a liquid capillary bridge and the top and bottom substrates have been experimentally characterized and theoretically analyzed with scalable implications. High-precision alignment (of less than 10 μm) and outstanding bonding performance (up to 300 kPa) has been reliably obtained. In addition, a 3D microfluidic network, aligned and bonded by the CAP technique, has been devised to demonstrate the applicability of this facile yet robust packaging technique for emerging microfluidic and bioengineering applications.  相似文献

Stabilizing liquids based on supramolecular assembly (non-covalent intermolecular interactions) has attracted significant interest, due to the increasing demand for soft, liquid-based devices where the shape of the liquid is far from the equilibrium spherical shape. The components comprising these interfacial assemblies must have sufficient binding energies to the interface to prevent their ejection from the interface when the assemblies are compressed. Here, we highlight recent advances in structuring liquids based on non-covalent intermolecular interactions. We describe some of the progress made that reveals structure–property relationships. In addition to treating advances, we discuss some of the limitations and provide a perspective on future directions to inspire further studies on structured liquids based on supramolecular assembly.  相似文献

Four new network organic–inorganic hybrid supramolecular compounds [PW12O40](C2H4N3)3·6H2O (1), [PMo12O40](C2H4N3)3·6H2O (2), [H4SiW12O40]8[C6NO2H4]4[C6NO2H5]16[C5NH6]4·39H2O (3) and [H3VW12O40] (C6H6NO2)2(CHO2)2·4H2O (4) composed by keggin type heteropolyanion and O/N-containing organic groups of 1H-1,2,4-Triazole or 2,3-Pyridinedicarboxylic acid have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermally method, and characterized by infrared spectrum (IR), thermogravimetric–differentialthermal analysis (TG–DTA), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD). Compounds 1–4 exhibit three dimensional supramolecular network via hydrogen bonds and/or π–π stacking interactions. These compounds exhibit good thermal stability and catalytic ability. They are active for catalytic oxidation of methanol in a continuous-flow fixed-bed micro-reactor, when the initial concentration of methanol is 2.5 g m?3 in air and flow rate is 10 mL min?1, the corresponding elimination rates of methanol are 65% (125 °C), 85% (125 °C), 94% (150 °C), and 80% (125 °C), respectively.  相似文献

用农药残留测定仪在波长412 nm处测定农药吸光度的变化值,根据酶抑制法计算抑制率,抑制率与农药浓度呈正相关。用农药标准物质从低于规定的农药检测下限开始配制一系列标准溶液对仪器进行校准,在抑制率为50%处的浓度即为仪器的灵敏度。对影响校准结果的因素进行分析,该方法校准结果的相对扩展不确定度为4%。  相似文献

对取样光栅而言,完整的平均折射率补偿应包括切趾补偿和取样补偿两部分。理论模拟显示,只作切趾补偿而不作取样补偿仍然可以收到良好效果。提出了针对氩离子倍频激光器写入取样光栅的简单的切趾补偿工艺。依据是模板存在一定的干涉区,当光纤退出模板的干涉区后,只有平均折射率提高而不写入新的光栅。因此在干涉区外进行与切趾函数互补的曝光就可以切趾补偿了。实验结果显示,切趾补偿有效降低了取样光栅每信道反射谱的旁瓣,使反射谱的形状更加理想,同时也有效降低了群时延曲线的波纹。  相似文献

Previous aptamers for porphyrins and metalloporphyrins were all guanine-rich sequences that can fold in G-quadruplex structures. Due to stacking-based binding, these aptamers can hardly tell different porphyrins apart, and they can also bind other planar molecules, hindering their practical applications. In this work, we used the capture selection method to obtain aptamers for hemin and protoporphyrin IX (PPIX). The hemin aptamer (Hem1) features two highly conserved repeating binding loops, and it cannot form a G-quadruplex, which was supported by its Mg2+-dependent but K+-independent hemin binding and CD spectroscopy. Isothermal titration calorimetry revealed much higher enthalpy change for the new aptamer, and the best aptamer showed a Kd of 43 nM hemin. Hem1 can also enhance the peroxidase-like activity of hemin. This work demonstrates that aptamers have alternative ways to bind porphyrins allowing selective recognition of different porphyrins.  相似文献

ZnO nanowires with variable aspect ratios and microstructures have been prepared by a hydrothermal reaction of Zn foil and Na2C2O4 solution at 140 °C. The ZnO nanowires are single crystalline with the wurtzite structure and grow in the [0 0 0 1] direction, and their aspect ratios and microstructures can be changed by tuning the reaction time and the Na2C2O4 concentration. UV and blue-green emissions that depended on the Na2C2O4 concentration are observed from the ZnO nanowires with different aspect ratios. The photosensitivity of ZnO ultralong nanowires with honeycomb-like micropatterns is found to be about 10 at 5 V.  相似文献
