In the presence of 0.5-1 mol % of FeCl(3) with lithium bromide as a crucial additive, alkynyl Grignard reagents, prepared from the corresponding alkynes and methylmagnesium bromide, react with alkenyl bromides or triflates to give the corresponding conjugated enynes in high to excellent yields. The reaction shows wide applicability to various terminal alkynes and alkenyl electrophiles.  相似文献

Ultraviolet irradiation of a salt crystal of 4-(2,4,6-triisopropylbenzoyl)benzoic acid with (S)-phenylethylamine promoted single-crystal-to-single-crystal photocyclization to give an enantiopure (R,R)-cyclopentenol and almost racemic cyclobutenol. The reaction paths were elucidated by X-ray crystallographic analysis of the crystal before and after irradiation.  相似文献

We newly designed and prepared a novel molybdenum complex bearing a 4-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]pyridine-based PNP-type pincer ligand, based on the bond dissociation free energies (BDFEs) of the N−H bonds in molybdenum-imide complexes bearing various substituted pyridine-based PNP-type pincer ligands. The complex worked as an excellent catalyst toward ammonia formation from the reaction of an atmospheric pressure of dinitrogen with samarium diiodide as a reductant and water as a proton source under ambient reaction conditions, where up to 3580 equivalents of ammonia were formed based on the molybdenum atom of the catalyst. The catalytic activity was significantly improved by one order of magnitude larger than that observed when using the complex before modification.  相似文献

The metabolism of arbidol in humans was studied using liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization (ESI) ion trap mass spectrometry (ITMS) after an oral dose of 300-mg arbidol. A total of 17 metabolites were identified including the glucuronide arbidol and the glucuronide sulfinylarbidol as the major metabolites.Arbidol and its metabolites have some common fragmentation patterns as a result of a homolytic bond cleavage. This cleavage will form odd-electron ions with the loss of a radical. The arbidol fragmentation sequence is first to lose dimethylamine (45 Da), followed by the loss of acetaldehyde (44 Da), and then the phenylthio radical (109 Da). This fragmentation sequence is also observed from N-demethylarbidol, sulfonylarbidol, and N-demethylsulfonylarbidol. However, for sulfinylarbidol and N-demethylsulfinylarbidol, the fragmentation sequence is reversed so that the phenylsulfiny radical (125 Da) was lost first, followed by the loss of dimethylamine (45 Da), and then acetaldehyde (44 Da). The exact masses for arbidol and sulfinylarbidol fragment ions were determined by a quadrupole/time-of-flight mass spectrometer (Q-TOF MS).The phase II metabolites, such as sulfate and glucuronide conjugates of arbidol, N-demethylarbidol, sulfonylarbidol, and N-demethylsulfonylarbidol were identified by observing the neutral loss of 80 Da (SO(3)) or 176 Da (glucuronic acid) from the MS(2) spectra. The sulfate and glucuronide conjugates such as sulfinylarbidol and N-demethylsulfinylarbidol had an unusual fragmentation pattern, in which the phenylsulfinyl radical (125 Da) was lost before the loss of SO(3) group (80 Da) or glucuronic acid (176 Da) occurred.  相似文献

Novel layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly films composed of poly( L-lysine) (PLL) and poly( D-lactic acid) (PDLA) were prepared by the alternate immersion of a gold substrate into an aqueous PLL solution and an acetonitrile solution of PDLA. The formation of the LbL assembly film was confirmed by quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) analysis, atomic force microscopy observation, and attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy measurement. The driving force responsible for the LbL assembly was determined by investigating the formation behavior of the LbL assembly under various conditions. The formation of the LbL assembly was not affected either by the stereochemistry of polylysine and poly(lactic acid) or by the addition of urea, which is known to inhibit hydrogen bonding interaction between polymers, into the aqueous PLL solution. The LbL assembly was also formed by the combination of PDLA and polycations other than polylysine, such as poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride). On the other hand, the combination of PDLA and any polyanions such as poly(styrene sulfonate sodium salt) produced little corresponding LbL assembly. The increase in positive charge on the amino nitrogen atom of PLL enhanced the LbL assembly. These results suggest that the LbL assembly film composed of PLL and PDLA was fabricated by cation-dipole interactions between the positive charge on the amino nitrogen atom of PLL and the lone pairs of the carbonyl oxygen atom of PDLA.  相似文献

Stimuli-sensitive drug delivery systems (DDSs) have attracted considerable attention in medical and pharmaceutical fields; thermosensitive DDS dealing with poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (poly(NIPA)) have been widely studied. Novel NIPA emulsion gels, i.e., NIPA hydrogels containing distributed oil (oleyl alcohol) microdroplets, were synthesized by means of an emulsion-gelation method in which the polymerization of hydrogels in an aqueous phase in an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion and the loading of a lipophilic drug (indomethacin) dissolved in an oil phase were accomplished simultaneously. The pulsatile (on-off) drug release from the NIPA emulsion gel loading indomethacin to a phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution was successfully controlled by a temperature swing between 25 degrees C (release off) and 40 degrees C (release on). The mechanism of the pulsatile drug release was discussed in relation to the diffusion rate, distribution ratio, solvent exchange of NIPA hydrogels, and drug release from an NIPA organogel. The mechanism was as follows: the solvent exchange occurred within the NIPA emulsion gel (the NIPA gel-network absorbed oleyl alcohol with indomethacin) at temperatures above the LCST, and the diffusion rate of indomethacin through the solvent-exchanged gel was higher at 40 degrees C than at 25 degrees C.  相似文献

The physicochemical properties of fullerene-based materials typically vary depending on the type and mode of addition of functional groups; therefore, developing fullerene derivatives with novel structures is imperative for further progress in materials science. In this study, we develop an efficient one-step strategy for synthesizing cyclobutene-annulated fullerene derivatives (cyclobutenofullerenes) and characterize their electronic properties. Despite the steric strain, cyclobutenofullerenes can be easily prepared via a one-step reaction of C60 with a secondary propargylic phosphate. Structural analysis of the reaction intermediates suggests that the cascade reaction proceeds through a formal [2+2] cycloaddition of C60 with an allene, caused by the 1,3-migration of the propargylic phosphate, followed by an additional 1,3-migration and the subsequent 1,2-elimination of the phosphodiester moiety.  相似文献

Preparation of molecular nanostructures with polyradical frameworks remains a significant challenge because of the limited synthetic accessibility which is entirely different from that of neutral and ionic ones. Herein we report the quantitative formation of a new M2L4 molecular capsule from metal ions and dihydrophenazine‐based ligands. The capsule has a spherical nanocavity (ca. 1 nm in diameter) enclosed by eight redox‐active, dihydrophenazine panels. Electrochemical oxidation of the capsule leads to the generation of multiple radical cations on the shell framework. Moreover, a stable tetra(radical cation) capsule can be reversibly obtained by chemical as well as electrochemical oxidation.  相似文献
