选择低分子量端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS-OH)与聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-丙烯酸β-羟乙酯)P(MMA-co-HEA)共聚物原位复合形成氢键复合物,该复合物表现出良好的形状记忆效应.通过FTIR,SEM对材料的结构和形貌进行表征,DMA表征材料的动态力学行为,并通过弯曲实验对材料的形状记忆性能进行了表征及比较.FTIR分析证明PDMS-OH与P(MMA-co-HEA)共聚物形成氢键缔合作用;SEM分析显示,随着PDMS-OH含量的升高,氢键复合物由"海-岛"相分离结构向反转相分离结构转变;DMA分析结果表明,氢键的引入有利于复合物获得更高的模量比;形状记忆性能测试结果显示该氢键复合物具有良好的形状记忆性能,形状记忆固定率超过98%、形变恢复率超过99%,并且与聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-丙烯酸乙酯)/PDMS-OH(P(MMA-co-EA)/PDMS-OH)复合物相比,氢键复合物显示出更快的形变回复速率. 相似文献

Delivering a missing gene or a functional substitute of a defective gene has the potential to revolutionize current medical care. Of the two gene delivery approaches, viral and synthetic vectors, synthetic cationic vectors possess several practical advantages but suffer from poor transfection efficiency. A new approach to gene delivery using charge-reversal amphiphiles is described. This synthetic vector transforms from a cationic to an anionic amphiphile intracellularly. This amphiphile performs two roles: first, it binds and then releases DNA, and second, as an anionic multicharged amphiphile, it destabilizes lipid bilayers. A charge-reversal amphiphile was synthesized and fully characterized, including the supramolecular complex it forms with DNA. Enhanced gene transfection was observed using these vectors compared to current cationic amphiphiles. 相似文献

We have studied oligo(phenylene-ethynylene)s inserted into amide-containing alkanethiol self-assembled monolayers using scanning tunneling microscopy to demonstrate switching based on chemical functionality of the environment of the inserted molecules. The molecules show stability in two conductance states: an ON and an OFF state. We demonstrate bias-dependent switching due to hydrogen bonding between the inserted oligo(phenylene-ethynylene) and the matrix molecules. In addition, the inserted molecules exhibit fewer switching events than previously reported for alkanethiol matrixes, which we attribute to the rigidity of the hydrogen-bonded matrix. 相似文献

With a rational design of the supra‐amphiphiles, we have successfully demonstrated that not only the dimension of the self‐assembled nanostructures, but also the packing fashion of the functional naphthalene diimide (a typical n‐type chromophore), can be tuned in a noncovalent way in aqueous solution. Naphthalene diimide is incorporated into a bola‐amphiphile as the rigid core, whereas viologen derivatives are used as the hydrophilic head. The bola‐amphiphile self‐assembles into two‐dimensional nanosheets, in which naphthalene diimide adopts a “J‐type” aggregation. Water‐soluble supramolecular complexation between viologen derivatives and the 8‐hydroxypyrene‐1, 3, 6‐trisulfonic acid trisodium salt is used as a driving force for the formation of the supra‐amphiphiles. Upon formation of the supra‐amphiphiles, the nanosheets transform into ultralong nanofibers with a close packing of naphthalene diimide. Notably, just by mixing the two building blocks of the supra‐amphiphiles in aqueous solution, a dimension‐controlled evolution of the nanostructures is formed that leads to a different packing fashion of the n‐type functional chromophores, which is facile and environmental friendly. 相似文献

Design, syntheses, and testing of new, fullerene-wheeled single molecular nanomachines, namely, nanocars and nanotrucks, are presented. These nanovehicles are composed of three basic components that include spherical fullerene wheels, freely rotating alkynyl axles, and a molecular chassis. The use of spherical wheels based on C60 and freely rotating axles based on alkynes permits directed nanoscale rolling of the molecular structure on gold surfaces. The rolling motion observed by STM resembles the same motion performed by macroscopic entities in which rolling occurs perpendicular to the axles. A new synthesis methodology, in situ ethynylation of fullerenes, was developed for the realization of the fullerene-wheeled molecular machines. Four generations of the fullerene-wheeled structures were developed, and the latest fourth generation nanocar, 3b, along with three-wheeled triangular compounds, 4a and 4b, provided definitive evidence for fullerene-based wheel-like rolling motion, not stick-slip or sliding translation. The studies here underscore the ability to control directionality of motion in molecular-sized nanostructures through precise molecular design and synthesis. 相似文献

A succession of new isolongifolenone oxime derivatives have been designed and synthesized. The structures of these compounds were identified by IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analysis. The bioassays of antibacterial, antifungal, and insecticidal activity were carried out. The in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activities were evaluated by the disk diffusion method, and the minimum inhibitory concentration was determined by the microdilution method, while the insecticidal activity was tested by the spraying method or the straw impregnation method. The results of bioassays showed that compound 3f was more active in resisting all the tested bacterial and fungal organisms when compared to the standard drug amoxicillin at the lowest concentration of 31.3 μg/ml. Compound 4 , synthesized by Beckmann rearrangement reaction of isolongifone oxime, exerted moderate insecticidal activity against soybean aphid. Furthermore, compound 3m exhibited more activity in killing armyworms than the standard drug flucycloxuron at the concentration of 0.5 mg/l. 相似文献

First-order type I quasi-phase-matched (QPM) blue second-harmonic generation was demonstrated in periodically poled LiNbO3 with period of 14.5 μm using d31. 52 μJ of harmonic blue light at 0.473 μm was generated pumped by 114 μJ 35 ps pulse laser at 0.946 μm at 150 °C with a conversion efficiency of 45.6%. The average conversion efficiencies of 41.3% and 19% were also obtained at 150 °C, respectively, in the conventional first- and third-order QPM blue second-harmonic generation at 0.473 μm. The temperature acceptance bandwidths of 20 mm length periodically poled LiNbO3 with first-order grating periods of 14.5 and 4.5 μm are 2.0 and 0.9 °C, respectively. The larger acceptance bandwidths and grating period for than those for enhance the frequency conversion efficiency, which shows the polarization dependence of quasi-phase matching. 相似文献
