Coherent beam combination of a 1.08?kW fiber amplifier array has been demonstrated for the first time, to our knowledge. In the experiment, nine fiber amplifiers are tiled into a 3×3 array, and the output power of each amplifier is approximately 120?W. A single frequency dithering algorithm is used to compensate the phase noises between the elements, which runs on a signal processor based on field programmable gate array for phase control on the fiber amplifiers. When the phase control system goes into closed loop, the fringe contrast of the far-field intensity pattern is improved to more than 85%, and the residual phase error is less than λ/15.  相似文献

A novel inorganic and organic composite flame retardant (9,10‐dihydro‐9‐oxa‐10‐phosphaphenanthrene‐10‐oxide [DOPO]–layered double hydroxide [LDH]) was synthesized via grafting DOPO with organic‐modified Mg/Al‐LDH, which was introduced into poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) resin to prepare the flame‐retardant PMMA composites. Thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) showed that the T‐50% of DOPO‐LDH/PMMA composites enhanced by about 20°C, and with the 20% flame retardant, the residual char content can be increased by 39.8% in the air atmosphere compared with LDH/PMMA composites. In the UL‐94 and the limiting oxygen index (LOI) tests, it can be found that compared with LDH/PMMA composites, the LOI value of DOPO‐LDH/PMMA composites were raised evidently with the increased flame retardants, and the droplet combustion was greatly improved. These results could be ascribed to the action of DOPO free‐radical, catalytic charring of polymer and the effect of LDH physical barrier. Moreover, the novel DOPO‐LDH not only given PMMA a good flame‐retardant property and thermal stability, but also have higher visible light transmittance, ultraviolet‐shielding effect, and low loss of mechanical properties, which could further facilitate the wide application of inorganic environment‐friendly flame retardants in general resins and engineering resins and broaden the application of polymers.  相似文献

Divergent and concise total syntheses of two lycopodium alkaloids, lyconadins A and C have been developed. The synthesis of lyconadin A, having potent neurotrophic activity, features an efficient one‐pot ketal removal and formal aza‐[4+2] cyclization to form the cagelike core structure. A tandem ketal removal/Mannich reaction was developed to build the tricyclic structure of lyconadin C. Both lyconadins A and C were synthesized from a pivotal intermediate.  相似文献

In this paper, La0.4Ca0.6CoO3-coated LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2 is successfully prepared by the sol–gel method associated with microwave pyrolysis method. The structure and electrochemical properties of the La0.4Ca0.6CoO3-coated LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 are investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and charge/discharge tests. XRD analyses show that the La0.4Ca0.6CoO3 coating does not change the structure of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2. The electrochemical performance studies demonstrate that 2 wt.% La0.4Ca0.6CoO3-coated LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 powders exhibit the best electrochemical properties, with an initial discharge capacity of 156.9 mAh g–1 and capacity retention of 98.9 % after 50 cycles when cycled at a current density of 0.2 C between 2.75 and 4.3 V. La0.4Ca0.6CoO3 coating can improve the rate performance because of the enhancement of the surface electronic/ionic transportation by the coating layer. EIS results suggest that the coating La0.4Ca0.6CoO3 plays an important role in suppressing the increase of cell impedance with cycling especially for the increase of charge-transfer resistance.  相似文献

Triptorelin, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist, has been used in the treatment of hormone-responsive prostate cancer by inducing testosterone suppression. Research on the relationship between the time courses of triptorelin and testosterone is very important, but accurate quantification of triptorelin and testosterone simultaneously in biological specimens is a challenging analytical problem. In the present study, a rapid, sensitive, and selective method for simultaneous determination of triptorelin and testosterone in rat plasma by solid-phase extraction and liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry was developed using a ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C8 column (2.1?×?50 mm, 1.8 μm) with a 0.05 % propionic acid/methanol gradient. In view of the polarity difference between the two analytes, two internal standards, i.e., leuprolide and testosterone-13C3, were used for individual quantitation of triptorelin and testosterone. Endogenous testosterone was determined by reference to a calibration curve prepared using testosterone-D3 as a surrogate analyte. The method exhibits excellent linearity over three orders of magnitude for each analyte. The lower limit of quantification was 0.01 ng/mL for triptorelin and 0.05 ng/mL for testosterone, with consumption of 100 μL of plasma. The method was successfully applied to characterize the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of slow-release 28-day form triptorelin acetate biodegradable microspheres in rats after intramuscular injections of three consecutive doses of 0.6 mg/kg per 28 days. The results revealed that the pharmacokinetic profile of triptorelin produced an initial flare-up in testosterone levels, rapid castration within 5 days after injection, and long-term castration until the next dose.

This paper introduces the “piggyback bootstrap.” Like the weighted bootstrap, this bootstrap procedure can be used to generate random draws that approximate the joint sampling distribution of the parametric and nonparametric maximum likelihood estimators in various semiparametric models, but the dimension of the maximization problem for each bootstrapped likelihood is smaller. This reduction results in significant computational savings in comparison to the weighted bootstrap. The procedure can be stated quite simply. First obtain a valid random draw for the parametric component of the model. Then take the draw for the nonparametric component to be the maximizer of the weighted bootstrap likelihood with the parametric component fixed at the parametric draw. We prove the procedure is valid for a class of semiparametric models that includes frailty regression models airsing in survival analysis and biased sampling models that have application to vaccine efficacy trials. Bootstrap confidence sets from the piggyback, and weighted bootstraps are compared for biased sampling data from simulated vaccine efficacy trials.  相似文献
